We rate this a 0. We tried many times to get help and we got absolutely nothing. We only checked 1 star because there wasnt a place for – 1 star.
Last time we updated, we were locked out of the games. We requested a password update twice, but never received a reply. We tried to set up a new account and the confirmation code was never sent to our email. We really liked these games and had a considerable balance of points! We sure feel cheated…
We’ve been watching videos to get extra credit. Only half of them are paying credits. Every other one does not pay up! By now they owe us over a million credits. We’ve been writing them about it and all we get is a generic answer. This app used to be fun now its a rip-off! Now the experience bar does not work. Again we ask for assistance and no valid response. We guess all they care about is that you spend real money!
This game is the biggest ripoff we have ever encountered. If you purchase points you will immediately loose them. If you start a new game it will frequently charge at the highest rate even though you dont select it. While the games are fun and different the set up of the points ensures that you will loose. Dont get started with this.
We have been playing this game for a couple of years, it’s been one of our favorites. But, lately the payouts have been less and farther in between wins. That’s why we’re taking a star away! We have been playing these slots for years. The excitement of the bonus games has dwindled to almost nothing. The payouts are very low. It is not a good game anymore. Too bad. Good Bye.
The game offers extra points for watching videos. Trouble is, 80% of the time the points are not awarded after watching the video. Other times a video doesnt even load. A screen appears saying video loading but nothing happens. The game has to be closed, and then reopened to continue playing. We’ve report d these issues several times through the apps support link but have never received a response.
