We actually like this game, we enjoy difficult puzzles. But floppy disc 3 is almost impossible. We dont have enough coins for hints and Im not the type of person to spend real money on phone games for hints. This game has a lot of potential but it gets ruined when Ive been stuck on a puzzle for more than a day, going back and forth to refresh our brain and try again. The most frustrating part of it is when we press enter when we have 0 numbers and a bunch of lights light up and then we press enter again and they turn off. Its inconsistent and confusing. Maybe there is a glitch that needs to be fixed. Anyway, Im going to delete the game from our phone and move on. We are not one to give up so easily, so its frustrating to us when we have to.
Update: Very frustrating ads pop up after we solve a puzzle, but then we cant seem to get back to finish the game. How do we close the ad and get back to the point in the game we were at? And it doesnt happen until Im 3/4 of the way thru the level. We feel like Ive just wasted a bunch of time. Unfortunately one puzzle in Afterlight (Level 5) didnt unlock when we solved it. It was the puzzle with 4 knobs and a clue with voltage amounts. We figured the correct settings, but nothing happened. We tried closing and restarting the game, but nothing worked. We finally found a video walkthrough to double check if our solution was correct, and we were right. The video also showed a switch that should be unlocked, and it was not. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed because of the glitch. P.S. – we even tried restarting the level, but the same result.
It says you get three free hints, we try to click a hint, it tells us we need more coins, then sends us to either buy them or watch ads for them. Theres so many other escape games, so Ill just play something else.
This game is way too hard- its basically impossible to know what the tools you collect are for, and the order of events is incredibly specific. We found ourselves having to follow the walk-through step by step, making it virtually impossible to actually just enjoy the game. Maybe if this were redesigned as a co op game it would be better so that you had multiple eyes in multiple places? We dont really know, but we dont recommend unless you have ridiculously well established skills.

We ABSOLUTELY love this app!! Ive been looking for a game like this for years!! Where have you been all our life!!! Its spooky, challenging, fun, well thought out!!! Please keep them coming.
Fun game, challenging and great graphics for this type of mobile game. No updates in a long time so deleting the app. Would be nice to see some new levels.
We keep getting this big where we want to skip a challenge but when we go to the hint menu it just shows us something that isnt there. For example in the Chapter 1 the last section afterlife we are stuck on floppy disk 3 challenge. Every time we go to get a hint or what we could do previously which is pay to skip it shows us a non existing paper thats in the computer room that is not there.
It is a fun game, and a challenge. Not so many ads as others have. Is it correct that you get unlimited hints for $24.99? We hope some of the scenes will have some color as the story goes on.
Our only complaint is that the hint videos keep playing the exact same video.
Love the music so calming and relaxing. Love the details. Different rooms variety. We gave it 4 stars because, we dont like how the add interrupts while playing. It takes you out of concentration and that calming relaxation feeling.

We have started this game from the beginning three times within the last 24 hours. We were on the last level of chapter 1, the app crashed and started us over from the beginning. We love the game but the constant restarts are killing us. Someone please help.
Im loving the game. Escape rooms are some of our favorite. But this one restarts every time we have to close the app. We cant finish because we use our allotted time to redo the first 3 areas. Ugh.
We've enjoyed playing this game so far. The only problem we've encountered is losing our progress. We've spent $9 to buy coins for hints and now we've had to start from the beginning after getting a few levels in. Hope that doesn't happen again.
We just started these games this week. We enjoy the challenges, but there are some changes Id like to see to ease our frustration and leave us wanting more. We wish there were free text hints only for the puzzle in progress without revealing any answers, rather than a running video showing all of the answers from start to finish. We dont usually want the answers but at times would like just a little nudge to get us unstuck from the most difficult ones. There are some puzzles Ive solved but cant tell what the final result was because the puzzle disappeared quickly before we got to see it. And since we play on a small smartphone, we wish the text on screen was larger and clearer, or that we could zoom in on images. For example, the numerical clues to set the voltage of four machine dials are very small and faint, and the digits are too close together. Lastly, a couple items we uncovered that should have ended up in our stash just disappeared, so we either had to start the level all over or just skip it entirely.
We played 50 rooms and got through the first 50. We cant get out of the very first set of rooms on here. Lots of puzzles with numbers, no idea where the numbers should come from. Letters too, yet Ive already used the one set we found. Ive got a sledge hammer but Ive poked every inch of the place with it and nothing. Ive got a picture that moves but nothing else happens. A phone that you can take off the hook and we thought we heard whispers about stairs, but we dont see any. So many things to interact with that seemingly do nothing. Tools that we cant seem to do anything with. No explanations. We got a hint but it didnt do much for us and now it says we need coins if we want anymore , but theres no info on how many you need to get a hint. Not to mention that we cant find a place to earn hints from watching ads. We also think that the ads feel longer when theres no timer counting it down. So we guess Im already done with this app. Too bad, it seemed similar to 50 rooms and we enjoyed that quite a while before hitting a paywall.
We really enjoy these types of puzzle games, but we feel you should be able to earn hints or the coins for hints a little easier. Maybe after each level you earn three hints or something like that. Ill keep playing and see how it goes.
These are good games but every so often our progress is lost and the game is asking us to spend another five dollars to unlock all the games which Ive already done twice. Also hints that we purchased have disappeared.
For the second time we have lost all progress and been sent back to the beginning. It frustrating because we really like the game. Please fix this.
Missing all of the basics for this type of game. No helpers or instructions. No reference to location or map. Things seem to change every time you visit or return. Worse, the click areas are bad…selecting an item does not always work. Sometimes you pick up an item and suddenly you get shoved back a screen without the item. Honestly not a well designer or well coded game.
Really buggy. At least three times now things have disappeared from our inventory before we used them, and we had to watch walkthroughs on YouTube to even realize we were missing them. In 1-3 we lost the paper that tells you the safe code. In 1-4 we lost the wire you get off the counter; when we saw it in the walkthrough we confirmed its not on the counter anymore. Its just gone. If you fix these things itd be a great game but with the bugs its impossible to finish once you lose something.
We were Im the afterlife section and we got to where we were able to open Im assuming the last door but cant find the door. Looking at the map of doors we can see where it should be but its not there. Very disappointing. We even used the hint and it shows us what to get but not where to find the door.
It was fun until we got to white collar, we cant finish bc of the clock. It wont move to the second switch when Im inputting the same time as all walkthroughs and even the hint. We even tried every possible time. It just doesnt work.
This is the second time in a week it has deleted all our progress, not to mention any hints we have purchased, and had taken us back to the start. The first time it happened, we were at the end of chapter one. We restarted the game 2 days ago and today when we logged in, we were back at the beginning with no purchased hints.
The shape code to open the box has each number correspond with the number of sides of a given shape. Square = 4, Triangle = 3, etc. So by this logic, clearly circle could only be 1, but for some reason the correct answer is 0. Doesnt make any sense. A 0 sided shape would be nothing.
Was liking the game till we got to the floppy disk 3 puzzle , had to delete game just couldnt do it.
We love their games and patiently awaiting the update.
This was literally addicting. Definitely would take us a while to complete the levels as they gradually got way more difficult one by one, but we were so invested in each chapter. Cant wait for the new levels coming soon.
To whoever this reaches, we have recently downloaded the game today and was on our way to pass the first room. We had some trouble with the wires so we went for the hint. It took us to our Safari to show us how. Thats the problem however. When we went back into the we connected about one wire before our game crashed. We kept getting back into the app but it crashed over and over again to the point where we deleted it and redownloaded it. The crashing kept reoccurring and never wanted to go past the Spotlight screen. We find this really upsetting because this was one the games we really liked compares to the other escaping games ive tried. We really hope no one else is having this problem, but if anyone is, its even more a reason to have this issue fixed.
This is by far the best ever escape room game we have ever played! But we ran into a problem. After returning to the game after using a hint (yes, Im dumb and need the hints a lot), it automatically closed the game and would not let us reopen it. It would act like it was loading up but as soon as it started it would close out again. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it did the same thing. Im not sure whats causing this but we hope that we can fix it or if its a bug multiple people are running into we hope it gets fixed soon. We ran into this problem just before we were about to solve the second level. The gameplay is amazing and we love the detail that even when something is useless, your character can still mention it. A lot of developers dont put that in their games. You can just only interact with things that are useful and sometimes character wont say anything about anything, useful or not. (Possible spoiler warning) When the time ran out on the first level and we got the phone call, it creeped us out in the best way possible! Im coming up the stairs was the last thing we expected to hear. Ill be honest, we hid in the room that seemed to be an office for about a minute until we were sure nobody was actually going to come kill our character. So thrilling, it had us spooked the rest of the level and all through until we ran into the issue we mentioned. Anyway sorry for rambling. This is our favorite escape room game by far, the gameplay and graphics are outstanding, we just cant seem to be able to open the game anymore.
We like this app a lot. We like that when we tap on items that are unimportant they are given a description that shows they are unusable instead of just being untappable. We have come across a problem several times where we tap on an item trying to connect two objects, and they do not connect. It has made some of the puzzles harder because we thought the solution Id found was wrong. For example in level 4 we repeatedly tried connecting the hose to the barrel and it did not connect until we had left the area and came back repeatedly. The gameplay is still one of the best we have found, and the puzzles are excellent. Intuitive and still challenging. We also like the wide variety of puzzle types! We also struggled with the combination lock with the ZZ=55 solution, for the same reason as the person above. We have also been experiencing regular crashing once reaching level 5.
Fun game and not so ridiculously hard that its impossible to solve. Enough challenge for it still to be fun.
This is fun. We solved the first room without paying any money in about 30 minutes.
Whoa! This is the Souls of escape games! If you like tough or are simply looking for a rare challenge- this game is for you! It has lots of levels and each one can take an hour or more to beat. Kept our stubborn streak coming back until we beat it. Great game! Cant wait for more:).

We are amused by the other reviews left here because they seem to be complaining about the difficulty, or thinking the game is glitched because they arent smart enough to figure it out. We love a challenge and this game has consumed a lot of our time. Keep at it.
We like these types of games, but some of the clues seem to be a bit obscure. Graphics are good, but the game seems to lack direction.
This is a great game but it keeps crashing. Hurry and fix bc Im loving the game.
This game is probably the best that we have played however, we had to quit the game and get on with life and when we went back to play, it crashed and would not open. We had to delete it all together which is very disappointing. It really was that good, Im contemplating downloading again. Wish developers would get this bug fixed asap.
Just finished the first chapter and so far it seems ok.
Ive played a few other escape room games and this one is definitely our favorite. The puzzles can get pretty challenging and require you to think outside the box on occasion. Our one complaint about the game and the reason we couldnt give it 5 stars is because Ive used this app on smaller screen devices and have had issues picking up items or using said items. Maybe the touch field around items could be increased.
The game has amazing puzzles and the graphics are nice but it tends to freeze in the middle of some of the puzzles and you have to completely exit the game and start the app over its also frustrating when you are purchasing coins and it freezes and use your coins for nothing because the game decidesd to freeze its just a waste of money so Im not going to purchase anymore coins until they fix this issue..it would be nice to get some free hints maybe once a week as a bonus maybe do a 10 /20 minute thing where the hints are unlimited/ free for those minutes and it would be amazing to add the option to purchase an AD Free Version the ads are very annoying theres just too many of them other than the issues we just mentioned this is an amazing puzzle/ escape room game we will give it five stars if they fix some of the issue we mentioned.
