Been playing for seven months game is stuck on first screen since Tuesday. Can you please fix it or send us something to tell us how to get off the main screen please and thank you.
Good game but wont load when it get to the screen.

We were looking to return to this game but forgot which email we logged into with our old account. We were trying to go through one by one but this game only lets you log into one account. So if you want to look for your old account in 10+ emails, you need to redownload the game 10 times. Not to mention, it is so excruciatingly annoying that it auto-logs in for you. We cannot even get to the logout button because of the auto-login. Game is terrible because of this, never returning. Going from a 4 star to 1 star because do not trust the first review you see, game devs give no communication whatsoever and the games been glitched at the title screen not loading for half a week.
We’ve played the game since its inception and have spent a solid chunk of change on the game. Heres what we have to say about the game. The main plus about the game is that it looks great. Thats about it. The gameplay is a bit lacking as most of the events you do lack any real player agency. When the game was first released, the controls you issued to your characters had some effect on the outcome you could expect. However, the power creep has gotten to the point where any actions the player takes have no effect or a detrimental one on the outcome of an event. The newest characters also take away player agency by having uncancellable animations, often forcing you to play in a very precise manner to get a successful outcome, rather than it being the enemy mechanics that you have to play against. Not to mention, sometimes the animation will trigger even if you try and prevent it from occurring. Gameplay experience is not balanced at different levels of different levels of accounts. We also play on a three month old alt and we can tell you that the experience compared to our day one account is vastly different. The one thing we’ve noticed is that the power creep has gotten to the point where events are actually harder to clear when your account is in the upper echelons than when it is in the lower. This is particular to Saint Pillar and Metal abyss events, however it used to be a theme in treant and tyrant before they got patched. For the latter two, it was due to their poor balancing choice for damage reflection punishing well performing teams. For the former two, it is due to the lower opponent variety at the higher levels of BP. Despite knowing the mechanical reason, it doesn’t fall in line with supporting player enjoyment. All we can say is that it is so frustrating that supporting the game actually makes the game harder than playing for free. TL;DR – Weak player agency and supporting the game makes the game less fun.
Have downloaded it twice .. Looks decent but forced tutorial ruins it for us delete it before end of forced tutorial.
We have no idea why you deleted our review but Im telling you you banned our account and we payed a lot in this game. Dont play this game. Its a scam we played it and they just banned our account for some returning money reason which we didnt do. You want to do that? Well your going to pay back our money.
Love the game but when we go to load the game it does the start up but never loads the game.
This game has amazing graphics, features, minigames,etc. However, if you have a laptop and it breaks down.. Your progress will be gone. This happened to us once and we’re still pretty upset about it. We already bonded our old account to our email and tried to restore it but to no avail. The game has good overall performance but we don’t recommend it since once you lose your account, its gone for good. If one of the developers could read this, please help us find our old account. We spent over a year grinding there.
We have lost our account 2 times now and we put a lot of effort in lot both but they both are gone now.

You must have the highest rarity characters to win fights and they can not be gotten for free thru a single event or normal play. You must play multiple of the same event (which takes a long time for them to come back around) to get the SSS characters. SSS characters can easily slaughter any lower ranked characters including SS+ even if your team has 3 times more Battle Power. Makes the 10+ different arenas the game has pointless when you cant win a fight with someone who has substantially less Battle power than you.
Im very disappointed when we tried to log back in to our account called wusan it would not show up its like our account got deleted we spent so much money and time into this game.
So heres our issue, we originally installed this for the code Xiaowu, which the game said was expired, Im not saying this game isnt fun but Im kind of mad the reason we installed this in the first place is that code.
This game is awesome and easy to learn. Dont have spend real money to play.
The game glitches and wont start the game.
We just started today and spent $40 usd and we cant even log back in the game sad.
While it is a fun game, there is an issue where Id you choose the Super Server, it does not always allow you to choose that server when starting the app. You have to log out and log in multiple times and sometimes reset the app multiple times. After sending a report to the admin team, the response we got back showed they never read our email and just provided a canned response. We specifically said that we had deleted and reloaded the app, we were only using our iPad to play, and the details of what was happening. We got a useless response back explaining that you cant save across different platform (IOS and Google/Android) and that we needed to delete the app and reload. Umm. Yeah. So instead of reading our emails and looking into a possible program issue, they just want to use a canned response that solves nothing. We do not recommend this game to anyone.
Have a character that it wont let us access because its a busy server. Horrible.
The stage in the Slaughter City became hard to complete now. They all get buffed and our character literally cant do damage to them. So we have to alway skip stage using higher BP.
We personally love mobile games! And this one took us by surprise. We’ve played the game now for 3 days and we have this games version of light/dark and many S tier heros! Also our Battle power for our team is 600,000 k power which is insane for only 3 days of play and not spending any money $. Good work!
We have only played for two days, but we can see that this is a great game. In this game, you basically collect people that have special powers and level them up. It is so easy to play right now for us because of the summons. You can get so many 10x summons in just one day! We think we did about 50 yesterday, our first day. There are so many different modes. Plus, it is so easy to get S heroes! You can get so many things, even by just playing for a certain amount of time! You get these chests where you can get lots of pieces of people that are S. This is why we already have a three star S! There are so many different varieties of game modes inside this game to play! You can even add friends. You can give and receive energy which makes this game better in our opinion. It is so easy to progress during early game! We love this game . If you havnt already, download it now! It is a awesome games and we guarantee you will love it. Thanks for reading this! Edit: Alright, Now we are 100% sure that this game is the best. We have 3 SS already! It will be easy for you beginners too! You will get characters so easily. What we like most are the updates recently. Recently, they added a special shop where you get so many things for free. Also, for a little amount of gems, you can get SS share boxes. A lot! We have so many SS because of login bonus and the events. Here are our SS: God of war Dai Mubai, Gourmand Oscar, and the phoenix that looks like one of the S characters. The phoenix guy is on the fourth page in the display case after clear sky that hao. As we were saying, this game is super easy and relaxing. Download it now. (Can you make the constraint for going to different worlds/stages lower? Its gonna take us forever to get to the world/stage after Slaughter City in story mode.)

Its a good game but idk how to do the avatar creator like we cant find it.
The game is really good for free to play. The only downside right now would probably be waiting a month to unlock SS+ char.
Playable characters within the same tier have drastic differences in strength. For example a SS Tang San dominates in pvp despite the gap in power level. We have two SS+ heros on our team with double the power level of the opponent team with SS+ Bo Saixi and we somehow lose, how? Please balance the characters!
The game is pretty standard for its genre; there are a lot of other games with almost exactly the same mechanics and different themes. It just so happens that this is not a theme we enjoy that much. The art and characters are extremely generic. Granted, Im not familiar with the anime(?) that its based on. Its a little bit buggy, it has some spelling errors [in the English translation], and it has a cluttered interface. Its fine, for the most part, although the bugs are annoying, but just very unremarkable. We also lowkey suspect the reviews are artificially maintained.

You spend a lot of cash on the game than there a bug that make you a lot weaker out of a certain and the fb Customer service just straight up ignore you after they read your message and refused to responses or solve the problems all they care is your $$$$ They also keep telling every rating them under 5 star to give them 5 star which is super ridiculous This is also a very expensive pay to win game also no chance to compete in pvp if you dont nonstop spending.
It was a great game at first & then we get out the app & a couple hours later we come back in the app to play & our account is gone & it made us restart all our progress it also bound our google & our apple to this new account & now we dont think we can get back in our other account.
The game advertises a player appreciation Half Anniversary celebration, except it excludes new players even though new players are simultaneously playing as the event is going on. And when you are VIP member and is promised immediate customer support regarding this issue, no response. And no desire to remedy it. Maybe actually appreciate your players or dont be misleading about a game-wide celebration event when its clearly not meant for all.

Like yea we would expect it to show you how to play BIT IT LITERALLY DOING STUFF FOR YOU we’ve been playing for at least 20 minutes and the entire time i. Was. Still. In. The. Tutorial. Like what? Thats like very annoying we hate long tutorials like it annoying and you cant even do anything when you really thing about it why not add a skip button Btw to what we know it does the first five battles for you.

This is a good game but did you notice any aspect that it have similar with other mobile games such as AFK Arena. Well yes similarities are unavoidable but one great aspect is that its F2P friendly. Let take Immortal Taoist for example, in Immortal Daoist if youre not a whale you cant even be background character, f2p ppl are the one that stick looking background character with all black colored, no face and got pasted everywhere. Instead in Soul Land Reloaded you could be a background character or even side character if youre F2P while the whales and Leviathan are the main character. Overall great game!

This game contains a lot of free things which help you raise your power pretty high and at the same time you also play with a lot of great people, the only bad thing is probably the amount of servers it had but all in all its a great game.
This game is one of the best mobile game of its genre currently in the market. Beautiful graphics and smooth gameplay. The game is based on the manga which you will see many of your favorite characters in action! But this is not even the best part The best part is that the developers and social media mods actually listen and come through with updates that benefits the players! All the amazing freebies in this game is the first we have ever experience playing mobile games for the last 12 years. You can realistically get all of the top soul masters, equipments, pets, everything you can think of for free! This is all within a realistic time frame too, which we would say couple weeks to a few months grinding. Not a year or more like other games. The only paywall we can think of currently is the exclusive skins for some soul masters. But these poor devs have to make money somehow so please do support them! Really, they are doing gods work with all the freebies they give.
