HOW TO PLAY CLUE:
- Three cards are dealt face-down and set aside – this is the solution to the crime!
- Everyone is dealt three Clue Cards. These are automatically crossed off your clue sheet, as they can’t be part of the solution.
- Roll the dice and move around the board.
- When you enter a room, you can make a suggestion – select who you think the murderer is, what weapon they used and where the crime happened.
- Other players will then aim to disprove your suggestion; if one of your suggestions matches a card in their hand, they show you that card to disprove it.
- Use your clue sheet to keep track of which characters, weapons and rooms have been disproven.
- Think you’ve figured it out? It’s time to make an accusation! Be careful though – if you’re right, you win, but if you are wrong, you’re out!

We LOVE the game and want to play more of it, but its been months since theyve added a new map and Im starting to wonder if they ever will.
Im dont sure if anyone else is having this problem, but when ever Im playing either the Black Adder Resort , Whispering Pines or Polar Reach Station the water is black and you cant see the details of the water moving.
Im going to tell you now that you this is a great game.
Guys, you have to try this game! We have only played it for a short time and we are completely hooked! It is so much fun and there are even new looks for the characters. Buy it now!characters.
Twice now the app has moved us from one part of the board to another. Last time we were ready to solve and was 2 steps from the Library, but next turn we were across the board 30 steps from it and couldn't access a room on next roll.
We really enjoy this game and have rated it before as 5stars, but it has lost a star imo. We havent had a new crime scene in 7 months! The past 3 updates has been the same- 2016 Suspect Pack. Is there an update roadmap anywhere.
This updated version of the game is great. But not having a more extensive selection of buyable characters is a massive shame. Especially the classic version characters.
Ive been waiting for a new crime collection item. Last update we had to pay for the characters and that was months ago. What was the point in buying the pack if there are never any new boards.
Game works fine, but it opens as Cluedo and just really annoys us.

We LOVE this game!!! We NEED a new crime scene.
We hate this new update. We prefer the old way where we didnt have to zoom in to make our selections on the notepad. Not only does it slow the game down but it is glitchy and freezes when scrolling. Having to scroll to see all selections makes us hate playing our favorite game. App support says this was the original game play and playing without the zoom wasnt meant to be permanent but that zoom play only makes sense as an option play for those with chubby fingers or those who cant see too well. For the rest of us, bring back the non zoom play function.
We were in the mood to play clue after many years and downloaded this. The music is great the art style is really cute. We have not stopped playing! Brings us back to when we used to play with our siblings in our basement during snow days or just random board game days.
Hey everyone responsible for bug fixes. We reported an issue on March 16th about our clue sheet on our iPad Pro. With the new updates Im happy to say our clue sheet is functioning like before and we couldnt be happier!!! Thank you so much for fixing it! Also, the updates are great! Love, love, love the new additions all around! Keep up the good work.
Game is great just needs a few things. Being able to video chat while playing would be great. Also right now trying to play with friends is not working. Enter game code and says game does not exist. However we are on FaceTime as a group and is telling us all the same thing.
NOW were talking! Loved Clue Classic, but was a bit annoyed that everything was illustrated and had only a little animation for atmosphere. This iteration is what Ive been waiting for- 3D characters with 3D locations filled to the brim with animation and atmosphere. New play styles and case files/tokens/etc to collect help make this version one to keep coming back to. DLC prices even feel more justified since you genuinely get a good deal of content. Overall this iteration has been a blast, and Im very excited to see what new locations and characters the team will release in the future.

The other Clue game by this developer has been one of our favorites since it came out, and this new version is even better.
We are absolutely loving this newer version of Clue so far. Our only wish is that they would add an ultimate detectives bundle similar to the previous version, except for new cases. At the moment, there is only one case available for purchase, but Im sure as more cases arrive, a bundle will eventually come. We dont for see a point in paying for additional cases individually, so Ill be waiting until then.
Always loved clue and this game definitely does it justice.
The game is great but it has a few bugs needing to be fixed: -Miss Scarlett always goes first no matter what. The play passes in order around the board. So it always goes Miss Scarlett, Colonel Mustard, Mrs. White, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock, and Professor Plum. Always every time. (Start spaces) -Miss Scarlett always starts in between the Lounge and the Hall -Colonel Mustard always starts in between the Lounge and the Dining Room -Mrs. White always starts in between the Kitchen and the Ballroom -Mr. Green always starts in between the Ballroom and Conservatory -Mrs. Peacock always starts in between the Conservatory and Billiard Room -Professor Plum always starts in between the Library and the Study (Characters were not on their original start space. The actual board game has this on the board and in the instructions.) Also, once you make a suggestion in a room you MUST exit it on your next turn and then on your turn AFTER THAT TURN you may re-enter that room. We were able to make suggestion after suggestion without leaving the Conservatory. This is an illegal move. You may NOT enter the same space twice in a single turn and you may NOT pass through or land on another token. We were able to pass through a door blocked by another token and this is NOT allowed. These were the bugs we noticed but other than that we love the game. Am going to enjoy playing it and recommend it to everyone! 5 stars.
The graphics are great. Love the new game options. Having a little difficulty joining online games but seems good overall.
Ive only just started playing and exploring, and so far its fine. Not blowing our socks off yet, but theres a lot more to explore. We wish we could put in our own user name; seems Im stuck with some generic handle.
Online multiplayer is broken. Cant find any games when searching.

We have played the Clue board game many times, but when this came out Ive been playing this game ever since it is really good because they have different places you can investigate in and you can be different characters. Just like the board game. It is very cool. We would definitely recommend this. This app is for kids and adults. It is a very good app to play a few rounds of clue.

We bought monopoly, The Game Of Life 2 and now this. Those games are very fun since they are both pass and play, we bought Clue thinking it was also pass and play. From our understanding its not. We would really appreciate it if you can add it and not just AI.
Love this game. It is a lot of fun. Only complaint is that the gameplay on single player can be a bit slow.
This is a nice and well developed app, from the gameplay perspective. The music is fun, the artwork and design is aesthetically pleasing. We enjoy playing with other people and just the amount of options you have to play. However, you quickly find that there is no other incentive to play OUTSIDE of just for the joy of the game itself. After each game you can earn up to like 6000 points. But the points have NO VALUE. You cant accumulate them, you cant spend them on customizations for your favorite game pieces or new game boards. So why even have them? Also, there are mini objectives that clearly have no value other than JUST doing them. Theres not even a section to showcase your stats in the game. Like we would LOVE to see how many games Ive played, how many Ive won, any type of streaks, etc. Also well as look up stats of those we might be playing against in game. Please stop nickel and dimen us with these aesthetic only upgrades add-ons, and if not, at least allow us the opportunity to EARN them by using the points we could possibly accrue from being loyal to playing the game consistently.
Marmalade is finally restoring the Clue Sheet editing tool. Took ling enough! But well be glad to have the game working again.
Its fun but really hard to see.
Its a good game, but like all games its Hackable, or glitch able in the least.. Ive noticed for a while the game constantly chooses same Murderer/Weapon/Room Additionally, when we were prompted to choose a rating it said thank you but gave us no choice to rate. We had to go to the App and rate and comment directly.
Pretty bummed because we bought this in a Hasbro bundle. Life and Monopoly have pass and play and we realize how complicated it would be to make Clue pass and play but we really had our hopes up for it. We had thought that it would have had a screen between plays that could be clicked by the next player in line to keep cards and info private so the game could be passed around during long car rides. Like we said we realize adding this feature might not be the simplest but for those of us who dont want or cant play online itd be a really nice feature.
Im giving it 3 stars because its a good game, but one small issue. We cant even play the game. Everytime the title music in the game ends, our game just freezes up. We know its not a situation on our end, is there something that can happen to fix it.
We purchased this game thinking we would be able to advance through different rooms. Which is not the case at all, it took quite sometime to do the different clues to advance. We finished the Tudor House and was excited to move on, but NOPE you have to purchase the other rooms for 32.00. You got us for $5, we wont be getting more. We did enjoy the game but not for the hefty price.

This is a very fun game and addicting game way better than murder mystery you have so many players Scarlett Col. Mustard Mr.green Ms.peacock professor.plum and all the other forms are amazing you have gray and so many great maps.
Great fun for the family but needs bigger font for people with limited eyesight.
Change the low power theory our fault wasnt that hit for some reason we cannot play singular player online works but not single player, could you please fix it Ive tried everything besides deleting the game because we dont know if it will save our purchase or not, Ive tried resetting our phone closing the app and more.
We really love playing the game. It does get tiresome having to play 36 games in Tudor Mansion to unlock a new level, but the graphics are pretty and fun to look at, so its tolerable. The thing that needs to be fixed: our token is never in the same place we left it. We try to move closer to the room we want to be in, but on our next turn, the token is moved back in the opposite direction. It happened repeatedly on the last game. We narrowed down to two rooms and could not get to either of them because our token kept moving without us.
Text is unreadably small on our 14 Pro Max, and theres no way to change it.
Great game! Differs from original in that it allows for players to be more active and less stiff. Each one is allowed to ask questions and delve further into the crux of the mystery than in the original.
If you enjoy the game of Clue, you will enjoy this game. It is classic Clue with slight animations. A couple of very minor things – Since you play to unlock the secondary game pieces, we wish they were a little more visible during game play. And, it would be nice when you choose the secondary game piece for a character, if it were to stay on that one until you change it. We kinda wish it also included the chatcters the other app-Cluedo version has – but we also kinda think that be the little bit that makes it too much and would detract from this version. So, Ill just eagerly await the future boards/sets of characters.
Why do we have to keep buying the same game over and over just to get a different scenario?! We agree with the one who said it was deceptive in making you think you would earn something different if you completed all the tasks. It only makes sense to reward the player with an incentive. Otherwise why would you continue to play the same repetitive game to achieve more or less nothing? If you just want to make money rather than be creative, youre missing your opportunity. A lot of people love this game but this presentation is not well thought out and disappointing.
This version of Clue is much better than the 2018 release, which needed more beta testing. While the DLC is rather pricey, the games multiplayer situation is much better and for the most part the bugs are all gone. The new modes are also a great refresh the the original game, especially the Ultimate Detective.
