5 days ago, this app stop working unless we sign in on Facebook. Here the catch; this game is not Facebook! There is a version of this game but not this game! Can this be fixed?Either add this game to Facebook or make it so we dont have to sign in to Facebook to play.
We really like this game overall. However, it is incredibly boring that the expert mission has been the same for literally multiple years. Shake it up already! In fact, a lot of your missions have gotten repetitive. They used to be more diverse. Move back to that.
Could you please update opening screen? Its still on Halloween.
We absolutely love this game, Ive played it for years and we never get tired of itthe reason why we cant give it 5 stars is because there has been two times where Ive went to buy plus and its taken our money but not given us plus. We let it slide one time, but today we tried getting plus twice and neither time did they give us it. :(.
Splash intro screen not updated in months, no new playlists except a few chosen by AI, this app was so. Much fun for years, now it's no longer supported. Cancelling our subscription and never using the new version.

We love playing Song Pop classic and have been playing for many years. We tried the newest update a year ago and deleted because it wasnt as fun. Now its making us update. We guess our time with a song Pop has come to an end :(.

We got some suggestions for playlists, like falling in reverse, pierce the veil, big time rush, Roy woods, xxx, ski mask, lil skies, Kodak black, Nardo wick, don toliver, snt jhn, joji, lil Tracey, the Beatles, Odetari, nav, yeat, destroy lonely, lil yatchy, youngboy, nle, dimi, Ken Carson, zillakami, raeusi, fit for rivals, 6lack, maybe like a whole twilight soundtrack from all the movies, 916frosty, Poorstacy, gunna,.
We play this everyday for years. So much fun guessing artists and song titles.
We have been enjoying this game for over 10 years and we always enjoy Mastering new playlists. This game provides us with hours of enjoyment and opportunities to challenge our SongPop friends and family. The 80s genre are our favorite games to play but we constantly learn new songs and artists each week. Keep up the great content and keep these wonderful games available to us Baby Boomers. CDAWG.
The game is fine, the amount of games you have to play to get your last star needs to be cut drastically or on that last star double so instead of 15 every time you play a perfect game, you get 30. That will get you a lot more users because theres less effort that you have to be put in it and this is not a game that you get anything out of its a game that you pay for. Update – for those of us who have been playing this game for over 10 years we get very little out of it. Every day at the beginning you get your daily deal so to speak. You either get four or five tickets or notes or maybe 60 coins and if you are upgraded, you can quadruple that. Why cant we get 20 tickets as the original offer or 20 notes, 200 coins or even stars? People played this game for $100 a year and what you get out of it is not much.
Ive played for more than 10 years. The ads get longer and you have to click X half a dozen times on some before ad goes away. So frustrating. Im not paying $10 a month to play w/o ads.
We recently updated this app. And ever since then, every freaking day, every freaking time we open the app it makes us sign in through Facebook again. We understand doing it once after its updated or some thing, but not every single day. Again this has been since it updated. Definitely not an improvement.
Ive been playing this game for years and love it, but for 2 days in a row, mistakes were made regarding daily bonuses. Yesterday you had to guess the song of the day from a particular playlist because the name of the artist was misspelled on their greatest hits playlist, and today we are supposed to score 25000 points in a PVP match. We believe a perfect score is 24000, so how can we get 25000? Still love the game, but hate it right now.
Never received the free trial of SongPop Plus but got charged the $9.99 right away.

Why do we have re-log in every time we open this game? Very frustrating.
Have played since 2012 , best game ever if youre a music lover.
Its fun to play except for after every time we play we get shown a Disney solitaire ad that gets stuck and we cant get out of it. We have to close the app and restart it. Its made it too annoying to play anymore.
We love this game and have been playing 3-4 years but lately we havent been able to watch a video for extra stars, we havent removed the game and reinstalled it to no avail and the app support button goes to a website that says it cant help so Im hoping someone will read this and fix the problem.
We love playing this game, but unfortunately it is full of bugs which they will not fix. It is almost impossible to play anymore on our iPad (which is up to date). Frequently, the screen goes blue, white, or black and the only way to fix it is to restart the device. We play the unpaid version, with ads. We dont mind the ads, but then they get stuck and wont clear. It works pretty well on our iPhone, but we prefer to play on our iPad. We say, if you arent addicted to this game already, save yourself the aggravation and dont get started.
The game makes it like a job wants you to be on 24/7 it gets frustrating it needs were you can earn more coins the highest is like 6 if double your coins.
Really need a sleep token playlist.

Gotta say we really enjoy SP. Lots of our opponents are Gen X and love the 80s and 80s music. Please come out with more 80s categories. An example is 80s collection. Its a very popular playlist, but people have long since mastered it. Maybe make an 80s Collection Volume 2 or something very similar. We hope this makes sense. Thank you, Badwalnuts.
We are a visually impaired person. When we downloaded this app, we discovered that it wasn't accessible for voiceover users. We love these types of games, so it would be nice to make it user-friendly for everyone.
Ive played this game for years and although Ive really enjoyed it, the ads ruined it. We cant even play the game anymore and we wont be paying just to remove them. Probably why everyone stopped playing years ago.
Good game but the amount of ads is diabolical.
Ive been a loyal player to this game for over 5+years. We compete in all the missions daily, monthly missions. We even play the new song pop daily as well. Over the years, Ive become friends with people all over the world & some we talk daily. For us to be able to talk to anyone Ive got to delete our app & reinstall EVERY SINGLE DAY. Is there not an update that can fix this?! Id be so thankful. Until then, Ill just keep reinstalling but if a fix could be done us & others would thank you. Love this game & all the friends its brought over time. Its so much fun.
We used to be able to easily launch this. Now, every time we launch, it makes us sign in through Facebook. Glitches oftenand even worse if Im not currently signed into Facebook. Very frustrating.
In our opinion SongPop Classic,is the Greatest Game App in the Entire App Store! And we have been playing different versions of it for over 11 years and we still Love it to this day! The IT Group are Topnotch and they will stay on top of any issue(s) that youre experiencing and all it takes is for you to submit a ticket and it will not be closed until you close it after your issue(s) has been fixed! We thank all of the developers for this Amazing Game and we give it.
We decided to redownload this after quite some time and the ads are RIDICULOUS! Theyre so frequent and SO long! Not fun anymore.
What happened to the chat option? Its gone from one day to another, why.
We get so much enjoyment from playing SP! We add songs that we havent heard in years to our playlists, SP helps us do that.
PLEASE REACTIVATE THE CHAT FEATURE.
And the problems either continue or new ones pop up. We would give a 5 star, but these issues NEVER get resolved! We have been playing almost 2 years & we STILL cannot scroll when browsing playlists! Why cant u fix this? Getting tired of the crashing. Also, with each update, the app becomes slower & slower regarding loading in general & PVP games. You can imagine how frustrating it is. For these reasons, we will not be renewing our PLUS membership when it expires at the end of February. We believe if one pays $10 ea. Month, the devs should strive for excellence rather than going backwards.
Ive played this game for years and we really do enjoy it. However, starting about a month ago, our chat feature disappears and the only way to get it back is to uninstall the game and re-download it. We have to do this each time we play if we want to use chat.
We get no help the customer service is absolutely terrible you dont fix a thing ! Lose our leaderboard rankings bcuz you dont fix problems! Takes 3 weeks to hear back from you is a joke ! And stop the Ai response its no help.
Ive played SongPop for over 10 years. Its is literally the ONLY game we even play, and we are a daily player even if just for a few minutes. We never pay for App subscriptions but finally decided Ive played SongPop long enough and we really enjoy it so Id go ahead and pay $10 a month for the VIP. Ever since when we claim rewards such as unlimited tickets or power ups the app doesnt want to work correctly until said reward times end and then it all functions as normal again. This is clearly preventing you from utilizing the rewards you earned. Then when it comes to the unlimited power ups once those end there will be 30+ of our regular power ups just gone. Stolen from us by the app. Even the times we cant even use the unlimited option. This game has turned into a a trap and after 10+ years of loyalty – Im about done. We cant stand greedy thieves and we will not support a company that screws over their paying customers. We do NOT recommend wasting your money on VIP- theyll just screw you over and steal from your account. You will not get what you pay for. We wouldve given a 5 star had we made a review before becoming VIP. After our VIP experience theyre lucky they get 2 stars.
Obscene in both amount and content. Its already a serious problem that you LITERALLY have to watch ads THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF TIME that you play. We have actually timed it. If you are on this app for 30 minutes, you have spent 15 of it watching ads. But some of the ads contain graphic sexual content. Pretty surprising and almost funny to a grandma like ourselves but not cool to think that preteens or teens might be playing this game as well. Of course you can avoid that with the paid version which may be worth it.
We want to love this game, we do. Yet, it's impossible to play for more than 5 minutes at a time without an ad in your face, some are integrated into the game itself. It's faster to just close down the app and restart it once an ad appears. And sometimes the add on the opening screen makes the whole app close out. It's pathetic.
The ads for the games are too long and too frequent. Otherwise Song Pop is good, though NOT worth paying a monthly fee for.
Love this game especially now all the little issues have been ironed out. If you enjoy music, download this app. It is a great game for music lovers. Few things they can still improve but they may just be things we'd prefer.

We have to say, we just love this app we run into all kinds of music that we havent heard in years. When we get to play with people we dont even know which is wonderful.
We love song pop but we think on your playlist the mastered ones should be at the bottom of the list. That way you dont have to go through all of them when selecting one.
