A strategy game that will please you. Complex yet easy to learn with many aids at first but stops when you get use to playing it. It seems to know when you are ready to go it alone! You are in for hours of fun and fellowship with other players around your level of play. Yes it has bugs but they are becoming fewer and fewer. Try it you will like it! And Have Fun.
Do not please load or waste your time on this game! It is solely invested on raping your bank / credit card accounts! There is no free to play here. You basically waste your time constantly resetting this stupid game ALL THE TIME! Support always tells you they forward your problems, but its worse than Facebook fact checkers? Money Pit trap!
We love this game, but certain challenges take too long and it can get pricey if you are not patient. The story lines are great.

We love the game and it is fun to play but we think it is hard to get through all the research because it takes a lot of time but everything else is amazing.
As this game is good in all y’all could do better. Like the drops from the chests could contain ship parts or ship blueprints as well as upgrades for the crew.
Its a great game with one exception, Scopely tends to over due or add to much content in a new patch, instead of introducing new content gradually, they dump everything including the kitchen sink the glitches, which they then have to turn around and replace or repatch again and again! ! The new Q content is okay, but caused our desktop and our phone to crash the game! They just released another patch to fix the new content!
We are guessing its as good as game for stock shack fans as we can expect for a phone. Pretty decent storylines we think you really need to not put out any updates unless they are going to work because they close nothing but problems. We took several months off from playing this game came back, maybe a month ago and ever since then not one day has gone by without some sort of glitch. The last 48 hours whatever update you did. Q court has caused nothing but problems mailbox problems, mining problems we mean seriously there is not one aspect of the game that hasnt had an issue. We are a flute player and we understand that you have to cater to the people who pay however, you need to make it a lot easier to get ships. We have a aligned myself with a federation, and it takes way too long way too much effort, and it is way too difficult for for free player to get Federation starships the problem is we wont recommend games if they are too difficult, so, by making it so difficult for free players to get the federation starships what you were doing is preventing us from being able to honestly recommend the game which prevents you from being able to get new players who will pay for the game. We have played this game on and off for the last couple years, how are the things you have done has been improved, and you have made overall positive improvements to the game, however, this one thing that we mention in here needs to change all the fruit players will get frustrated and leave, may not seem like a big problem for you, but who do you think recommend these games to the players who will pay? For example, if a federation starship is going to cost 100 blueprints, you gotta make it 50 and you cant make it difficult to get those 50 blueprints.. The players who pay are so busy playing the game because they want their moneys worth that the free players from our understanding of the ones who do most of the recommendations to other potential players.. Overall its a good game and we would give it a four out of five except the constant glitches and problems. Seriously please stop releasing updates until you have tested them over and over again for android and iPhone, and you are confident that they work the other woman leave as majority of the time, and Im talking every aspect aspect. Very interactive and fun gamewith a caveat. There are many bugs in the game that developers refuse to fix, instead focusing on creating new content each month. Game could be much better if the developers would fix those mistakes already released.
Cool game too bad you can only get so far without shelling out $19.99, not worth all that, let our ships all get destroyed and walking away.
Great game! But to do anything its $99!! And even then your spending to do things the games supposed be letting you do!!!
The game was great until the last 16 months. The game has become so unstable not being able to play an entire day without being kicked off multiple times is almost unheard of. The amount of time that you have to invest into this game to play is ridiculous. So if youre looking for a game that you can play regularly but not have to devote hours and hours of your time this is not it.
Every month is another cash grab thats full of bugs. Was fun but this game has become totally unplayable.

Great concept and fun at first BUT enemies can destroy everything youve built. While you are offline! All the time! Theres not any chance of avoiding this so it really wastes your time and money. Dont get this game.
Have written numerous reviews about this never once received a response from game developer. Other players can set upon your station and just keep attacking stealing your supplies. Have it happen 1-5 times fine…. Instal bully controls so its not 50 or 75 times nonstop. Pathetic.
This game started off fun but with every update and new feature they add they release it with so many bugs it becomes unplayable. Also scopelys customer service is horrible and they dont care about retaining players. A lot of top players have recently left due to scopelys policies, bugs, horrible gameplay, and their customer service. This company definitely demonstrates that they care nothing about their customers. Would not recommend.
4 year player. No support. New bugs every monthly arc. 2-3 days after an update, game is disaster. Only thing is each update $$$ needed to stay current. Oh, and packs to buy WITH a 50% chance the action will fail when use? Whos the dummy.
This recent update of voyager part three glitches with update and has cost us over 1000 Latium as well as mined resources mostly all uncommon gases and crystal. Not too happy as we have spent countless hours mining and refining resources.
The game in general used to be easier for those who dont want to spend a lot of money. They keep adding stuff for you to do in game its hard to keep up unless youre playing 24-7. The social interaction is incredible though, really enjoy talking to folks around the world but as far as the game goes, its only fun if your wallet is fat. That being said there are rogue players who make the game unbearable and nothing gets done about it. You can try to talk to them but they have nothing better to do then to log on and attack you at all costs and changing names and fleet tags too. If scopley did more to stop player from being harassed, many would still be playing.
The game allows for players to attack your base while your not logged into the game. That, in of itself, isnt a problem. The attacker gets resources as a reward, again, that is not an issue. The issue is that the items that are rewarded to your attacker are not limited to in game acquired resources. If you PAID for additional resources they can be stolen from you, literal theft. Whether feature or bug that is completely unacceptable. We immediately uninstalled.
This is one of our most favorite games it is fun entertaining and never gets old while it is no stranger to the occasional bug or glitch it has in our experience a very helpful and empathetic support team and the new updates are always fun and amazing we can see myself playing this game for the rest of our life.
If not for the crashes, thus is easily a five star. But expect to reboot three to four times an hour. Also, if you dont pay to play, this is t the game for you.
The game is great(when it works) when ever there is a new arc there are problems. If only there was a way to test before the arc started Like maybe have your content creators get the arc early to test for bugs?? Our game started crashing 12 times a day since starbase was introduced now every time you fix bugs. It adds 1 more crash per 2 hours no screen shot sent to help desk will show this.

The game keeps saying lost connection. This happens multiple times within minutes of launching the game. Our connection isnt bad. This started happening after the Q package dropped.
This latest game update seems to have wreaked havoc: repeatedly being kicked out of the game less than a minute after logging in along with too many other glitches ( known & unknowns) . We’ve got 4 years invested in STFC & we hoping that the game becomes at least playable very soon. As of the writing of this review- it is not!!
This most recent update seems to be causing us problems drops the connection about every 30 seconds and one of our ships cant collect resources might have to give the game up a while until another patch is released. All in all, a fun game, we just dont have the patience.
Tesla vehicles are known for severe quality control issues, nose-bleed pricing and, yet, gravity-defying customer loyalty. Scopely shares these attributes. And mainly for the same reasons: rapid production growth and complexity. So be prepared for a fascinating game that will keep you entertained for months, indeed years, but one that is still plagued by exhausting daily glitches and crashes. And one where in-game purchases crush F2P. Youll come to hate to love this game and love to hate it. Whether Scopely can elevate themselves and STFC to become the Mercedes of App Games is still very much an open question.
The game is fun to play but the free play takes a very long time to build up and advance. Maybe if they made it a little easier it would be more gun also the game is very glitchy.
It always had some problems but lately its gotten worse. Disconnect from the server every few minutes.
Since the last update the game is more unstable. We get errors shortly after we get into the game. Plus when we added a forbidden technology it doesnt stay after we chose the ship. Update. After we uninstalled and reinstalled the game, it became more stable. And the forbidden tech issue was fixed. We still have it on our ship.
The game itself can be very fun and enjoyable but the number of bugs this game has makes it very unplayable, especially after an update. Every update this game has adds even more bugs.
Sort of fun but not worth spending any money. Typical just build, do the same events with different names over and over. Get sort of strong and big players who spent hundreds wreck you and steal everything. Everything in the game is designed to make you spend $. Was fun at first but now is so complicated, convoluted, and full of bullying whales its no longer worth playing. Plus no customer help/service so cant report anyone. Greed ruined a good game. Ever since the new update was installed, game crashes about every 30 seconds.
It is difficult to be entirely incompetent, but Scopely finds a way to rise to the occasion, especially when each upgrade becomes a downgrade resulting in a game crashing each time a player plays the game. Tech support should be labeled Tech frustration.
STFC used to be fun. Sure, its a P2W freemium game, but its a great IP and let Trekkies and normie mobile gamers, alike, fly cool ships and compete with each other for officers and fun and profit. As soon as the developers realized how much money they could make releasing single purpose ships and creating new treadmills, the end was written. We’ve lost count of how many of each we have, now. If those cash grabs werent enough, theyre also nuking the entire PvP meta with game-breaking new officer sets. We used quotation marks, above, because the worst, most unforgivable sin, is that Scopely runs out these endless loops and cash grabs, stacking millions of dollars from a huge community of whales and dolphins and bimonthly Battle Pass subscribers, and they do it all without testing anything they release. The game is broken (like, constantly crashing and unplayable) from features released a month ago and further back, but they just dumped another job of a loop on us and this one is, basically, a trap that locks you out if you equip the new buff on your ships. Good news! You can play, again, if you buy more of the 65th currency to spend on unequiping the broken feature. STFC has an amazing player community and great content creators. They/we are ripe for another dev to come along and snatch, if Scopely doesnt act fast.
The game keeps freezing and kicking you off the server restarting constantly cant play it.
We’re giving this one star just because it’s fun to play when it works. We’ve been playing for 2 years and the game constantly is crashing. Anytime we’re in an area with a lot of ships, say territory defense, it will crash as soon as we select a ship it will crash. Pppp It feels like a RAM issue. We swapped our iPad 6th gen for an iPad 8th gen and could not notice a difference. We even tried using our iPad Air 5th gen and still would crash after viewing too many systems.

45 SECOND, log in time. No longer a functional game. There have been some issues that were fixed fairly quickly in the past. This is one that if left unfixed will leave the game totally and utterly ruined.
The game used to be stable, now not so much. The game used to be something that if you wanted to pay for a boost, go for it, now if you want to do anything it is pay to play. Join if you have $200+ per month to barely survive. $copely will take all your money if you want to play a substantial amount of time. Trust us, it starts with $10, than $100 per ARC (once a month) just to keep up. All the top players will crush you because they spend $$$. If you dont, save your money and stay away from $copely games. When we started with this game, dailies would take maybe an hour. Now we have cardasian, domino, new borg dailies, freebooters, Q trials, the list goes on and on. Prepare to spend a ton on time and money while people that can spend thousands will surpass you. We wont admit how much we have spent but if you dont, you will go nowhere and be tossed to the wolves. There is a reason most players quit in the 30s.
This game takes a lot of time and effort to upgrade anything. There is a lot of useless upgrades. A lot of useless building. A lot of useless currency. A lot of time to waste. But if you have a big wallet you can progress quickly.
Spend more time logging in than playing. Save your time and headaches. Been playing since beginning and am about done.
We are 100% convinced that the developers either dont play the game or dont do any actual QA testing. There has not been one single update or new event that has not had massive bugs from our experience of playing for 2 years. The newest update(7/52023) has made it impossible for us to actually play the game for 2 straight days now. Instead of working on the massive list of bugs that the players are actually reporting that are hurting game play they just push new content to break the game more. Customer Support is a joke. If you pay massive amounts of money to play the game you get your own personal support concierge through Discord. The other money players get somewhat quick responses but with no actual resolution to the problem. Basically telling you youre not important enough to help with more than a canned response. If you are free to play or just a casual spender you are likely not going to get a response from Customer Support. We are not a ftp player but not a big enough whale to deserve good support. Scopely does not value its players, it does not value our experience. Stop shoving new content down our throats before fixing what is still broken in the game.
Worst game and buggest we have ever played! It would be better if they knew how to program it without bugs in it.
We have been a big lover of this game and a spender. This story arc is terrible though. Too convoluted. Very hard to understand. Very update is more but this new grind is back breaking.
In the beginning the game was fun but the P2W players rule all the servers. They terrorize smaller players and make it impossible to play. Scopely does nothing about the severe game imbalance and encourages the behavior of the bullies. They even have Scopely moderators as part of the largest alliances. Have to assume this is to encourage people to purchase over priced packs in order to compete. PACs routinely exceed $100 – many of the higher level players have paid thousands to torment lower level players. This game is highly toxic. Read the reviews, save yourself time and money. It is also impossible to contact customer support. The bots prevent you from reaching a human and if you do manage to get a response, tickets are closed without resolution.
