User Reviews on Stellaris: Galaxy Command

Looking for more information? Read a comprehensive review of Stellaris: Galaxy Command below:

We love the Stellaris PC game and we were happy to find a mobile game to go with it. The game is fun and set in the same galaxy. The difference is that you basically have one star base to manage which is part of the larger alliance.

We want it back into the game after a couple months off and all our progress was deleted from our main account, under our Apple ID.

This is not stellaris. Plain and simple. When we downloaded this game, we were hoping for a single player strategy game just like stellaris. Instead we were met with the generic tutorial phase of any self-respecting pay-to-win game. This is not stellaris. If you want to play stellaris, this aint it.

Wouldnt let us put no stars. Developers have left the game and no longer care about player base. Do yourself a favor and find a different game to play. We will gladly remove this review should paradox and gamebear actually develop game properly!

Good pass time. Spend your money on the actual game.

We love Stellaris ever since we got it on Xbox but Im trying to change our name to NobleNick on the mobile but we assume its because of nob in it, it does not allow it. Please could you do us a solid n change this.

Its a good game if you are board or if you are on vacation or doing school work and your taking a break. Is it good as it on PC and console? No but it is good if you dont have your pc or console with you. We give it a 5/10.

Would it be so hard for a company to finally make a multiplayer strategy game with just cosmetics and no predatory pay to win tactics.

We wrote a review about a year and a half ago about bullying and blocking players as a form of winning the mechanics of the grinding and meticulous login grinding. How you ask? Well here let us explain: Step 1 login and do the grinding of missions and be pay gated and whale hunted for being new. Cause you are forced into a new server you cant change. So watch that. Step 2 upgrade and do rng events to possibly have to pay for premium stuff to keep up or catch up. Step 3 join alliance. Step 4 get bullied in private chats about your physical fleets being in your own areas farming for grinding mechanics. Step 5 get blocked and block said person. Step 6 have your Allys get bullied and blocked by one vocal person with no in game power. Step 7 report to support for solution. Step 8 get told no solutions available. Step 9 stop playing and post review. Step 10 wait a while and see if your review is responded too. Step 11 review gets removed and account deleted/banned. Step 12 profit??? Grinding isnt the problem. Its mobile. We got used to it. Hard to put that back in the bag. The premium nature is also able to be overcame. The support and bugs are not repaired in timely manners and if you arent paying you arent worth it. Btw paradox doesnt care. They hired a vendor contractor. And all they have to do is maintain a rating and feedback system and they are unmovable. Graphics and fonts are awful. Feel meant for over with no thought to the media devices running this. Features appear disappear then get loaded to free players if they are over tuned you are not allowed to play them. You are but why would you? Again support and the dev are the problem. The game is there. The market is close to the subject matter and everyone is interested. But no one wants to be really involved unless you are paying. Soooooo #Pay2GetHumanSupport rather than #Pay2win.

Another reskinned version of the same mobile pay to wait garbage.

Seems like a standard game. Im enjoying the theme and story line so far, even though Im new. Theres some issues though. Theres no settings so you cant turn down the music (very annoying!). The scrolling is way to fast but, theres a way to read through the dialog after.

Good game overall if your a space nerd.

Overall fairly fun to play once we learned how to navigate the MANY menus and sub-menus. The part we didnt like is that as we progressed, the app pushed us to purchase resources. You cant gather enough game resources fast enough to advance at a steady pace. Have fun playing, but have your credit card ready.

We cant seem to load into the game it only puts us in a screen saying tittle Leave and description something about the evil forces then has an button saying go but when we press it it doesnt work like please fix that we enjoy this game.

Only been playing a couple of days, but we keep coming back to see how our base is growing.

First off dont this isnt a port of the PC/Console version, its a mobile version with the Stellaris theme. The game itself is decent but definitely has some flaws. If you play mobile games often then you should be familiar with the P2W concept which it definitely can be if you want to spend the money but you dont have to. If you dont then things will just take longer to get done. Overall we enjoy it.

This game does its very best to try and make people think that it is Stellaris when Im reality, it is just another micro-transaction filled base builder games.

In seven days from this review, the galaxy/server we are in will cease to exist. All the time, effort, and $$$ put into building an alliance which allows ownership of areas (and in those personal structures) will have been wasted. No clear directions and details given in game. No true advanced warning in game. Just a new event at the end of which, well, the players will be screwed over. The need for killing off dead/dying servers is because the devs rolled out too many servers, new ones every month. Im deleting the game.

It wants you build everything else, but when your energy for the station runs out you need upgrade others building before resuming the energy plant. Instead of whats more import is the energy plant and this is a money grab game. You starting off lot resources and when you get further in to the youll need spending real money to make up the resources. Your energy plant at level 6 youll only make 1,116 total and other buildings will take more than the output and total. So the the game poorly designed they focus on profits than the players and the game.

Stellaris is supposed to be a vast galaxy of many races, ships looks(they look different but basically the same in terms of weapon and stuff), friendship/hate. These are just a few things actual Stellaris has to offer, this game right here is a piece of garbage using expensive micro transactions to gain money off the people who dont know what real Stellaris is, we may be a console player on Stellaris and dont have the full experience, but this this is a major disappointment. They may include a few Stellaris things like the unbidden and titans skins, but otherwise its just another abomination. Frigates arent even a thing in Stellaris yet(coming soon with a big update), titans are a limited ship that are used for supporting a fleet, not the admirals ship. Not to mention the stations look nothing like a Stellaris one. Leviathans are supposed to be great challenges to defeat(they usually dont even last the first 50 years lol). You turn them into some black and pink-purple ships that everyone can get. With every atomic particle of our being, THIS GAME IS NOTHING LIKE STELLARIS ONE BIT AND IT SHOULD BE ERASED FROM EXISTENCE WITHOUT THE SLIGHTEST OF A TRACE. To be honest, the developers are brain dead to think that a Stellaris player would think this is a good game.

We love this game. Earlier we were looking around for a game that had a bog galaxy where you can explore and build up your fleet and form alliances and take over the galaxy and Stellaris really did that for us. The reason we are taking away a star is it is hard to navigate and buttons are in inconvenient spots and the misssions kind of take away your freeedom but apart from that it is really fun.

You are thrown into a tutorial with no context. Build this! Build that! Why? Why am we building anything? Why? Not great! There is no hooks. Nothing to get us passed us the first 10 seconds.

The objective of this game is to constantly upgrade your starbase and build up a fleet. What makes it entertaining is the events and alliance (guild) gameplay. With your alliance you can conquer territory and events won through the alliance benefit everyone. The main problem, besides being p2w, is that new servers are made every couple of weeks and people swarm in the first day of a server opening to create a super alliance that cannot be beaten. All servers are like this. These alliances are usually either toxic or Care bears. Many players use bots/alts and some, in our opinion, feel like employees trying to keep the social element of the game alive. The real kicker is about a year-ish in the game there is an event that will destroy your galaxy (server) and merge it with other servers into a new galaxy. These servers player count is very low, but are full of those who p2w or are somehow still addicted to the game.

Cant get pass the first scene it says go we click and it does nothing and before you ask we have a iPhone 13 and it should work.

Its been hard trying to find a good space mobile game thats not bad and Iv finally found it in this. This game is a great game and deserves more attention thank you for existing. We guess all we could ask is to add more stuff for colonization of planets and maybe.. Enslaving of the civilization thats already there pretty messed up but look at our planets history anyways pretty good game.

This is the best space game we have ever played we love it so much it is a work of art thank you for making this.

Its good overall. Quick at first, then the higher you get, the slower it gets, which is normal for most games.

Hi! Stellaris PC player here. It may be old news, but this? This aint the same Stellaris. This is just a reskin for Nova Empire. Paradox, dear, what went wrong?

We wish they had one more like console edition. Its just a more fun game.

Honestly they just remade nova empire, changed a few physical things, and called it stellaris.

A potentially fun game set in the amazing Stellaris universe. The game mechanisms are fun and well thought out, even if the in game explanations are somewhat lacking. Regardless, the any value the game may have is wasted by the rampant ingame cheating which the developer either refuses to or is incapable of addressing. Micro transactions and pay to win are one thing. A single player utilizing seven accounts on the same server is another thing altogether. Until the devs get serious about actually creating a fair playing field save your time and money. Apple should consider taking it out of the AppStore.

This game is literally just a bland lifeless copy of stellaris that is painful to play never play no matter what.

When we saw this game on the App Store we were so happy because we thought it was a mobile version of the strategy game Stellaris. As it loaded we were bouncing with anticipation but when if loaded into the game and it showed us how to play we learned it was another one of those grinding army building games like Clash of Kings or Age of Z. At that point we were very disappointed with paradox interactive for allowing a complete blotching of the beautiful and complex game Stellaris is we hope a actual mobile version of the game will make it to the App Store.

We lost our old account on this game and have started to try and upgrade another one. Its very fun with the mechanics. Youll find yourself playing it for hours! Tho, we wish they would update the graphics.

This game needs a better help desk team.

Not stellaris. Not worth the download.

This game has the framework to be fun. The interactions are fun, the game play is fun, and the farming requires isnt all that bad as its usually spent chatting with strangers. After two years of playing we wish we would have quit a long time ago. The content got a little stale so they introduced some weekend events. Problem is that the servers cant handle the stress which causes the system to not operate as it should. Combat mechanics are kind of a mystery to begin with but even the little that players have figured out goes out the window during these exchanges. These server issues result in lost ships which represent lots of hours of gameplay. Despite sending screen shots and explaining the situation the developers genuinely dont care. Just wont even respond. We sincerely wish we would have downloaded a different game to waste our time with. Why play something where you can have months worth of development wiped out in a glitch?

Theres no way to report someone whos harassing us to delete our account and leave the game, nothing from support about the issue (they think its ok to ghost people), they dont care about their players, its like talking to Kixeye about Vega Conflict, literally a copy and paste, dont waste your time.

Was really hoping to have a mobile version of the console and pc game. This just feels like every other strategy game app out there. Micro transactions, wait times, etc. Not terrible, but nothing to scream about either.

Fun game with resemblance to the PC game, but this one, like most free mobile games, is designed to get as much money from you via micro-transactions as possible. Icon of pay-to-win.

Dont waste your time or $$ this is not a good game. The developers never listen to players, instead implement poorly conceived and designed elements into the game while ruining the only elements that ever worked. Example: War in Heaven War in Heaven used to be an amazing and fun event, but some man the ago they released a patch that literally killed all fun in the event. For some reason we stuck through and have a level 21 Nexus, probably one if not the most powerful player in all the galaxies. Speaking of which they killed off a lot of galaxy with server transfers. Our server became a ghost yard and we lost all Alliance advancement because the developers answer for their poor game in which players have been leaving in droves is to allow server transfers. All our our level sector bonuses gone due to being -forced- to transfer. This is not a fun game. Its buggy, unstable, and events crash all the time. But if you like buggy pay-to-win this is the game for you.

In this game, anybody can attack anybody even if their level is 200x higher than the target (you). Makes for lousy game play since its pay-to-win and advancing as a free-to-play user goes very slow. They take you leaders and destroy your fleets. What crap. Also, the game severely lacks in instructions and tutorials for the cyclic events.

We’ve been playing for a little over a year now. They have made many changes and each time the changes are more and more either pointless or make the game worse. Too much to type them all out but a perfect example was the most recent change. There are daily missions you can do every day and they help you progress. One of them is to ours asteroids for either Gel or Gas. Well they got rid of all the gel and gas and replaced them with pointless currency. Now you cant complete the daily missions lol. Now imagine mindless updates like this for going on a year now and you can see why this game is failing. The player base is shrinking big time and we can see why. We feel like the people making these updates dont actually play the game at all.

As a long time player of stellaris this was as depressing an attempt at the game as imaginable. After 5 mins of doing nothing but clicking where it tells us to click we were done. There is no strategy or depth. Just the same old thing every one of these mobile games is doing. Makes us think twice about buying any expansion of stellaris on our PC if this is what they are willing to put their name to.
