Fun puzzles. Great atmosphere. Great job!
We ABSOLUTELY love this app!! We’ve been looking for a game like this for years!! Where have you been all our life!!! Its spooky, challenging, fun, well thought out!!! Please keep them coming!
We enjoyed playing this game. We had to watch videos a few times to earn coins for hints, but they were worth it.
Love the music so calming and relaxing. Love the details. Different rooms variety. We gave it 4 stars because, we dont like how the add interrupts while playing. It takes you out of concentration and that calming relaxation feeling.
These are good games but every so often our progress is lost and the game is asking us to spend another five dollars to unlock all the games which we’ve already done twice. Also hints that we purchased have disappeared.
We really enjoy these types of puzzle games, but we feel you should be able to earn hints or the coins for hints a little easier. Maybe after each level you earn three hints or something like that. Ill keep playing and see how it goes.
For the second time we have lost all progress and been sent back to the beginning. It frustrating because we really like the game. Please fix this.
Really buggy. At least three times now things have disappeared from our inventory before we used them, and we had to watch walkthroughs on YouTube to even realize we were missing them. In 1-3 we lost the paper that tells you the safe code. In 1-4 we lost the wire you get off the counter; when we saw it in the walkthrough we confirmed its not on the counter anymore. Its just gone. If you fix these things itd be a great game but with the bugs its impossible to finish once you lose something.
We were Im the afterlife section and we got to where we were able to open Im assuming the last door but cant find the door. Looking at the map of doors we can see where it should be but its not there. Very disappointing. We even used the hint and it shows us what to get but not where to find the door.
It was fun until we got to white collar, we cant finish bc of the clock. It wont move to the second switch when Im inputting the same time as all walkthroughs and even the hint. We even tried every possible time. It just doesnt work.
This is the second time in a week it has deleted all our progress, not to mention any hints we have purchased, and had taken us back to the start. The first time it happened, we were at the end of chapter one. We restarted the game 2 days ago and today when we logged in, we were back at the beginning with no purchased hints.
Was liking the game till we got to the floppy disk 3 puzzle , had to delete game just couldnt do it.
The shape code to open the box has each number correspond with the number of sides of a given shape. Square = 4, Triangle = 3, etc. So by this logic, clearly circle could only be 1, but for some reason the correct answer is 0. Doesnt make any sense. A 0 sided shape would be nothing.
We like this app a lot. We like that when we tap on items that are unimportant they are given a description that shows they are unusable instead of just being untappable. We have come across a problem several times where we tap on an item trying to connect two objects, and they do not connect. It has made some of the puzzles harder because we thought the solution Id found was wrong. For example in level 4 we repeatedly tried connecting the hose to the barrel and it did not connect until we had left the area and came back repeatedly. The gameplay is still one of the best we have found, and the puzzles are excellent. Intuitive and still challenging. We also like the wide variety of puzzle types! We also struggled with the combination lock with the ZZ=55 solution, for the same reason as the person above. We have also been experiencing regular crashing once reaching level 5.
Whoa! This is the Souls of escape games! If you like tough or are simply looking for a rare challenge- this game is for you! It has lots of levels and each one can take an hour or more to beat. Kept our stubborn streak coming back until we beat it. Great game! Cant wait for more:)

This was literally addicting. Definitely would take us a while to complete the levels as they gradually got way more difficult one by one, but we were so invested in each chapter. Cant wait for the new levels coming soon!!!!!
This is by far the best ever escape room game we have ever played! But we ran into a problem. After returning to the game after using a hint (yes, Im dumb and need the hints a lot), it automatically closed the game and would not let us reopen it. It would act like it was loading up but as soon as it started it would close out again. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it did the same thing. Im not sure whats causing this but we hope that we can fix it or if its a bug multiple people are running into we hope it gets fixed soon. We ran into this problem just before we were about to solve the second level. The gameplay is amazing and we love the detail that even when something is useless, your character can still mention it. A lot of developers dont put that in their games. You can just only interact with things that are useful and sometimes character wont say anything about anything, useful or not. (Possible spoiler warning) When the time ran out on the first level and we got the phone call, it creeped us out in the best way possible! Im coming up the stairs was the last thing we expected to hear. Ill be honest, we hid in the room that seemed to be an office for about a minute until we were sure nobody was actually going to come kill our character. So thrilling, it had us spooked the rest of the level and all through until we ran into the issue we mentioned. Anyway sorry for rambling. This is our favorite escape room game by far, the gameplay and graphics are outstanding, we just cant seem to be able to open the game anymore.
We are amused by the other reviews left here because they seem to be complaining about the difficulty, or thinking the game is glitched because they arent smart enough to figure it out. We love a challenge and this game has consumed a lot of our time. Keep at it!
This is fun. We solved the first room without paying any money in about 30 minutes.
To whoever this reaches, we have recently downloaded the game today and was on our way to pass the first room. We had some trouble with the wires so we went for the hint. It took us to our Safari to show us how. Thats the problem however. When we went back into the we connected about one wire before our game crashed. We kept getting back into the app but it crashed over and over again to the point where we deleted it and redownloaded it. The crashing kept reoccurring and never wanted to go past the Spotlight screen. We find this really upsetting because this was one the games we really liked compares to the other escaping games we’ve tried. We really hope no one else is having this problem, but if anyone is, its even more a reason to have this issue fixed.
Fun game and not so ridiculously hard that its impossible to solve. Enough challenge for it still to be fun!

We have really been enjoying this game, but it usually doesnt let us open the game which results in us deleting it and redownloading it. It keeps our progress on levels we’ve completed, but if we are in the middle of a level and it happens, then we have to restart the whole level.
We’ve played a few other escape room games and this one is definitely our favorite. The puzzles can get pretty challenging and require you to think outside the box on occasion. Our one complaint about the game and the reason we couldnt give it 5 stars is because we’ve used this app on smaller screen devices and have had issues picking up items or using said items. Maybe the touch field around items could be increased?

This is a great game.. Challenging but the graphics are a bit primitive. That is ok because it makes up for it in cerebral creativity. One of the higher level escape games that really challenges you to THINK. Negative. Some of the graphics quality does interfere with game play when trying to find objectsI get they are hidden but sometimes TOO hidden. Biggest complaintyour bonus for solving a puzzleAN AD! OMG we wanted to throw the game across the room! After all the effort to solve a challenge, your reward is a blaring obnoxious AD! PLEASE put in the option to remove the ads we will GLADLY PAY for this game! We actually stopped playing because of the adscame back about four months later because this is one of the best escape games out there. Especially if you really enjoy a challenge! This game is by far one of the best games ever. It really challenges the mind, however some of the challenges are way to difficult which makes the game aggravating. We almost deleted this game a dozen times because of frustration. We also dont particularly like the skip this step option. We want to see how it works! But overall its a great game. We have our Manager and children playing now too.
The game has amazing puzzles and the graphics are nice but it tends to freeze in the middle of some of the puzzles and you have to completely exit the game and start the app over its also frustrating when you are purchasing coins and it freezes and use your coins for nothing because the game decidesd to freeze its just a waste of money so Im not going to purchase anymore coins until they fix this issue.. It would be nice to get some free hints maybe once a week as a bonus maybe do a 10 /20 minute thing where the hints are unlimited/ free for those minutes and it would be amazing to add the option to purchase an AD Free Version the ads are very annoying theres just too many of them other than the issues we just mentioned this is an amazing puzzle/ escape room game we will give it five stars if they fix some of the issue we mentioned.
Im currently replaying from the beginning because all of our progress has been lost. Im somewhat okay with it because we have a chance to improve on old games, wont hit any slow spots, and catching up to the game we left off on will jog our memory from previous moments we forgot, but its pretty annoying still. Also, we dont think the developers know how combination locks work. Spoiler: something like left 40 means that you turn to the left until you hit 40, NOT that you move 40 spaces from your current number. You cant say no math in the clue and then do that. We also wish that when you ask for hints in a puzzle, it doesnt automatically skip the puzzle. Sometimes Im just not clear on the mechanics. Make the first-person character have a voice and talk to themselves if necessary. Some of the things are downright implausible (sure, freezing your wallet is a total normal thing to do), but we do like most of the puzzles and Im finding this helpful in preparing for an escape room we have coming up. We’ve tried several apps and so far this is the best and most similar to the last room we did.
We gave this game four stars because when it works, its a lot of fun and its challenging, which we like. We had this game on an older version of the iPhone, an 8+ we believe, and it worked perfectly. We now have a iPhone 12+ and saw that new levels had been added since the last time we played. We downloaded it again and was able to open it and play through the first level again like we had done previously. We also restored our previous purchase of removing the ads from the first time we had the game. After this, we closed the app to go to bed and the next day when we tried to get on it again, we pressed the icon, it started to come up and then immediately crashed back out to our Home Screen. It did this several times as we tried it several times hoping it was just a random hiccup like some apps have sometimes but no, we never even got back to the main menu of the game due to it crashing right after opening. We deleted and downloaded the app again to see if that would help but to no avail. We will hang on to the app for now in hopes that the developers will release an update to fix this issue because this is truly a very fun game and Id hate to see it suffer in sales and performance due to this issue.

This game is probably the best that we have played however, we had to quit the game and get on with life and when we went back to play, it crashed and would not open. We had to delete it all together which is very disappointing. It really was that good, Im contemplating downloading again. Wish developers would get this bug fixed asap.

We like these types of games, but some of the clues seem to be a bit obscure. Graphics are good, but the game seems to lack direction.
Okay so we absolutely love this game. Im OBSESSED with it. But its made us restart our progress several times and starts us back at the first level. This last time we were really far and just got reset again. Please fix this.

We really like the game, however the game frequently terminate and won’t let us turn it on any more. We run this on an iPad air 5, it doesn’t look like it’s our device’s problem. We hope the developer could fix the problem as soon, as this is a really fun game!

Its a good game we started playing it a little but then it crashed and does ~not~ open now, even after updating our phone, resetting it etc..
We like this game actually its genuinely challenging but every time we leave the app it have to start over again and again we’ve played it 3 times today and we finally got to afterlife and accidentally left the screen and went home only to open the page up and have to start all over again we like puzzles but if every time we leave or it closes we have to continually start over its tedious.

Its really not a terrible game. Its just too difficult to be enjoyable. Having to watch more than one AD to get a hint is pretty ridiculous considering that its so hard to figure out the next step at some points that we HAVE to use a hint or Im stuck. Also, the going back and forth between video hints and step by step hints within the game is pretty dumb on its own, as well as the cut scenes taking you to a browser to watch; it really should all be in the game itself. Also on getting hints, our inventory bar will disappear a lot of times whenever we watch an AD, whether from trying to get a hint or when we solves a particular puzzle. Overall, it is a pretty fun game with a really neat plot, but the steps are most times too difficult to solve on our own, and then when you try to get help, you have to watch anywhere between 1-6 different ADs, and then when youre finally done, you have to force close the app and reopen it to use your inventory. We feel like these are minor inconveniences that are easily remedied and in doing so would make the game SO much better. We hope to see more games from this developer in the future and that they keep these things in mind when creating them.
