Been playing Slots Grape for years until recent. Like usual ran out of chips purchased 4.99 scratch off deal they have and charge duplicated. We told them this sent them bank statements but at time it only showed pending. They told us clearly it hasnt charged just pending. Hum how often do just pending not clear your bank. Anyway they both cleared and was charged for both they say they cant do nothing because they dont handle purchases it is a third party. Too many glitches, extremely understaffed support group. First few weeks win win win, thereafter you need money to stay. If you dont buy you get blocked from playing AVOID.
Ive been playing slots grape for a few years now and it has been consistently a fun game. It has interesting internal Diversions too. Mall shopping fun but not required. Just a fun game.
After all of these years, this game is still fun. We just wish the players where more social, because there is a chat feature in the game. The other thing is why do they bring up a buy option when you win big. Ridiculous.

This game is so unfair. Customers leaving constantly. How can one person score 20 b ranking points 1 hour after the start of a new season. This is the total one high roller earns after playing in 1 weeks time. So this person and a many others on his team are able to stay on for a week without network loss. No other team can stay on for more then 3 days the longest and he wasnt even a bb chip holder. Many cant stay on more then a few hours let alone a week. The new season needs to clear all ranking points at the start even if they dont cash in. Make it fair.

Multiple game crashes per hour, most when on a free spin so you lose your winnings. Reports to support from within the game go unanswered. App Support link on this page does not work. This app is either intentionally crashing to cost users money or they are inept at designing a game that actually works. Either way, the game should be removed from the Apple App Store. It is a black mark on Apples good name.
Dont waste your time on this app. Hardly anybody plays here and you cant hardly win anything cause they need you to spend money. The only thing we dont like is the constant scatter teases and getting booted excessively. Also there needs to be a cut off for entering tournaments players should not be allowed to join in the last three minutes.

We just did the latest update and we are now back to level zero! What happened.
We have been playing this game for quite awhile when l clicked on a download pop-up that l thought was for the latest update but turned out to reload the entire app! We lost all our game data. We have written to Slots Grape Support to help us recover our account and have received 0A BIG FAT ZERO response.

We know that its just a game, but people should enjoy playing it without the sudden increase in pop up ads to buy stuff, and the decline in game winnings. The bonus spins pay substantially lower now than before, with some bonuses not paying anything at all. We play numerous times throughout the day and have had weeks go by without a Mystery Bonus, and when we do get it, its always the lowest amount prize won. Many of us have been waiting a long time for a casino app with clubs that has all the cool & fun features as the one we USED to play. The old app (that used to be great), went downhill after new ownership. After writing (the old app we used to play starting with the letters H or B) their support hundreds of times with concerns & complaints to no avail, finally a great alternative!!!
