The game itself is smooth and normal. But the platform has enough issues we will never deposit again unless they are fixed. The cards are big enough to easily see. We love that we can play against friends, and for free! So we play the free games. The customer support is mostly nonexistent. If a game crashes they will refund the entry fee, but any other problems and they either never reply at all, or send a pasted rote email that doesnt address the issue. We were excited when they first added the star reward system (similar to Skillz) but it ended up mostly worthless. The tier system glitched for us. We made a rare deposit and played enough one month to get to the gold level. The rules say it will stay gold the next month also, but ours dropped to silver on the 1st. We contacted support at least three times over the next month, with no reply. The rewards you can use the stars to redeem are ridiculously beyond reach. The lowest prize besides a username change is 3 million stars. A $1 game gives 25 stars. There is also a play option to use stars to play a game. We will not be depositing until they both fix the star tier issue and add some much-lower-priced rewards, preferably an option for a gift certificate. But we do continue to play the free games.
First off we want a refund it said it would pay us it took our money and then we won 4 times in one game and the game went on cut mode and wouldnt pay us and kept cutting off rip off lies.
We’ve played many game apps that actually pay real money through PayPal and other ways. This is not one of those apps. This app is a complete scam. We’ve tried to cash out 20$ just to see if it was legit. Waited forever then finally emailed them about our withdrawal asking why its taking so long. After about a month of no replies to our how many emails now, we said fk it and just played the 20$ right back into the app. Never will play here again. Complete waste of time.
We love this game, but we try to withdrawals our money. They says in a week we will receive it. Now its over a week we dont see it!!! What should we do??? When we deposit money, they took right the way to our bank. When we withdraw take over a week. But still dont see it.
This game was great. Until they started changing everything. Now your constantly being matched with hackers who score impossible scores and they refuse to refund you. Plus Its been 3 months and they still havent given us our withdraw. And we know Im not the only one. Not to mention they refuse to answer any emails related to withdraws or anything important. WHERE IS MY MONEY?!?!

Played and did really well for a few days before withdrawing. Did not get it for weeks, and then when we contacted support they locked our account and said it was under investigation because other players were reporting us. Okay cool, we’ll just wait for them to finish that and open our account back up right? Nope, no response from them for weeks now. We’ve tried following up with them several times and nothing. Now we’ve heard from lots of other people that this is common. Don’t waste your time with eGoGames. They’ll freeze your account if you do well and never respond to your messages. Update: reached out to them as per their response to this review. Will update if they actually respond this time… If we don’t update this, it means they never did. Update #2: they responded to our initial email asking what we needed help with. We told them, and back to no responses. It’s been another 10 days. This company is a fraudulent joke.
Matching is awful. High level players constantly wiping out lower players. Does play out when the email says 7 business days max. Its been a month.
Im not playing for money , just fun. Would suggest being able to choose to use US dollars as a currency alternative Thank u.
Which is $26 after reading all good and legit reviews about ego games. We have also submitted KYC verification. No reply at all.
