Unfortunately, thats all there wasjust excitement. Played for a few months. Liked everything except, we won only 16 bingos total! Refused to put real money into the game. Im on disability and need every penny we have in our pocket! In the real world people have bills to pay: Rent Mortgage Electric Phone Car Note Insurance Food Clothing Taxes Etc These game designers dont care about your life! No money = No bingos Oh well. No bingos = Deletion 8{

As much money as we spent on playing this game, you’d think they’d allow us to at least bingo a few times. At this point, im about to just delete it and never play it again. Smh.
We have been playing the game since Mar of 23. No problems. For the past 2 days we are unable to access any of the side games. For the past 2 days we have not been able to get our daily tickets. Please fix this issue. It makes us try to download every thing but the games. We have already done this we have missed out on a couple side games that finished. Please contact us via email, before we lose more. This is the only way for us to contact you.
Over all this a fun game and the graphics are amazing. But while up to level about 130, we would frequently have consistent bingos and good payouts along with winning quite a few power ups. It seems though now we hardly bingo and when we do our payout is so tiny .. Ie pay 600 for cardswin 70. Also the wild tasks are becoming impossible to win. We have gone from 26000 tickets to 14000 tickets . We have even bought the royal pass and that hasnt made any difference. Also the price for buying additional tickets is outrageous. It really is a shame as this is our favorite game to play. We wish the developers would bring the price for tickets down or lower the amount of tickets to buy cards. As you go up in levels the amount of tickets it costs to play goes up dramatically and the amounts you win when you win dont even con close to covering that with out a double payout which gets more and more elusive.
Harder to get bingo now. Not as much fun. This used to be our favorite.
Since the last FB issue we havent received any daily bonuses. Our inbox says we have a message, but when we click to open it says its empty and then indicator doesnt clear. We have signed out and back in and it still doesnt clear. UID20810387.
We enjoy the game for what it is but for whatever reason, we cant login because Im prevented by a reconnect Wi-Fi message. No matter what we do, it fails to let us in to play the game.
Theyve change the game. Now we cant see how many power ups we have. Seems like we have less Bingos and the game is frustrating instead of fun. We will be looking for something else.
Be a good game if you good actually win a fing BINGO!!! We’ve played 20 games and 4 cards each. Thats 80 cards & we’ve won 2 bingos. Maybe call it cards. Who wants to continue to play a bingo game that you hardly win any bingos. Its a shame because the game play is actually good. Oh well scrap another due to greed & fuktards. 80 CARDS & 2 BINGOS!!!!!!
When we first started playing we enjoyed it, but the last couple of days when we’ve select the room we want to play in, it would tell us buy ticket error and take our tickets without us being able to play. Those tickets that were taken were never credited back to us. We have emailed the support team with no reply back to us nor been credited the tickets lost due to the errors. This has happen to us more than once while playing the game. We have also spent our own money on purchasing tickets.
Theres a problem going on with the eggs.
Do you have stolen tickets with games that would say theyre starting but never able to play taking money for $2000 ticket games over and again its sickening.
We keep getting charge for something we didnt buy every week we want our money back for the charges.
This was a great game but they changed everything and now it is terrible! Do not play this game!
The game is fun but it takes forever to level up because you get little credit for xp and its hard getting a bingo since the update. The cost for tickets and power ups isnt worth it because you get so little. Its cool for quick entertainment.
Beware of making in-app purchases. We made two purchases, did not receive the benefit of what we paid for and, despite sending them REPEATED PROOF over a period of two weeks, they still claimed we did not make the purchases! Used to really enjoy the game but now we will delete our account. We have done what you said many times. We were given 600 tickets in return which does not even come close to what we would have received for the money we spent.
Currently there is a lot of bug and issue we had paid for tickets and never received them also went to play a game and it just continued to call numbers, never actually let anyone win, we have lost a lot of tickets recently and they are not easy to get!
Game was our favorite, now its horrible after all the changes. Winning a bingo and collecting coins, even when you spend money, is next to impossible.

Every night we cant get into our game we deleted it and now we reloaded it.
Lots of pop ups when you sing on, which is common for this kind of game. We found it to be the most fun bingo game we’ve played to date until the latest update, which changed where things were and how things looked. The amount of credits needed per game vastly greater than those you accumulate via winning, so as you advance levels you find yourself running out often and able to play less. So, we stopped playing.
We have been playing this game for years and it is one of our favorites. After the last update, our power ups dont show on the top. Its like there isnt enough room and so the icon is too small to show the power ups, also, when playing the Odessey,there are no back or escape buttons so you have a hard time getting back to the Home Screen.
Here is the shorter version. A few weeks ago, Bingo Party changed various aspects of game play and rewards. Now players cant earn tokens and, more importantly, power-ups unless they play the more expensive games. It is now harder to earn those rewards and one must have tens of thousands of tokens to play with to win the highest rewards. Rewards we use to earn daily while playing for hours. We cant play for hours anymore, because we now have no way to earn the power-ups one needs to get bingos and to actually earn tokens (as opposed to losing tokens every game unless one wins bingo on all cards every hand). The worst part is Bingo Party committed fraud. Actual fraud, by promising 77,000 tokens altogether, if one leveled up all six levels/diamonds on each shiny card in the Starry Night album. The game encouraged us to buy wands (you needed 40 or 80 wands to level). We spent quite a bit of money on wands and we leveled up fully on each and every card. We didnt receive the promised 4,500 tokens when we filled all the diamonds on each card in each constellation in the Starry Night album and we didnt receive the promised 50,000 tokens when we fully leveled up each and every card. When we contacted Customer Support, we received 600 tokens for being a loyal player, but was told nothing about the album or the promised tokens or why we didnt receive anything. This is fraud. They advertised that players would earn a total of over 70,000 tokens by using wands. Players were encouraged to spend money on wands to achieve this. Then the promised tokens were not delivered. Classic fraud, from a legal standpoint .
Hi we’ve had mail in the mailbox and when you click on it it disappears. The past few days we’ve had no mail pop up when it says theres mail. We should be getting a few things from mail daily for the level Im at.
App suddenly refuses to load at all.
We dont like the lack of info now during bingo games that came with the latest update i.e how many chests youve collected and if you dobbed x2 win, x2 xp. Took us 10 mins to figure out how to get out of a bingo room. Also there are 2 misspelled words that are driving us nuts. One is the new game Proud Peacock, in the game it says Pround Peacock and the 2nd is when scratching legendary cards for the card collection. The copper chest is spelled as cooper. The game now resembles Wild Bingo which was terrible. We liked the older look of this game, now its lacking a lot of basic info and simple movement through the game. Terrible job devs. Also the garden event has become impossible to complete. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this game but we’ve no desire to play since the latest update. Our wallet will thank us.
This was the best Bingo game ever. Since the update the game is awful. The cards are awful and cant see what power ups we will be using. We have spent a lot of money on this game, but because we loved the game so much, we were okay with that. Sadly with the newest update, the fun is gone and we will be deleting the game.
Since you all updated the game with a new look, you have had many issuesthe main one is that the game wont load (wont connect to the server). Im not sure if this update was tested before it was release, but you all need to correct the errors immediately so that we can join the game or Apple need to refund customers for the money they have invested. This update was very poor judgment and should have been more thought out, as well, as tested.
2-22-2023 we emailed app support about a week ago and we’ve heard nothing but the sound of crickets. Why do you ask players to email customer support when customer support has no intention of replying? 2-13-2023 Just opened the app this afternoon and found the home page totally redone. Why? Is this to justify a computer programmers job? The old home page was perfectly fine and those of us that have played for years knew where everything was located on the screen. This new home page layout doesnt make sense to us, just a complete waste. We are having problems locating everything. Please bring the old home page layout back. If it aint broke, dont fix it!! Change just for the sake of change is ludicrous. Also, by glancing at the Home Screen, we know exactly how many red crystals we have, but we dont know how many pieces of energy we have. We want to know at first glance without having to click and open up energy. Lastly, where did the Crystal Club go? We just earned 8 days in the Crystal Club yesterday and now its gone! We worked hard to earn that and expect to be compensated for having yanked away right after we earned it!! We tried submitting our concerns to the game developers but when you hit the submit button to send them your concerns, NOTHING HAPPENS! Its like the game developers dont want to hear from the players!
Since the last two updates been having issues with signing into fb please fix as im not able to get our extra stuff either from this and from fb friends once fixed and working again will change our rate as we usually love playing this game even with the ton of in-game popup ads that.
You got to give a arm and leg just to get a bingo and egg. We been playing for years now Im ready to stop playing.
We love this game, but not being able to login to Facebook is getting really old!! Considering deleting the app and no longer playing.
This new version is terrible. Smaller cards, very confusing boosts. We were a daily player for years, gonna run our coins down and delete it.
We cant win on this game we keep getting f boots off when Im supposed to get power ups, or chests. We will get the first few and then get booted off. We can continue playing but get no benefits.
