Snow Kids is a quality platformer game with pure arcade action and retro goodness. Mr. Penguin is sleeping inside his nice house until some pesky kids show up and throw snowballs at the window, waking up Mr. Penguin from his deserved rest. What is Mr. Penguin to do now? The answer is easy, fight back! This means to explore 4 different worlds and get ready to face an army of snow minions and epic bosses. Will you be able to reach the hot lava volcano?
Snow Kids features many different stages, some nice snow plains, a snowy night environment, a mysterious cave, and a dangerous volcano. The snow plain is the easiest stage, with kids throwing snowballs at you and different snow plants and mountain sheep. The snowy night features some pesky minions dropping from the sky just to make your day harder. The mysterious cave is full of beetles and rolling rocks that you’ll have to throw down a cliff by tossing a lot of snowballs at them. Finally you’ll reach the volcano stage with a lot of fire and enemies ready to fight!
The pixel art in this game is super cute, it resembles cute arcade games from the 90s like Super Mario or Kirby. The controls are also super easy and intuitive, you’ll be able to jump, toss snowballs, and explore the level with simple directional keys like in most platformer games. The music are chiptune style and take inspiration from classic Nintendo games from the past.

No getting past level 11 deleting now.
Level 11 is a softlock we cant get past the ram section we had a strategy it was ineffective and genuinely cant get past it. Please fix this.
We like your game, but how do you beat the ram section of level 11? We always get stuck.
We love arcade platformers That we grew up with like donkey Kong, mario, and Kirby! Like its like our home Greenland when we were teen we were little bit lazy… When we were sleeping for little bit… Until some kids came up and threw snowballs to play a prank until we punished them and there parents came and picked them up then we went back to sleep soooo… The end so a definitely recommend this game to be one of the best top games of the App Store!
The game is fun but when we were playing we died and it froze we had to delete the app and reinstall it again but its a great game it looks like a real game we love it.
This game isn’t good at all. It’s not challenging, its just horrible level design that pass off as hard difficultly. For example, we died to the fire that was offscreen making it impossible to get pass. Whoever design the levels are bad at making them and should just leave to the professionals.
It is a cute game a great platform her and it is so adorable we mean we did have to take a breather once in a while but thats fine because it is pretty challenging and we like that it is better than MARIO RUN yes we said it is better than MARIO RUN it is that good play it Ill suggest it.
We love this game! Its free, the graphics/quality which is pixel is our favorite!!! But our only problem are ads. Whenever Im playing there is atleast one ad. Usually an ad appears when you die 2 times, but if your RNG is bad, you get an ad every time you die. So yeah our only suggestion is to decrease the ads, we know you guys need to make money, but decrease the ads please? If not thats okay, But otherwise good game and you should download!
After playing Suoer Cat Tales through, this game feels really lackluster, it needs a world map to tie it all together, and a final bombastic boss fight to tie it all up. The controls would probably work better on an iPhone, but on iPad they feel uncomfortable to use.

Its a really fun side-scrolling game, the thing is that when we have finished level 19, it suddenly stopped for no exact reason. You should also add more levels then just 20. Thats all we had to say!
This little game is so adorable and fun. We love adventure games like these so much! We really hope there will be more levels soon. We’ve played through the whole game a few times and its so cute each time! We actually love this game as much as the Super Cat Tales series and we think its underrated. Also, we honestly think the people complaining about the controls is bc they cant get a hang of it.. :P.
Its not a great game. Youre a snow guy who throws snow balls and runs around. The dodging feels a bit clunky and it would be nice if we could chain dodges together for faster traversal. At later levels, flames blend into the red background and you may find yourself jumping dying in fire by accident. Boss fights are extremely basic and are annoying to lose, but we’ve never had to try more than three or four times to defeat a boss. That said, ads make dying unbearable. Its a meh game, but better than the other junk youll find on the App Store. Ill say this: its got heart. We really feel like Im playing someones game. That might be the most alluring part of playing. If you need a game on your phone, might as well give this a go.
We liked this game to such extent that we hate ads. We mean ads every two times the character dies. That is ridiculous.
This game is trash. We want tohave fun, but the levels are stupid and hard. When we were playing it, we almost broke our iPad.
They walk like Kirby, get hit like Kirby, jump like Kirby, and even die like Kirby. Bruh.
Ok so this game is AWESOME. We are obsessed. But, there are some bugs. Once we finished an add we had to close the app, then open it again. Also, when we got to level 10, we had to redownload the app Bc it was glitching and we couldnt play it. Another thing is we think there should be at least 100 levels like most games and not 20. Not enough bosses either. U should make a snow kids chapter 2 with a LOT more levels. Hope u take this into consideration. Thank u.
This is a game form our childhood we played it on PC years ago and have been wanting to play it but we didnt know what it was called, Thank you so much.
Its everything we want from a mobile game, well placed ads instead of ones just in the middle of your game, about 1 in app purchase, something to keep us entertained, 5/5 stars.
Its just us but the scrolling of the screen when playing made us pretty dizzy.
Please let us adjust the controls, especially on an iPad. The buttons are too far apart.

We paid for premium because Im an idiot and we’ve spent 30 minutes trying to jump from an ice block. Still cant get past it.
This is a great game for adults who havent played video games in a long time. Its not impossible to learn and it gets your brain working as you figure out how to complete each challenge. We really like it. We want to say thank to the developers. We really enjoyed playing it. Im happy that it was a challenge, but not so hard that we would give up on it. We hope they make another came like this!
This game is an absolute blast! Im a couple levels in now and Im having a terrific gaming experience!! The gameplay is nice and smooth and crisp, solid stuff. And the environments and music are cute and playful! And most importantly, its not littered with advertising like a lot of games out there today, for example, when you reach a checkpoint, you have an option to pay a certain amount of gems you collect from each stage or you can watch an ad to activate the checkpoint, and finally, if youre feeling brave, you can skip the checkpoint altogether!! We highly recommend this game to anyone and especially those who enjoy playing Super Nintendo style platformers! This game rocks!!
Sometimes when we finish a level we glitch and the music plays but the game is frozen so please fix it and we just stared and we love it so far.

Sometimes the moving platforms arent synchronized, one level that has this issue really bad is level 17. And also the rams tend to get stuck inside of blocks. Either than that its the best platformer we’ve played on mobile.
We remember when we played super cat tales But the only problem was that the controls were tricky to get used to but with this game its like cat tales but with better controls also we love that you made it look like Kirbys adventure on the NES with cute Enemys and fun gameplay and levels.
Ok the game its self is good but there are way to many adds if you die one round right before the next time you try the same round again there is a add!!!

This game has an easy beginning, then starts to get hard, thats what we love about the game, not only that but the graphics are absolutely great! This game from start to finish was amazing!

We like this game a lot but it keeps freezing and we have to restart the all over. Thats mostly our only problem. Please fix it because we like this game alot.
This game is a very short game. There are about 20 levels. Also, there are some glitches. If you manage to get one of the creatures in the battle arena with two floors above the ground past the barrier on the right the game will softlock until you reset or leave the stage. We’ve encountered other glitches, but we cant recall them. Yet this effort is very remarkable considering its almost entirely (if not entirely) the work of one man. You can see some of his most-enjoyed work in the Super Cat Tales series.
Charming 8-bit graphics and fun gameplay make this a worthy addition to your iOS platformer collection. Its an homage to the simple and cute games from Nintendos heyday. The controls arent as fluid and intuitive as they could be, unfortunately. Overall this is a far superior to the developers popular game, Super Cat Tales.
Im really enjoying this game, Its a fun side scroller and its pretty difficult. However going four stars because once you lose life thats it. Unlike in, Mario for example, where you can get hit, turn small, and then eat a mushroom to get health (big) again. There is no way for thicc penguin to get a full heart again. (Unless we missed it or you have to pay for it.) Anyway! Its really fun and cute and theres been no major issues and no annoying ads. We love it and its free!
The gameplay reminds us of the classic Liquid Kids game from the 90s. The on screen controls would work better on an iPhone and not an iPad. However, if there was a way to use a Bluetooth game controller similar to the old Nintendo or TurboGrafx-16, it would turn a fun gaming experience into an amazing one. :)
Fun side scrolling game reminiscent of old school side scrollers. Haven’t come across any hiccups or glitches in the game yet and the ads are well placed throughout the game (but allow it to be a free game still) Changed go four stars because we noticed something to fix. We watch an ad at a checkpoint and when the ad is finish, an enemy is close by and has damaged us. The game doesn’t seem to pause while the ad is playing.
This game is an adorable platformer that was certainly challenging at times. Ill admit, we had to quit a couple times to take a breather. But it was so good! However.. We cant replay it. It brings us through the tutorial again, and after that gives us the end screen (also cute, lemme add). It would be wonderful if we could choose a level to go back to, and/or go back to the beginning. But since we cant, its a play once, delete after kind of thing. Very unfortunate.
We today will show some alternative ways to attack and move around. First, moving around. Squish jump: hold jump while standing still for a bit (you can shuffle slightly after powering up), then release to do a bigger jump. Squish jump xl: jump, then jump again once you hit the ground. Comes out faster and jumps higher, but more unwieldy. Dive: dash in midair. Thats it. Now for attacks. Aim: Hold the snowball button to aim. Snow-burst: double tap while in the air to have a burst of snow around you. Snow-bounce: hold down the snowball button in mid-air. In between squish jump and its xl version, but has the burst affect around it. Then some tools you unlock. Scooper: keep tapping snowball button on ground to launch a barrage of non-bouncing snowballs. Needs cool-down. We hope you also come up with more ideas in the sequel. Still love this game from the start. Bye! Edit: we changed our mind, three stars. Kind of poorly designed, we thought it would be a fun walkthrough, but theres ads everywhere and nothing unique. Hope you make that sequel better…
El juego es bastante bueno pero el juego se llama snow kids en plural y to solo veo un personaje jugable Luego de que terminas el juego te lleva al nivel 1 pero si ves en que nivel ests te muestra el nivel 20 con 0/00 gemas por conseguir y ade mas puedes apretar la flecha de la derecha y jugar al nivel infinitas veces.
