It's good sudoku-wise but bad in that it's a battery hog (presumably skimming as much info from your phone as possible while preloading ads). The game is notes-centric and very focused on advanced solving techniques, which we enjoyed very much. It's good for advanced players and those who want to be an advanced player. Sadly, while you're playing, it's pillaging your data and draining battery faster than any other app on our phone. Best of luck.
Given how many users give this feedback, this app should offer a way to pay for ad free play. Those who are fine sitting through ads to play – great. However those of us here for sudoku that are interested in ad free play should have an option to upgrade or buy a pack for x time period to play ad free. Other apps offer this option. The ads are the killer to this otherwise fun Sudoku program.
We have played Sudoku a lot and thought we were good at it, but the crazy level proved us wrong. Didnt know they were techniques to solving, which hints show you how. Sometimes though even the hint would simply say it is too difficult and just says what a number for a random cell should be. We love the game, but the ads where the Appstore opens back to back three times in a row for a job search app or opens a browser tab for killmalware are annoying. There are also regular in-game ads which do not have a mute button, so one moment you are enjoying a quiet game and the next you are hit with a raucous ad.
Sudoku calms us down and tunes our brain for the day.
Almost every time our phone says update we just want to play our game.
Great game! Think ahead and stick to it.
The thing we like the best is that it doesnt take 5 minutes in between games with lots of ads.
It has improved our game greatly.
Ive updated our review based on the quick, positive response of the developer. Thank you As a senior, playing from an iPhone we can basically solve each game. What we cant do is win because as we try to enter the final number we fat finger or otherwise enter the adjacent, or wrong number. Please provide an option to disable this. Remove the color tell and Ill gladly accept the challenge to find our error. Working against time seems a better choice than 3 typing input mistakes Thank you.

Every time we try to start a game we get switched into some other venue. No sence try to lays these games.
Too many taps required to play next game, slows everything down.
We dont mind ads on a free app, but the way they do it on this app is frustrating and unnecessary. Let us get to game after the stupid ads play please.

The game is good ads are part of the game we get it but you have to wait forever to get out of an ad if at all. Most games that we have played with ads may 60 seconds most only 30 seconds.
We get very frustrated with the free games with incessant advertising. Sudoku is great about not advertising. Love this one.

Popup ad will happen in middle of your game play.
Program is great but there are so many ads its unbelievable. Its not even that there are ads but sometimes its nearly 2 minutes of waiting. They make you click around 2 or 3 times in between waiting for the ads. It has tons of potential but experience is dragged way down by the ads.
Keeps trying to stear us to other games to download after ONE game is finished. Very annoying and frustrating.

Sometimes while in pencil mode we click on a space and a full-size number appears. Often this unwanted number is red.
The game advertisement said no ads! Well, guess what? There are ads. So while this game is fine and free, Im not a big fan of companies that lie.
