Community Insight:

The game is actually fun when you get to play it. But unfortunately, the frequency and the length of the ads spoil it. Im about a minute away from deleting this app. Its a shame and we wouldnt mind if there was a few less ads and shorter, but this is really ridiculous.

We love this game but every time we open a new deal the ads pause our music. Fix it. It makes us close it and play a different game.

This game started with no ads and for a whole day we played it and it was a lot of fun. Then the next day we would play one deal and boom ad, theyre long ads too that have annoying pop ups in them. We do love collecting all the fish and leveling up but the ads are really making us want to find another solitaire app.

We dont mind most of the ads but there is one very annoying one (Intuit CK) that consistently redirects to a web page when we attempt to close ad at conclusion. If this isnt fixed, Ill probably delete the app entirely.

Recently you updated your privacy and policy. The button used to accept this new policy is malfunctioning! We cant get past that screen to play Solitaire Klondike Fish! Our favorite game but cant play due to malfunctioning accept new policy button! Please fix.

How Do we Delete Aquariums (just some unused).

We enjoy the fish swimming around with the option to get more. Solitaire is relaxing and reduces stress.

Annoying ads recently appeared with the recent updates. Ive been playing this for years ad free. Now an icon sized ad pops up on the left hand side of the screen that ignores the mute switch setting. We play Bluetooth music while playing the game and our music is interrupted with a loud commercial. About a third the way through it the mute icon appears. Please fix this issue.

Ive play this once or twice a day for over a year. Id give 5 stars except that it turns off any music Im listening to on YouTube Music. Developers: please fix your settings so that doesnt happen.

We have enjoyed this game for a few years, but dont know the last time there have been new aquariums added – nor new fish to purchase. It is getting old & not as much fun. Please address these items.

We love this game, its fun getting a bunch of little fish and solitaire is basically slightly difficult sorting the game which we love. The animations are good, the fish are cute, the mini games are fun! Our only complaints are: 1. Removing ads is a subscription and that subscription is ridiculously expensive for a mobile game of this caliber 2. This game stops our music from playing, we have sound completely off but we cant listen to anything else while im playing this game and we hate that, we have adhd and if we have to play this in silence im gonna turn it off. We stopped playing the game to write this review because it turned off our music that was connected to our speaker and it was so distracting and frustrating.

Ive had this game for quite a while and its our go to daily. Our issue is that Ive paid the subscription for the no ads and all of a sudden these loud ads have started popping up. We love this game but will delete if ads continue.

Game is fun but OMG the ads are crazy. They last way too long. We even get ads for,the game we are actually playing. We had deleted this game a while ago. We figured we would give it another chance. Most likely if ads get worse we will delete it. We dont get why we just cant play a simple game. Really like this one. You would think the ads that are constantly on the bottom banner of the game would be enough.

Aside from the annoying ads, which we reviewed to pay for ads to be removed, its a very entertaining game. Our main issue is that the sound goes off during the game. It completely loses sound. It becomes annoying. Ive looked for an update, thinking it may be needed to be updated, but it does the last update was about four months ago. We also find it annoying that theyre at every single time you finish again. We wish we would have had once in a while not absolutely every single game.

We like the game but if we have to exit the game in mid game and go back in it freezes. We then have to turn our phone off and power back on to unfreeze the game. That is getting old. Also, the ad with the birds doesnt go away!! So if you win the game and that ad pops up (its been coming up every time) you dont get credit for the win.

Our top concern is what you charge to access coins from the bank. We purchase one bank in an evening and get charged crazy different amounts every time. It would also be nice if youd add more levels or remove the limit on the number of fish for each tank. Also the algorithms in the shell game needs some serious attention.

We love this app but it freezes everytime we look at another application. Ill deleting it.

Its false advertising. The pictures that show is to help the fish get water, but its the same games that are out there. They give you a fish bowl to fill up with fish.

We cant believe this is getting worse, not better. We have started counting how many ads we have to sit through to get the reward or move on to the next level. Frequently its 20 ads which is totally unacceptable. Of course since the developer probably gets paid for every ad, youre probably laughing all the way to the bank. No wonder youre not fixing the issue. We just spent 15-20 minutes Ill never get back asking what happened. Ill keep it shorter this time. We play and win the main game or one of the sub games and dont get any coins or diamonds and/or dont move to the next level. Sometimes we have to replay numerous times (waiting through numerous ads) and sometimes even that doesnt work. So we have to start over from scratch, losing whatever Ive won. Update: after several months (and no acknowledgement from the developer) this problem was finally fixed. Now you just need to get rid of some of the ads or at least limit them to 15-20 seconds. After that, no one is paying attention. And some of these ads are more than 2 minutes so you spend more time waiting for the ads to be over than you do playing the game. Rigged: How do we know this? Two examples: in the Lucky Slot, after Id been playing for a while, we noticed that the selection of fish had narrowed to two, both favorites but still. After a while the one that was worth a great deal more than the other was eliminated, leaving just the one if we landed on a fish. Boring. Snakes and Ladders is impossible to win unless you spend your whole day playing it and youll land on snakes far more often than on ladders. We can predict with about 95% accuracy where Ill land.

Ive played ten hands . Went into the settings and turned everything off, and Im still being told how to play with this game telling us what to put and where!! Im old enough to make our own mistakes. Im certainly old enough to know how to play solitaire Deleted with extreme prejudice.

Playing the game is fun but the ads are getting way too long (some over 100 seconds). Also the cost of removing ads is WAY too high. Also as others have said the pay outs for extra coins is very small.

None of the levels look like the ads, never have seen a level where you save the fish.

We play this game all the time, and love it. However lately we're not getting the credits for watching the adds. It's painful to sit through a 2 min add for nothing. And the adds are causing sound issues and sometimes crashing the app.

Is there any way to get rid of ugly stupid looking cartoon fish that we are REQUIRED to buy when we get a new fishbowl? They are ugly, we dont want them, and the recent one we got looks like Trump.

This could have five stars but we find that when you watch ads for extra coins, you are NOT always awarded the coins. It happens quite often especially when you click on the flying treasure chest during the game and when you click on the clam shells for extra coins. You dont pay a whole lot for winning tournaments and you also raise the price of fishes the more coins you have. Why do you give a lot of bells for the spring event when the cost of the prize doesnt use a lot of bells but instead very expensive with coins? Still fun to play but if Im going to waste time watch ads to increase coins then please fix those glitches. Watching ads helps you but does nothing for us if Im not getting the extra coins.

This is a good game but release new aquariums instead of re-releasing old ones.

We love this game and have played it for a long time. We have the subscription so we get fewer ads, but there are still ads to claim rewards. Frequently, we watch an ad and dont get the associated reward. We have emailed three times in recent weeks, but no one responds and nothing changes. We dont know if anyone is monitoring or maintaining this game.

Every day we have to restart our aquarium cause yall keep updating! What on earth requires update every day!. Im ready to delete if yall dont settle down.

We love this game. Ive filled all the tanks, won puzzle pieces and bonus fish. But now Im all caught up and there are no new tanks or fish. When do you expect to add more.

This is a great game and one of the best we have played, both in general and where solitaire is concerned. We have been playing daily for over a week. There are plenty of daily challenges and free chests to keep you interested and help earn coins, along with checkins and events to earn special fish. There are many aquariums and fish to collect. You can also buy cute animations for the end of the game and earn special card backs and fronts to customize your deck. We paid the $4.99 to remove the pop-up ads the first day and it was well worth it for playability reasons and also to support the developers of this wonderful app! You dont need to spend real money to make progress or get special fish. There is no stress, no penalties for undoing moves as much as you want, no limited moves you can make in a game, and it is just so nice for zoning out and watching your fish swim around while you play. Our only wish is that we want to be able to move our fish around in the aquariums to organize them a little bit, which as far as we can tell is not possible right now.

It was really great in the beginning. While playing solitaire, you gain points and build aquariums. Kind of a neat side to the game. The side game filled in within a short time of playing. But, we still accumulate points as though we will be able to build or change the scenes. It feels like something is missing or dropped from the app. There are an excessive number of ads and steps for points if we only go to a new solitaire card game.

Coins yesterday over $4,000, now down to under $3,000. Fish earned from completing jigsaw puzzle gone, puzzle now missing 3 pieces. Daily challenge from yesterday showing not completed and we have to watch a video to play it… Again.

When you updated your Privacy Policy, ALL OF MY PROGRESS WAS LOST!! We dont remember our exact level, but we were between 140-160 somewhere. We are NOT happy that we have to start over!!! We will stop playing if this isnt corrected! 2nd Review: If we could give 0 stars for this game, we would. We really enjoyed the game until we were forced to start over, as previously stated. But after a while, we missed the game so decided to just build our level back up…But, no!!!! Every time we shut the game down and go back to it later, it starts us back at level 2. What the heck did you do to the game??? We refuse to start over at level 2 everyday. Please fix it.
