Best Sudoku game we've ever used! We wish it allowed us to reset the Insane level or allow us to buy more games at that level. Thanks.
If you reset a puzzle, it doesnt reset the timer for the puzzle. It also penalizes you for being dyslexic because there are two keypads, and you will reach for the wrong keypad and be punished for doing so.
We hate the new format – if it aint broke dont change it.
The app closes unexpectedly and we lose our progress. In order to play, we have to constantly return to the main menu, then resume our game to save our progress. We have purchased several sets of puzzles. We are using iOS 15.8 on iPad Air 2, which is the latest iOS for the device. Even after saving constantly, sometimes puzzles crash constantly and will not allow us to complete them.
We have tried multiple Soduko apps. This is our favorite. We like the system for marking suggestions. We have seen others that work basically the same way but this app has the least cluttered screen so it is easiest to read. We have probably downloaded 5-6 other versions but we always come back to this one.
This is by far the best Sudoku sets. The site is very well optimized for good introduction and first impression. There are more new and middle players than at the high end. We are not wanting to be world class but greatly enjoy the mental exercises that keep us sharp for more aggressive mental challenges throughout the day. Thanks.

Taught our grandkids how to do Soduku using this. They learned much faster than we did.
Challenging way to spend time. Started with the free games and add more for $0.99 for 100 games. Can increase difficulty as you learn. Plus can go back in a few months and replay old games to pass time.
Very nice program. Easy to do hardest levels. We've almost finished all of the insane. We like how you can put numbers to be used in the box. When we do suduko on paper, it's a mess. One issue for us is when you accidentally put wrong number, you automatically get an error deduction. It would be nice to take back a move.
Optime Software has gone the distance in producing Sudoku HD. We've played 23 others on iPad & PC but deleted all but this one. Why? It is simple: # notation that allows multi-input, auto erase when correct # is placed, color alternative for wrong answers, thousand plus puzzles and the most categories imaginable. All that on top of beautiful graphics even oh our old iPad, no plus either. If you've not tried this game, and you love Sudoko as much as we do, don't wait any longer, just trust us and get it. There will be no buyer's remorse whatsoever. We promise.
Love this app. We play it almost every day to keep our mind going. Our issue is we have run out of puzzles. Would reset and buy thr ones that are there, but that feature doesn't work. Otherwise a fantastic piece of software! Update 10/3/17. Am very disappointed that there seems to be no iOS 11 support. We get messages that says it will not work going forward. Seems that the last update was 2 years ago. We think this is the best Sudoko app out there. Come on developers please update it or give it to somebody who is willing to.. We know we would pay for a revised. Version! Correction – iOS 11 support is available. Thanks, very much, still our favorite game.
Best Sudoku game we've ever used.
Infused to love this game, but lately, Ive noticed that it has been really laggy while playing. By lag, we mean that our touches are unresponsive. We used to think it was us, but as Ive Ben -laying we have to tap multiple times for the square to,highlight. Also, you click on a tile it highlights the the game animation clicks in and unhighlights your tile. This is probably the most Frustrating thing about this game. Seriously, when you are on a roll, the game shouldnt be thing thing holding you back. We do. Not recommend.
This is a very fine app, or would be except for the ridiculous bombardment of ads. We have purchased ad-free games before, so we are not opposed to the concept. We would have bought this one, too. But we dont want the software folks to think that their tactic works of beating us into submission. Just the opposite. Their tactics turn us totally off. We will delete this very fine app.
While playing this game on our iPad a warning came up that we had (4) virus. Took us to Safari with a fake Google emblem. The URL was NOT a Google URL. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.

This is our favorite sudoku app! We love the insane level puzzles.
After discover the amazing game of Sudoku and learned how to play it, we wanted an app we could download into our phone and IPad. It's easy and simple and it provides us all the tools necessary to play the game well and with ease. It never freezes and it always allows us to finish our puzzle on a later time if we get interrupted.
We have been using this program for many years off and on. It remembers that we have purchased all our packets over the years and has never recharged us for starting again. It is always there despite many upgraded of hardware. Thank you all for being there.

The first couple of games are easy. They get a little harder as you move on. It's fun and free.
We liked this app enough to have gone thru the freebies, and buy two more sets of 100 each ! Then our iPad was stolen — so now we have started all over again, w the freebies — still entertaining to use.

Overall, we think this is a very nice edition of a Sudoku puzzle game. We would like to see 2 specific things added – one, something to show you when all of the number has been used in all nine squares and we would like to see them remove the penalty for mistakes. Most of ours are silly and we don't think it should matter. Or offer an option that elects to highlight mistakes with a penalty or NOT show a mistake and NO penalty.
Love the game, but today when we purchased puzzles with 100 coins, Apple charged us cash! Our purchase restrictions were on, we hadn't purchased anything so the 15 minute rule didn't apply, the game said we were using 100 coins, we were not asked for our password, and Apple didn't ask for purchase confirmation. That means there's a major bug that can override all of Apple's purchase restrictions. Beware! (Apple is refunding, but it could be a major problem for users.).
We love this game, but disappointed we can't play in landscape view. Can't play when we're using our keyboard as a stand. Please add to next upgrade.
We have found two puzzles that are definitely unsolvable. #34 is a good example. The first one also has errors.
Come on, it's only sudoku. Why pay? There are just 100 free games here. Sorry, not buying.
We've purchased several extra bundles and have nearly 1000 puzzles. We've enjoyed every one. Fun way to kill a few minutes when you need a break.

Great ap but we have gone through all of the 'insane' level puzzles.
We love this app. The screen layout and the controls are easy to use. The ads appear when you start the game and do not interrupt the puzzle. We are still on the free level and we find it takes as long to solve an easy puzzle as a hard one which we don't understand. But we love this version of sudoku.
