Smashing Four is a free to play game and as such it doesn't require you to spend any money to fully enjoy its smashing multiplayer. However, it is possible to buy game currency or special offers using real money via in-app purchases. Currency can be used to acquire products such as Coins, Hero cards or Orbs that may help you progress faster. This does not ensure victories in battles. We do not support 'pay to win' mechanics.

How do you report (which we already did in the app) for hate speech? Completely unacceptable and if nothings done we will be changing our rating and deleting an app that promotes hatred and sexual misconduct directed towards a minor.
We actually thoroughly enjoy playing this game. The ads arent annoying because we realistically get to choose wether Ill pay or watch the ads to unlock or speed something up. The gameplay is enjoyable, and we find ourselves enjoying the process of trying new character combinations. We also appreciate that new characters are added to the roster more than once in a blue moon. The only critique we have, is that we think the matchmaking could be a little bit better. Its not bad by any means, but we do wish your card levels would be accounted for. Its hard to implement new lower level cards and get used to them when your skill level matches you with a player who has all 15s or higher and your cards are 11 or lower. Skill is king above all, but theres only so much you can do in that situation. This doesnt happen often, but when it does, we dont feel good about ourselves. All in all though, we love this game and highly recommend trying it out.
The game literally crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME after watching an ad, making it unplayable since you cant get anything done. And this has been going on since over a year ago when we last tried playing this game, still not fixed so goodbye.
We've been playing for more than 6 years but with this new character it's a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME you can't play challenges are to find Glayko, he's too excessive even with -55%! It forces you to have to switch decks and use heroes you don't feel comfortable with, and in the end you just end up losing your gems! IT'S NOT WORTH SPENDING GEMS ON CHALLENGES.

The concept of this game is great, however unless you spend money the leveling system on this game will take a lifetime to upgrade. Also feels as if there is no boundaries for matchmaking.. Theres absolutely no reason we should be facing an opponent with all 3-5+ levels higher then our cards.
Ive played for years. We love this game. We cant even connect sometimes. Its getting worse and the ads seem to last forever now. Take better care of the players and not your pockets.
Great game. Would be 5 star but it has the worst ads for claiming rewards. Ads with fake x to get you to their site and most ads play for 2 minutes but are only a couple seconds long on repeat.

Used to be our favorite game but the last update you did ruined it for us. We dont like if its your turn you cant do any damage to the next character that is in play for the other team. Pretty annoying. It should do damage no matter what character you hit. Super frustrating.
The new update which you have to agree to in order to play they can track your location, your IP address, as well as your social media. This is crazy.
We cant play the game. It gets stuck when the blue magician says this is how it works. We cant get past this.
Every time Im doing any challenge we get disconnected at some point and we get an immediate loss. Sometimes it happens before a match even starts. Doesnt happen during normal play so something is definitely wrong with that part of the game.

Smashing four is a very good game. You can earn coins, gems and join a clan, but thats not all. You can also battle people online with your four heroes. We think it would be a mistake not to download this amazing game.
We do love how this is made and the effort but we will admit this is not the greatest we swear the damage in this game is goofy its not a bad game its probably because we are bad we had it at a 3 but we put it to 4 stars because we think we are just bad and need to learn.
We love this game! We literally spend 5$ every Sean for the battle pass. We find the simplicity very nice fore casual playing with a competitive side, and its satisfying having a victory against higher level opponents. Why it needs an update: we recently purchased apples iPhone 14 base model and the screen gets blocks by the front facing camera island thing. This makes it impossible to see the amount of gold you have. Personal preference idea: there should be a duo mode somehow incorporated into the game. It would be a lot of fun. Thanx for the read.
Was great. Every update makes it worse. We Just tried to play the pinball match wouldnt go to board. Froze on first screen. Attempted twice, same results. Now we have 2 losses and couldnt even play. Game is garbage now.
Always moving the goalposts. If you want to compete, youll need to spend a ton of cash. Tons of glitches and bugs to fixed. Support is awful with empty promises. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME.
Love this game starting out but you will quickly find out it is pay to win and wayyyy too many people trophy drop so much you end up battling level 15-17 cards while your cards are level 8-10 makes the game is absolutely no fun when we have to sit there and get utterly destroyed for ten matches just to get one fair match! The trophy dropping is the main issue for us those are the people who ruin this game.
The previous owners of this game were not much better, but ever since Alien LLC took over the SmashingFour platform, the prizes are getting smaller and the costs are rising. There are constant issues with game access and game responsiveness. There are constant complaints about enemy characters being overpowered and not getting the appropriate hit scores. This leads to match losses, which leads to ending long-term win streaks. The algorithms are monitoring a players successfulness and they can be easily observed altering the gameplay if youre doing well for a certain period of time. Alien LLC does not have any gratitude for the players that invest money into the game. They have made what you purchase more expensive and they have reduced what you get for that increased cost. The rewards seem to be getting smaller and gameplay quality is going down. But quite possibly the worst thing about these new developers is the incomprehensible number of ads and the length and duration of those ads. It is not uncommon to be faced with a 90 second of ad before youre allowed to claim a reward or open a prize. 90 and 120 second intervals of ads are very common. At times you have to click four, five, or even six buttons to close an ad or to end an ad. Alien LLC is getting paid to allow those ads to tie you up in your gameplay and its extremely distracting. It almost feels abusive to take something that has not changed for years and years, and suddenly make it harder to obtain, requiring more ads to obtain it, and reduce the actual amount of gameplay you get. And all we're getting in return is manipulated match making, unfair matches leading to hard earned win streaks.
This is a fun and entertaining game.
The matchmaking in Smashing Fours is completely broken. They constantly pit you against much higher-ranked players, making it nearly impossible to win. On top of that, the game randomly messes with your hero sequence, ruining any chance of a solid strategy. Its frustrating and feels rigged.
The game we is fun at first, but once you reach level 12 characters the game is very unfair. It puts you against players whose characters are 4 or more levels higher than yours. The game could use a little more balance in that regard.
Look ive. Played this game before like. Years yet it got better and some boffs but another then that to be honest its an addictive game.
We really enjoy this game, we wish it wasnt such a pay to play type of game, but its still really fun non-the-less. The only real problem we have with it is that you are stuck with the characters you dont like or are never going to use…Im constantly gaining more cards of characters that Im never going to use and its kinda frustrating! We wish there was some way to sell the characters you dont want/like to be able to afford to upgrade the ones we have.
And add rpg elements to each ball and you get a semblance of Smashing Four. The simple yet addictive elements of the game keeps you coming back. Hope to keep playing for a long while.
Ive been playing this game on and off for a few years now, and Ive only ever had one issue. When we try to change cards in our decks, the changes on the deck are technically made, but the cards shown do not change. For example, if we had the paladin in our deck, and we wanted to replace it with the knight, the paladins card would still be shown on the deck. However, when we would go into battle, the knight is in our deck and not the paladin. Other than that small mishap, we think this game is very fun and we really like the simplicity. Ive also joined a few clans and met some really nice people through them. Great game, great community, 5 stars.

We played this game years ago when it was new. We bumped into it recently and remembered why we enjoyed it. Fun game.
Game is a blast, but the matches are pretty uneven. You either play opponents leveled way higher or way lower.
Need better balance. New characters overpower older characters. Keep longer time owners who like the characters theyve built interested rather than chasing them away.
Its an average mobile game at best with no thought and care put into balancing out characters and leveling. Ive been in a clan for the past 4 years and we admit we come back from time to time to get a few games in but its beyond repetitive and youll never get to max characters unless you spend thousands and thousands of dollars.
Got to a point where we had a few level 10 heroes but was getting paired against people with level 15 heroes. Some of the heroes are extremely unbalanced and overpowered such as the griffin, the catomancer, and the wraith. They do way too much damage. Its very obvious what the meta is at later levels.
First off, we want to say we love the game, great unique concept and has a load of variety, unfortunately there are some bugs that we have to point out. First, the deck selection screen has multiple bugs. When upgrading itll often tell us that we can upgrade a hero but we actually cant leaving the green upgrade symbol flashing. Secondly, the amount of cards we have for a specific hero doesnt deplete after an upgrade, only after tapping on the hero does it show us the correct amount. And thirdly, when youre looking at all the heros on the deck selection tab, it shows the same heros multiple times and its so obnoxious and honestly turns us off from messing with new heros. Lastly, when you swap heros to the deck you want to use, the card doesnt switch into your deck, the previous heros photo you swapped out will stay there. It will switch when you go to battle but the visual of the old card stays there. Again, love the game but these bugs are beginning to ruin it for us. Please please please fix these asap.
The prices for gold/orbs/etc is at least 5 times to much. To buy one top tier ore you are spending as much as a whole AAA game. Shame, this could have been great if not for greed.
Love the game but maybe add another mode?Perhaps a raid mode where real ppl battle a giant ai character. Maybe even receiving cards of whatever ai card is defeated as a reward to the real players.
The players are extremely toxic. It is built around pay to win ie if you pay you can upgrade your characters faster and win more. If you make a mistake with what you invest your precious resources in or they do a balance update you are screwed unless you dump a lot of money in. Most games the player going first has a ridiculous advantage and at higher levels they can take out at least one of your team before you even play. There are also several combos that when started on are very busted. Like treant into assassin.lastly the matchmaking is atrocious. Ive been pair up a lot of trophies which is insane. People are also highly incentivized to trophy drop which then puts folks fighting characters several levels ahead of them.
An Insane amount of money would be required to max out your characters in a reasonable amount of time. Ive been playing for 3 years and havent even maxed out one character let alone a whole deck or more every time we get close they just raise the level cap and Im back to square one.
We have played this game for 6 years and we have been struggling because of the level difference in the characters and most of the time ITS BECAUSE THEY BOUGHT EXTRA level up card and we gave up most of the time to just go down the ranks trying to level up but it is very difficult so u would appreciate it if you made it a little bit easier to level up other than that really great game to play.
The match making is terrible now- we were consistently in the top 2,000 (3800 rating) and now our rating is usually around 3,500. On top of this each season they have different arenas for each map instead of a set arena per season so it makes it nearly impossible to pick the right team. Fail.
Nearly every time we play this game, our internet, other games, etc QUIT WORKING until we reboot our iPhone or change location (driving to another place, etc). This is on our iPad and 3 different iPhones, its not an isolated problem. Please fix it. We put off playing until our other 3 games are caught up so we dont have to deal with the hassle.
Multiple bugs. His not registering, Phoenix disappearing when it respawns and enemy character doesnt bounce minimizing damage, multiple bots playing that make unbelievable shots to kill your team at the last minute. Lots more that we dont have time to write about. Could be decent but developers havent fixed multiple bugs even though the game has been out for many years. Too bad, has potential.
A fun game, but constantly freezes during matches causing lost battles. No, its not our internet, other games or apps dont freeze.
We love smashing four! It is like a hand eye coordination game with cool characters to play with! If you are reading this, Im telling you youll love this game.
We have been playing this game for 3years as of today and we think it is most definitely a 5 star game . We love it . 10 stars if we could.
New update wants to much of our personal information that they have no right to or even need. Ive played this game for years and looks like im going to lose our guild and all the years of work and people we knew in our guild. Sad this developer like so many other developers and they not caring that they are losing so many of their loyal players. But they lost us and 5 others in our guild that feel the same way we do. CAUSE YOU DONT NEED OUR PERSONAL & PRIVATE INFORMATION! Poor, poor choices this developer has made. We know im done cause we paid real money like so many others and we are not getting any respect for that at all now. And this developer doesnt need any of our personal or private information now or ever! 8/3/2022.
Its an amazing and joyful game to play.
We thought that by now they wouldve figured out how to integrate these or allow Google sign in for iPhones with this app game.
