We downloaded this game about four months ago and havent really played it much. A couple days ago we received a promo code to start back up again, we played, won $100, and then our account was disabled and we were told to contact support. After doing so and completing the requested information, we received a message today that our account was permanently terminated and we would not receive and explanation why. Dishonest game and developer.
Graphics and game play are nice. BUT like most of these games theres an opportunity to earn gems for a chance to play a cash tournament. This option has been removed, so earning gems is pointless. Since they cant be turned into cash, the only way to win cash is by depositing cash. We tried to ask them about this change in the gem policy, but their support is difficult to find and once you email them theyre not very responsive.
We wished we didnt have to delete it cause its killing our phone and wished we didnt have to use our phone number. Its a great game if you want to win money.Thanks for letting us play.

If youre good, you will constantly get banned from the app for winning money. Then they will take a month to send your money. They will allow you to play for a few hours and then ban you again. And the games take up to 10 hours to complete. So you have to wait almost 24 hours to see if you won the game. Sometimes 48 hours. We loved this app but this is getting to be ridiculous.
Im trying to understand the concept of basically pay to play. If we win money why am we depositing money into an account? To us that says Im paying you to pay us.
The game was fun at first and we would deposit and hit big. Then one day our account was temporarily disabled while waiting on a withdrawal. Then when we wrote customer service they took forever responding. Finally we got the withdrawal Ive been waiting close to 2 months for only to be told that our account is permanently disabled and that we would not even be able to get a refund or our winnings that we had waiting since our account was disabled. Im truly upset.
We wish there was a zero star option. Ive been playing this game for almost a year. We initially paid $10 to start our ante, and we finally started winning some decent money, and suddenly Im getting temporarily locked out of our account several times, and am unable to play while its locked. We had to contact support each time it happened, and each time it took several days to unlock. This final lock-out was for over a week and they kept saying theyre looking into this. We finally decided to cash out our winnings for the very first time using this game, and the very next day we get a message stating that our account is permanently terminated. The exact message from customer support reads: After a complete review of your activity, Your Solitaire Stash account is Permanently terminated. This decision is final and cannot be changed. Please note that Solitaire Stash does not share the exact reason for this termination, as this information could be used by a bad actor, to circumvent the review system and our efforts to foster a positive and safe environment on Solitaire Stash. We could not respect any funds in the game that you have and earn until this point nor any withdrawal requests as usual for the remaining funds. Any additional account you will create will also be deleted. Solitaire Stash team. Obviously English is not their native language, and Im interpreting this message to say that we should not expect to get paid out our winnings, nor the original money that we invested. PLEASE dont get scammed like we did. Find a different game.
This game made us upgrade our app and first asked us to put our information of PayPal and took $37 after did not let us in till we open the new updated version and stole the money.
Just downloaded this game and it is such a scam. You have to pay to play. They make it look like youre going to win actual money, but before they give you your $6 bonus cash you have to deposit $20 and all the games are thousands of gems or cost real money, that you have to deposit to play. No free to play option that they advertise on other apps. What a joke.
We made $70 on this game, but before we could withdraw it, the game permanently terminated our account. This app is a scam.

Lies! This game is guilty of false advertising! It advertises winning hundreds of dollars for each card that you place, and that is the furthest from the actual truth. They also have bots that play to beat you so you never win more than you lose.
Probably the least fun solitaire game Ive tried. The matchmaking will consistently put you up against people who outscore you, no matter how well you do.

We downloaded the app and Ive been playing it often on for one year. We have never won enough to try to withdraw. Dont know if they would actually pay us they give you enough gems save them for a whole week. We love playing this game. One of our favorite solitaire game that gives the option for winning money. But recently within the past few weeks Ive had issues where the app will force close or not load properly. It just happened again where it forced close after a tournament and when we tried to log back in, it didnt even bring up the app. Just a fully grey page. We had to close it all out and start again. If there were a way to fix this from happening Ill be happy to figure it out and pass it on. Otherwise then that, they would see about readyonoknn.

Total scam! It says that you can withdraw your winnings once you have $15 but it makes you deposit $15 before you can withdraw anything. So basically anything you win you can only get back if you deposit money so youre not actually getting real money.
Dont waste your money. Says there are no bots but we lost 15 games in a row and played fast. Results take 2 plus hours to make it seem like youre playing against real people but this is a total scam app. Dont waste youre money like we did! Apple should ban this app from the App Store.

This app was fun when we played before we added some cash-after that every time we try to play a game that you have to use your cash it boots us out of the whole game-every time we restart it our cash is gone-beware-we have contacted them and they keep asking us to show our pending history which we can not do since it booted us out of the game.
