What a great concept; excellent music, sweet decks, awesome animations and art, with fun quick story lines!
We love this game and have played this version of solitaire so much. Its the only game we still have Apple Arcade. Unfortunately the price for arcade is going up and we cant justify paying $7 a month for just this game. If there was a pay-once non arcade version we would get it in a heartbeat.
We are so thrilled with this set of Solitaire games! All fascinating with graphics and music! We couldnt ask for a better game!
We like solitaire and was ready to play a new game with a new goal to play into. But every time we play a game, and we finish it, there is no pop up screen to take us to the main menu or start the next game. We have to exit out of the game all together and reopen if we want to play it.
We downloaded this yesterday and proceeded to play upwards of 30-40 rounds in an hour or so. We were having a lot of fun, though we had some issues with taps not being registered but not enough to bother us. Then we finished an event (playing on our ipad). Then suddenly, when it tried to get us to use the gift ball thing, it suddenly decided that we wasnt connected to the internet and that we Must be online to use. Thing is, we are online and have been the whole time. But it wont let us exit out of that screen in order to go back and play. So we are stuck on a screen and have reloaded multiple times to no avail. We attempted to see if we could just play on our phone, but 2/3 of our progress was just gone on our phone version.
Only playable in offline mode yet they keep running online only events. If events were playable offline would be 3 stars, fix the bug and itd be 5 stars. Bug has been happening for months!
We’ve been playing this game since it came out and after this last update all of our progress is gone. Im going to delete this game because there is no way Im starting from the beginning again.
The game is broken. You cannot complete one round of solitaire. It just hangs forever after you win. None of the online features (basically the point of the game, and how you participate in multiplayer, events, etc) work at all, they just always fail to load or join. This game is a huge red flag for Apple Arcade. Im not sure why Im paying a monthly subscription for broken games. We’ve contacted support numerous times and told them, they never have a solution and have shipped a few updates but the problem has persisted for multiple versions now. Uninstalled!
Game keeps freezing otherwise super fun and beautifully animated.
We have been playing solitaire stories for a while now, and its one of our favorite solitaire games! We love the different game options and the stories are a lot of fun! But recently, we cannot play it. Every time we attempt to open the app, we get the loading screens and then nothing. This has been happening for over a month, and we have emailed their support team and got no answer back): we hope we get to keep playing this game in the near future. Update: It is back and working again!! Thank you so much, we have changed our rating to 5 stars!

Im so addicted we have to play this game every day! We love the stories and special events.
This is probably our most-played game on our iPhone. We pay for Apple Arcade just for this game. We like the nice graphics, the actual game and the look of the app. But when the heck are you going to update this for the Dynamic Island?? We play often when Im listening to podcasts and this is the worst thing about the app! Please update asap.
Cute & quirky, traditional stories with a twist, features voice acting of some notable actors. We were able to see story titles before getting a story but now we dont see any story info. Im thinking its a us malfunction. Not that it matters its still solitaire but we wish we knew how to fix it.
Played one game and somehow got 25 achievements, not sure why. Could be fun though!
Almost every time we play and finish a hand, the game just loops on the winning effect and the screen never loads into the next game or allows us to get back to the menu. In order to keep playing we have to force close the app, reopen it, pick up where the game thinks we left off, and attempt to re-complete the hand we were playing. Frustrating.
Cant move on after completing a game , the end level animation just keeps cycling and we have to force close the app to play the next level.
The games are fun but achievements are broken. We played 1 game and it unlocked achievements all the way up to 250 games played. We hit undo and it unlocked using undo in 25 games. We were actually hoping to see our progress but its so far off.
After winning a hand the end game menu no longer comes up. This means you have to force close the app and restart it to play another level. Would be a 5 start game if that was fixed.
We wanted to like this game but we discovered that if Im connected to the internet, the solitaire game we’ve just finished wont end. It just freezes and doesnt respond. We have to force the app to close. We contacted support and the only suggestion was to play offline. And thats a bit ridiculous. No fix forthcoming either.
Hello! As your game loads in right now it goes to a black screen and never brings anything up.
This is our absolute favorite solitaire game. We only wish there were more layouts in the tripeaks. We get that its in the name, but even just one or two more shapes would make a world of difference.
We enjoy this game because it adds a narrative to a classic game. We play it all the time on our iPad, and strive to complete the daily challenges and unlock all of the customizations. One thing that we hope to see fixed in future updates is the syncing across multiple devices. We find that even though we have cloud saving on, our save does not update across all of our devices.
Its probably the best solitaire game we’ve played but we’ve only been able to play one hand at a time before having to close the app and reopen to advance. Terribly frustrating! We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still have the issue. Love the visuals and music though! Just would be nice not having to close the app every time.
We played 1 game of spider and received several achievements for number of games played which we didnt rightfully earn. Same for a couple of other types of achievements.
This could be a great solitaire game except for the font size and style. We play solitaire to reduce stress, but the font is too small, and it cant be zoomed in to increase the size. The style of the font increases the problem of readability. There is a choice of style for different colors and graphics on card fronts and backs, but no large print option. Instead of making large numbers or showing the numbers by having the numbers suit symbols on the card face, they have one large suit symbol on each card. Why not have an option to have the number large and the suit small?
Every time we try and play story mode we finish the solitaire deck but we cant figure out how to move on or go to the home page.
Every game we finish just sits on the end screen. Doesnt advance to next level, no buttons to push, no saving our progress. Seems like a good game, but we cant play more than one level. Big bummer. Edit, OK, it is saving our progress now, but we have to crash the game out and relaunch after every play.
We dont play many games. This one was a lot of fun. Im enjoying the game play; but not the music. The music is TOO mellow . Practically depressing. Suicidal ?? Maybe thats too harsh. We turned it off. The rest of the game awesome. Ill be installing it for our more cerebral family members. God of war series for the rest of them :) we took a cursory look at the menu settings to see if there was a music type option. It was a very brief look. Didn’t see that option; but, the option to turn off music was right at the top. That you for a quality game. Im really enjoying it. If we enjoy it TOO much it will be uninstalled. So dont work too hard.
Easily the best solitaire game anywhere. Beautiful visuals. Great music. Tons of variety in decks, backgrounds, and other customizable elements. We wish we could give this more than just 5 stars.

Its a great solitaire game, but our only frustration is that the game gets stuck after we finish a deal we have to completely close out of the game and reopen it. Im still earning coins and making progress, but its kind of annoying. Otherwise, great game!
Multiplayer and Daily Contest are no longer working.
The game is great we love it but there is one major issue. The game will not work on our phone at all. And the Apple tv gets stuck. Please developers fix this issue.
As of sometime last week, the macOS version insists that we’re offline and has stopped syncing our progress. The iOS version continues to work fine. Seen on macOS 13.5, tested on two separate Macs (an M1 Air and an M1 Max MacBook Pro). Surprisingly difficult to contact support – it involves writing down an email address from withn the app and then entering it manually?!?
As of the most recent special event. The game has failed out completely. We finished the previous event on its last day. And now whenever we try to play the new event it just shows event completed and wont let us start. If they cant even get something like that working its unplayable.
The game seems fun, but we every time we finish a level, the cards just bounce around the screen and doesnt advance to the next level. We cant press any buttons on the screen, and if we close out of the app our progress is not saved. We Will definitely adjust our review when this is fixed because it seems like a great app!
Is it too much to ask for opening up missed events? We just want to complete all of the achievements! Currently, Im missing twoTWO events. Previous: Was hoping theyll open some missed events, but nopedevelopers wont let you complete all achievements! Previous Previous: If you miss an event, you miss an event and theres no option to play it again!
We’ve emailed support 3 times now without any response. We havent been able to play in about a month or more now since we last was able to load into the game. We’ve missed a bunch of events. Which is troublesome because we like playing the events. Our game is updated to the latest update and nothing is happening. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing is working.
The game needs better directions to get into the card games.
