HOW TO PLAY
• The 9×9 playing board has the nine 3×3 subregions.
• Each of the nine 3×3 subregion contains all of the digits from 1 to 9 with no duplicate numbers.
• In the 9×9 playing board, each column and row contained the digits 1 to 9 with no duplicate numbers.
• If you make mistake more than 3 times, then you lose the opportunity to go the next level.

Community Insight:
We raced through the obligatory lower levels to get to expert rank which it would not allow us to choose sooner. So far we are judging there to be too many given clues for an expert level puzzle. Also, while we appreciate the ad supported model, which at least allows us to try before we buy, we are looking at a minimum 40 seconds between each sudoku of ads. On the plus side the banner ad in the puzzle is not situated in such a way as to cause you to accidentally click the ad.
Challenging and fun. Great brain exercise.
We can always win at the hardest level; we'd like an even harder level. We love the look of the game, easy to see and use. This is the easiest Sudoku to play and works flawlessly; we would like another layer of difficulty. We too can always win at the hardest level if we are paying attention.
We just love this game A lot of advertisements, but still good.
Disappointing. We bought the game without playing it, based on our experience with another game from this developer. The grid is so monotone it can be difficult to see which sector youre working in as the board fills up. The mechanics of selecting the number first, then the square is backwards from the other sudoku games Ive played and not our preference. Theres no way to turn off the timer and we dont like it reminding us of a broken run and FAIL if we make more than three mistakes. Sometimes you accidentally fat finger. We just want to play sudoku without it feeling like a competition. Not relaxing at all. Ill know to play the ad version on games first to make sure we like it. Deleting this one.

Awesome love it. Ok not thing o dont like is the instructions coming up all the time.
It really helps us to keep concentrating. We think it is very good game for the elderly.
This version of Sudoku has nice additional features like pencil marks and number highlighting. It forgives mistakes, which make it a bit easier. We wish it had a feature to turn off the mistake notification and the ability to rewind moves.
Our favorite sudoku app. Would be nice if you could choose between quitting a game or saving it, but overall, fun game.

We really enjoy playing Sudoku Cafe. It's a well made app, offering an easy to use interface with different levels of game play.
Love that you can play over and over again and it is never the same puzzle. You never run out of puzzles to do, it's never ending!!! We finish our books and then have to wait until we find another Will Shortz book that we like and have not already finished. This app supersedes all other Sudoku apps by far! Love it.

Only thing we would change stop showing how to play on easy each when we want to play a quick game.

The way the pencil works is so much easier than other sudoku apps. Shaves minutes off our time.
We have been playing this game on and off for two years. We usually play two games before we go to sleep. We just love it.

We enjoy the game. And the ease of using it. But we only gave 4 stars because we would like to be able to see the # puzzle we're working on each level. And would like to see if we would like to do over to raise our score.

Easy to do except the hard part where yu warned us not to get in because we m not ready for it. Im ready but we have to obey n follow yur instruction. Wait n see.
This game is fun. However, the number tiles are too close together, and sometimes an error occurs due to accidentally touching the wrong tile to play.
This program is probably our favorite Sudoku program available. We just wish that the bugs could get worked out. The biggest is the changing tile look when you leave and the resume a game later. Otherwise, its great.

Just installed app, but so far it's a bit different in presentation which is pleasing to the eye. It's not easy making puzzles come alive, but this one has a little kick to it.
Very easy to learn fast and quick to handle the tools and options if you decide use them or not, lots of fun.
Why are you turning down our music all of sudden when we open the app? Then when we exit the app our music blasts in our ears. It's not even like there is music in the freakin game. Who was the genius who came up with this idea??? And then who was the idiot of signed off on it.
Like many Sudoku games, you fill in the boxes with a number from 1-9 and also from horizontal and vertical. It's timed as well with a score and a multiplier. The faster you finish, the higher your score is and the higher your multiplier is. We think the start is 156x then lowers. They have two themes. Big white box or small brown boxes. We love their system where you can put little numbers in boxes AND it shines green to let you know where the number is. So you can have several numbers in all the boxes but the ones with a 2 in it will shine green if 2 is selected. So the bugs… After finishing the game, you can select the menu, play another, and settings. When you select one, the ad will automatically play. So if you click "play another game", the timer will start as well. It messes with your score and the fastest time you can close it is at 5 seconds. So 5 seconds is added to your time. Another bug is when you close the game, sometimes the theme can shift to the other theme. We usually use the small brown boxes and it will shift to the big white boxes. We have to pause the game, go to settings, and change the theme. Seems like a waste of time for us for such a small bug. Hopefully all these bugs can be fixed soon. Before this recent update (on 4/14), this was a 5-star app. Not so much anymore. Update: Don't give us ads on how "Trump is on a roll". His healthcare is a huge negative for women, rape victims, and people with HIV/AIDS. 1 star.
This sudoku game is really well done and so much fun for those that like number puzzles. Good for all ages. We are older and we do believe it helps keep our mind sharp. Our granddaughter also likes playing and we can almost see her improving her math skills. Our daughter is also a big fan and has the app as well. Good job.
The board is small, making it easy to mis-tap. But if you wanted easy, you wouldn't be playing Sudoko. Accuracy + Speed = Skill.
This is a super game and a lot of fun to play.

We downloaded the latest IOS 8.4.1 yesterday and since that time Soduko Cafe has been crashing. We deleted the App and downloaded a new one but no improvements. We' m a fan of this game, so we hope a fix will be made.
Used to like it but now it crashes every Time we get parkway done. We've deleted it.
If you like Sudoku game, we surely do recommend it. It gave a better handy-sensation than original one to us.

This game is a classic and entertaining. It is probably the best among our sudoku games. The simple UI made us easy to touch and tap the game things. Hard to play tho lol:-).
