We’ve got some exciting news for all you music lovers out there! We’ve just released a new update with some great new features and improvements:

Firstly, we’ve fixed some pesky bugs that were causing issues with the game. You can now enjoy a smoother and more seamless experience when playing.
We’ve also made some design updates to make the game look even more visually appealing.
In addition to these improvements, we’ve added some fantastic new music to the game that you can enjoy already.

SongPop® – Guess The Song Review

We can’t get past the first questions, it’s trying to pigeonhole us into specific eras and genres. And like we get that many people, maybe most, still primarily listen to music that came out when they were teens and 20s. But our taste is eclectic and we don’t have the same taste and we don’t want the game to do that. It could ask people to pick decades or whatever, and maybe we’re missing something, but we still don’t want it to put us in a category as narrow as 2000s hip hop or whatever.

Too many adsyou have to watch an ad after every game just to play!!!!!

The app crashes all the time in the middle of your play, which causes a loss of ticket or even tickets. Live tournament winners dont receive prizes. Support has been notified by many players for a very long period of time, and none of which has been fixed or tried to make right. Purchases for coins have been lost, but your money has been taken. Players can team up and report another player simply because they want to which causes players to be restricted in play.

We’re a music person and we luv this app!!!

We would love it if you added Michael Jackson on there. Dolly Parton has her own music.

It wont load and we dont like how the design is. Our main issue is we cant see all the categories we have. Its really annoying. We dont like how everything on the screen is just crowded. Makes it hard for us to see/read. We think song pop classic is better than this one, but we love the colors that was used on song pop 3.

The developers need to get some help or come off the $$ theyre making and put back into the game! It has potential to be good but there are times you could take a nap while waiting for games or playlists or chats to load.

The NEW version clearly cant keep up. Games bogging down constantly! Do not even bother complaining! This is NO sign of any type of customer service! If you feel like wasting time sign up!

We love this game but Im definitely not getting all our rewards! And when we reach out to them , they never reach back and try to fix the problem ..

Just started playing. Its fun. But Im as we say just learning the new Song Pop. Its very different from Song Pop 2. Download it & give it a try, if you enjoy music now its supposed to connect to our other SP but doesnt so its a nightmare. We pay a membership but have to play like a guest. Very annoying. Hope they sort it out before we stop playing. Lots of issues with the app last week we had to reinstall it several times. They keep asking us to do things but it never works. Fix these issues please.

Its very nice that you create a tournament that us non Latin speaking people cant understand.

This App needs to be fixed immediately. It crashes during every live show and nobody seems to care. This has been going on for weeks. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!! Get a grip SONGPOP!!!

Fun game, but too many ads and $9.99 a month is ridiculous to pay for an appmaybe as a one time charge, but not a monthly expense.

We really want to like this game but there are absolutely no instructions on how to play or any explanation of the features. We have no idea what Im supposed to be accomplishing and there is no help feature or FAQ section. The only thing we know how to do in the game is play one on one, similar to song pop 2.

The interface looks like it was designed by a kindergardner with ADHD. Not intuitive and not fun. SP Classic is the superior game.

This update and adding songpop 3 has absolutely ruined this game. We want to be able to play parties when we want to not when the game magically gives us the party button. We quit paying for membership when the price increased because $10 a month for a game is crazy. Why give tickets as a reward if you cant get to the party to play? Why have ads that freeze up requiring you to close and reopen the app? We enjoy song guessing, but greed has ruined this game.

Been trying this out for almost a month. Thought if we played a little we would like it more. Not so . Songpop two is so much better . No explanations if what’s what in the game. Way way too many ads. Really disappointed.

This game is so laggy. It has millions of ads. And they push you to buy premium. And it also messes up your device, btw. It made our phone lag so many times and it just so bad.

Dont expect free trial to try out despite what it may say.

This app is very annoying. Navigating the game is a confusing mess. The restrictions of what you can do and what features you can use makes no sense. It is difficult to play because of its poor design. It is filled with infantile animations that detract from the game. For example, every time you get a song right a stupid animated hand comes in from the side to distract and annoy you. You will also be bombarded with ads pushing you to upgrade to the paid subscription. We recommend Song Pop Classic. The biggest flaw with classic is that they use it to try to push you into this horrible app. Play Song Pop Classic and say NO to Song Pop 3!

We STARTED PLAYING TO GET CREDIT ON ANOTHER GAME!!!! BUT THIS GAME IS NOTHING BUT A BUGGY AND CONSTANT CRASHING CRAP!!! We GUESS THEY NEEDED TO FORCE PAYING PLAYERS TO PLAY THIS GAME TO GET MORE FUNDING TO KEEP SAYING THEY ARE FIXING IT.

We have lost so many tickets on this game. It freezes up on us constantly too many issues that need to be addressed. We would never pay for an app with this many problems.

Worst we have ever seen we one can fix our problem of getting back in game.

When SongPop Classic ends so does our subscription.

Why would you make someone pay money to play a game playing game should be free . Stop being greedy ! It does no one any good !!!

With that being said, its also the most costly and time consuming. But the cost and the time are obviously at our own consent (despite SongPops clever gotcha marketing tactics!). But hey, what can we say? If you like music more than any of your friends and always have buds in your ears throughout the day if youre so savvy you can sing the melody to some obscure Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young song and in two seconds start singing Juicy by Biggie if you typically know what songs playing before the rest of the people in the room, this game will get you! And then its hook, line, and sinker. We told myself Id never subscribe to the premium subscription. That was 7 months ago. We actually made it 5 months before spending over $100 in the last two months on this game. There is something to love for everyone. All that being said, there will be something to also infuriate everyone too. Theres playlists that obviously werent included because of greedy record company restrictions or whatever (where are The Beatles? Jackson Browne? The Eagles? Hootie & them Big Ol Blowfish?! Ya feel us!). There are key artists missing but some artists included that you will be pleasantly surprised to see. Theres currently a big issue with this particular SongPoP with the app crashing on a many times per day basis. Im sure they know about it. Please fix this for us, guys. Were putting Benjamins in your pocket like Alanis Morrisette circa 1995. So make sure your programmers are working that weekend shift to squash them bugs. Other than that, we just feel like we should get paid to play because we’ve gotten 4 people personally to sign up for the subscription all on our persistence. Or we need to work for this company. Btw, please also fix the issue where clicking on the Apple Music icon doesnt properly take you to the Apple Music app anymore. And it hasnt been working for a couple updates. This is important for those with Apple as their streaming music service. Other than that, keep on keeping on. This is thegreatsongtraveler giving this app 5 shining pulsars in the sky! Dont stop playin the music until the music stops playin you.

This is SUCH an amazing app! Its so fun. They pick music for your age group. So kids dont get exposed.

We love this game because you can learn new songs and music.

It is not the best but our sister and we like playing it.

Im only giving this three stars until you upgrade it so you can not accept games, delete user games and, most importantly, hide our opponents guesses. We do NOT want to see their guesses. Otherwise Song Pop is quite enjoyable.

When we complete a challenge we have to close completely out of the app to get back to our main screen to complete the next challenge. All the app wants to let us do is start a new game. Also just now we were unable to X out of the pop up for buy this bundle for 4.99. Fix these minor hugs and we might actually enjoy this game as much as we did when we first found it.

Its not fun when you have to watch a video to play basic playlists. Im erasing it.

Needs more stickers and frames to make needs to pass level 100.

What a crappy app. We cant link accounts.

You force us to play because youve integrated it into Song Pop Classics missions. That is the only reason we havent deleted it. There are far too many ads. We cant purchase playlists, so we dont really care about earning coins. On 3 separate occasions our tuneology streak was reset even though we guessed the correct song. We hate this game.

Terrible UI. Not intuitive at all – no user guide that we’ve found. Not many people playing. Im lucky to play 5 challenges a day. Classic is much better IMHO.

Use to love song pop 2 now your company has made us switch to this version and you have to play so many games to even get in the tournaments. Your company messed up big you had loyal and faithful customers on song pop 2 now you have lost another customer.

We just joined (again) and once again, Songpop lost our original information. So when we sign on to play we cant find our information. Youd think we would have learned our lesson from the first time, but no. We supposedly joined with the $9.95 per month – and Songpop took the money out of our bank account!! But can we play? No! They just want us to join again for an additional $9.95! We just canceled our account – again! Why are they scamming us?????????!

Cant play frequently because you wont collect coins or experience. Chasing the $$$. Cant delete games you arent interested in. Must watch an ad every time you switch to a different playlist. This is just bad. Guess Ill stick to the classic version or check out 2.

It says free week, but that is only a free week when you purchase a month. Game is not at all worth anything near a monthly subscription of $9.99 that is absolutely laughable. We wouldnt pay $1 once for this game, never mind monthly.
