What Makes Spades+ Stand Out
No ads, no tracking, no subscriptions. Spades is a trick-taking card game that can be played with 3 players solo, 4 players solo, or 4 players with partners (2 teams of 2). A standard 52-card deck is dealt, then players bid the number of tricks they can take. The goal is to take as many tricks as were bid. When playing with partners, North/South is one team, West/East is the other, and teammates' bids and tricks are combined, so one player's underbid can compensate for his teammate's overbid.
This app allows you to configure number of players and teams, the appearance of the table and cards, rules about nil bids and when spades can be lead. There are instructions included in the app, as well as a setting to make your robot opponents less aggressive or more aggressive.
Spades Gold edition has no advertising and no in-app purchases. It includes several card back and tabletop options that are not available in the ad-supported edition.

We were really liking this game and would have given it five stars until our partner could have saved us from taking a trick on a hand which we bid nil then played the card the very next hand and took that trick.
Just recently the game has begun to spontaneously open game settings. At first we thought we were doing something but it continues. We have the latest update and a reboot was no help. Other than that we enjoy the game.
When we play a 3 way game, your auto players collude. The West player – and on occasion the East – will not allow us to cause East to be caught on a Nil bid. This is quite unfair. It is apparent they count cards, as they feed each other what is needed. Please correct this.
Wonderful choices of backgrounds and card backs. Also you can choose 3 or 4 players, single or teams. Check this game out! Buy the no-ad version. Worth the money! Best Spades Gold out there.

If you play this game very much, it is well worth the three dollars to avoid the ads.
They have Nik bids, why not 10 for 200.
Its a good game, clear layout and helpful settings. The logic with partners needs a little work and sone areas where obvious moves one doesnt do. An example of this is when we play say and 8 of spades then the persons after us throws the ace then our partner throws the king while have four other spades. This happened at a time when our partner actually lost his bid of 4. Please work on the logic, this game has a potential to be an excellent game.
Do not download this game its a scam the computer cheats constantly.
This game is so rigged. Even your bot partner cheats for the other side. The bot over bids so if youre winning you still lose. We get 2 low spades and East/West get 10 spades. Im so sorry we paid for this.
First, you need to understand the concept of spades – obviously no one there does. Your partner should never set their partner by hanging on to the ace of spades; even if it sets their partner! You are not playing with a partners; its every man for himself.
We have no idea what they did to this game. But the AI went from a TOP Training App. For Competitive Training App.To Ridiculous. The AI bids outrageous bids that are mathematical impossible to cover. A good app ruined . Sad . We are going to try the free version to see if that one is botched up too.
We recently realized that we hadnt played Spades in a while so we went to the App Store. After seeing the game we used to play we remembered why we hadnt played in a long time. IMO this is a very good game. Its not perfect but neither am we. Im not much for online play so one of the other games meant be better for you. The only thing we think might be missing is when a game is over it immediately wants to start a new game without giving you the option of making any changes. A small quibble.
It froze up just trying to change the backs of the cards. That was a quick waste of $3.
We love, love and love this app! It's almost like really playing. We like that we can opt out for null bids. We wish that deuce of spades is wild and also include the jokers would really kick it up a notch.
