Hard to get past ads EVERY round.
This game can easily be a 4.5/5 or even a 5/5 but there are too many ads and glitches that push this game back. If there were updates that fixed glitches and less ads this game would be amazing. Theres a specific glitch that combining cards that it will glitch and kick you out of the game and youd have to restart the whole game.
Well play in game for a whole 2 min and they want a review…… Don’t know yet.
Little hard to get started otherwise good so far.
Halfway through the game. Starting to wonder if winning is possible without paying to get the Pro version. This is a paid review.
Maybe Im just late to the party, but the game was easily completed in a day of playing and we didnt really have to do… Well anything. Theres a whole mechanism of collecting cards, then combining them to update your towers and equipment… But it seemed fairly pointless, and didnt seem to have much effect. You can buy pro to get more slots (room to take heroes or towers into a level) but we just used the same three towers in the three free slots and won every single level. So we guess Im saying it was fun, but the progression system didnt ever feel like it paid off.
So many ads, nothing about it has made us want to buy the pro version.
After paying for the full version and losing all our progress from the free version, now its at a point where the upgrades screen crashes and exits the game every time. Its permanently broken. Buggy and disappointing.
The ad Ware is in full effect on the second version. Also, true game has become much more unstable.
We lose our card upgrades and can’t correct the issue. We keep getting kicked out of the game and can no longer upgrade any cards. Don’t download unless this error gets fixed.
Too many Ads, but we ignored it. Errors we cannot. Buggy broken game. Level 25, we loose 3 health automatically when we kill giant spider. Instead of creating 3 tiny spiders we loose 3 health. You have option to see an Ad instead of waiting 5 mins for an upgrade. After we see 4 ads and reduce time by 20 mins the game crashes and game resets and it’s back to 20 mins. Annoying broken game.. Deleting.
When we combine cards to make upgrades, sometimes the upgraded card disappears before it’s time to collect it and we have to start over. The game is stuck on level 25 because on this level we somehow lose lives when we kill the giant spiders. We didn’t have these issues with the first steampunk game. We hope they can fix this one. Eh, we decided not to wait. Deleted this game.
So with the recent update, they added a pro version which you have to buy. This eliminates ads and gives you the set of heroes you already had. In addition, now you only have 3 slots available and 1 video slot. The rest are in the pro version. Clear attempt to make more revenue from the game. Delete.

Fun good progress rate. Very entertaining!

If you like the 1st, it’s more of the same.
Quite enjoyable thus far. Prices aren’t terrible for the IAP stuff and gameplay is a slight twist on the basic TD giving the game some freshness in the genre.
Much as the original, but same old fun. Recommend if you enjoyed the first one.
