We had they enjoyed this app until the most recent update and they took away all of our favorite games. There has been an influx of slingo games which are practically impossible to earn on and all of the Konami games are also practically impossible to earn on except when you first try them. We think that is an enticement to keep playing but we avoid them as much as possible. Its a game. Let people win more than occasionally, it does not cost you anything. Ill probably play until our credits are gone, but it is not nearly as enjoyable anymore.
We have a question and we just want to be aware if this is a real casino app or not we just want to make sure because we dont want to set up a account and real email and if we did that our mom and our dad would find out and we could get into trouble we just want to make sure.
Im trying to open the slot we dont know why doesnt open sant you help us.
This type of casino game is cool because it actually has some of the nice games on the real online casinos but theres one problem theres not enough coins/ playing time!! We want to play more but the free coins you get every day might last a couple spins which is not long at all.
Just loaded the app a couple of days ago. Everything was going pretty good then yesterday many of the games say error and wont load. Hard to stay interested when wins are small and games are not loading.
Why am we having to log out of each game every time we play one hand and then have to log back into it to finish the game.
What happen to the Boyd Points that we used to received when you finished in Top Ten. That is one of the main reason we played hard to make the it there! We keep getting error when playing the Jack or Better Video Poker and reinstalling the App on our Iphone.
Havent played much since the update. Miss the sporadic emails with coin offers. Not much game play on minimal free coins and we rather save our cash to play on our visits to IP. Contemplating deleting the app altogether.
In addition, the Winner, winner and Psst notifications do not generate coins for user. We no longer get these notifications on our IPad and those received on our IPhone do not provide additional coins. The humor is that the counter spins, but the count is unchanged. The updated version does not have any of the previous version games. These are not additional games but all different games. Get notifications of coins and launch, but app does not show that. You have to close the game and often restart your device to get the launch or coins. Launch still showing day 1 or day 2, so that is not accurate. In trying to open some games, we get a black screen. So disappointed.
We were enjoying the games before the update. We updated and the all the games changed, not the familiar casino games, which o totally enjoyed. Now the new games don't hardly get you a bonus or points. Coins go faster. Don't enjoy the games anymore.
All of the recent reviews say it all. We will only say we love the game variety, just hate, HATE the having to re-login every single time. We mean EVERY TIME. Its what keeps us from playing.
We did the update and loss all our money from older game . We want our old game back.
Please bring back wonder 4..the new games are not loading properly.
Very disappointed in the new version, not the Aristocrat games as before that were the same as in the casino and coin value not worth the game play, unfortunately time to move on to other game apps.
This update was pointless why take all the original games away that are actually in the casinos you said you were adding more games not taking away games and the free coins dont work anymore notification comes up for free coins then it wont open like you broke that when making this ridiculous update.
It was great for a while but the last update made it the worst.

Ive been playing this game for a while now and have enjoyed the real casino gaming experience until today. We received a notice that we had to update our app, and when we did so, we were immediately disappointed. The platform has totally changed. The games are not at all like they were before but much more antiquated on this pragmatic play software. We never really win big but just enough to occupy our free time when we have the time to play. Unfortunately with this new update which isnt a new version at all, we will probably be deleting this app instead. Poor choice to take away all the fun, highly animated and more realistic casino games and replace with such an older offbeat system.

We love this app and the slots. The problem is the amounts on the bonus wheel doesnt have big amounts on it. How can you expect to enjoy the slots when you have very little coins to work with. We have to go maybe 2-3days before we can get a decent amount to play with. We hope you consider having better amounts on the bonus wheel so we dont have to wait so long to play the slots.

It takes forever to gain coins, and it also takes forever to hit a bonus or win anything over your bet. If you even hit a bonus.
We read the other reviews and agree. There are no payouts and you would continuously have to buy coins. We do not buy coins for any casino apps. So Im going to delete this game as per the reviews people have complained for over a year and nothing changed. Also, from reading the reviews, the developers dont read the reviews, they just have canned responses that dont make sense compared to the complaint.
We have a number of games loaded on our phone to pass the time. This one, Stardust, from Boyd is the absolute worst. It worked for a little while, then started having error messages and we could not collect the free chips. Then it errors out while trying to access it to play. We errors out every time. Ive contacted (via email) the tech help at the email address given, even sent a screen shot of the error window showing unknown error and am told just basics to try to get it to work: reboot, turn off, then on, then turn this off and that on, then this on and that off, etc. Make sure theres a full moon, only wear bright blue while logging in. Those last two are exaggerations, of course, but its about as helpful. Ive deleted the app, rebooted our phone, reloaded the app, checked our anti-viral app to make sure its not locking the app out (it is not.). We now am unable to recover the points we had. We were told it wouldnt happen by their help, but guess what!!!!! It did!!!!!!! No points, start from scratch. Apparently Im not alone reviews are packed with others having the same error problem. These apps are supposed to reduce anxiety, not exacerbate it. We have seven other gaming apps on our phone. Sorry, Stardust, you lose.
Cheap only gives minimal coins to start.
App is worst than playing at real casino. Update: we replied with our user ID and they had no idea what was going on with free coins. Its all just to make it look like they care. If you can, just go to the casino atleast if you win its real money. A casino look a like should not have worst payouts than the real thing. We understand app developers need to make money but God D**m.
We live in Indiana in the US why can we not get this to work.
We really, really wanted to like this game. We gave it as many chances as we could. Some of the games are the ones we like to play at a real casino but these mobile games are just too hard. We have purchased coins to play, however the price for the amount of coins is completely ludicrous. The amount of coins you get for $4.99 is enough for a few spins. Since the slots dont pay, the coins dont last very long. Payouts are ridiculously low and bonuses are nearly non-existent. Back to back wins rarely happen so you cant build up enough coins to enjoy the variety of the games available. For example, we have spun the Golden Princess reels well over a few thousand times and used 100s of thousands of coins and never once got the pick a jackpot bonus. Statically improbable if not impossible. The algorithms for these games are designed as a money trap and not for entertainment. The buy more coins pop-up when you reach the last two or three spins you have left of your coins is absolutely annoying. But if you run out of coins you can choose to go to the lobby and get your free one extra spin, which is just a total waste of time because youll be right back to the lobby after your one spin. Bottom line this app is not entertaining at all, so very sad.
App hasnt been loading for three days now, tried all trouble shooting steps several times, uninstalled and reinstalled several times,contacted support by text ,emails ect several times never a response from anyone! PLEASE FIX ASAP we AM LOSING LEVELS AND BONUS COINS,log in days ect.

We love this game we play it practically every day. We have spent lots of money buying coinsbut it seems we downloaded it onto our new phone and now it crashes!! Great game play, real look and feel, a little tighter than the machines Ive played in real life, and has three of our favorite games. We wish it featured actual payouts, though.
This app is great and has all our favorite old school games. But its legit impossible t bonus! Unfortunate. We dont mind paying for coins but if you cant even get one bonus forget it.
And never win dont spend money and you have all wins.

This may be the worst game of this type we have played, starts you with very few coins and you just simply cannot win anything. What a ware of time. Its really a shame cause they have some great games available to play, or in this case, lose all your coins on quickly. Disappointed with this very much. One of the best games ever woulda gave it five stars but the games keep freezing up and jumping off and running really slow.
What happened to this game. When we first downloaded it we could win & lose, it was fun the first year or so. Now bonus rounds are far & few between. The more generous the bonus coins became the less time we could win. Gamblers like the thrill of winning not given generous free coins. A reasonable amount of free coins is great but give us the choice of looser machines or big amounts of free coins we'll pick a looser machine EVERY TIME.
Im on day 41 of daily play. Last two weeks the spin award has been 625 or 750 even though wheel has many higher amounts. The bets were raised, now jumps from 120 to 1200 for the game we play with almost no jackpots. There is a nice one once in awhile but coins decrease very rapidly. Guess they just want you to buy coins which makes no sense because theres no payoff.
Have been playing but now it will not load.
