We have the same problem as others have said. We love the game. But we did make a small $3 purchase or something like that and now all ad opportunities are gone. This is not a game we want to spend on again. We were content with watching ads for bonus items. Purchase was just for a break from that. But now we are stuck on a level and cant continue without paying :( we wish we could watch ads to support the game and continue to play.
When Im stressed out it makes us feel so much better.
This is the best game we ever played. Its so relaxing and peaceful. Theres so many levels. We rate it a five out of five.

Rating 5 stars so people will see this. The good reviews must be fake because you have to watch ads every level just to complete it. Its ridiculous and scammy. Dont bother.
We absolutely love the concept and play style of the game. Dont get us wrong we enjoy it thoroughly, but our only gripe is compared to what is advertised the fact you only have two yarn starters the entire play through gets annoying. You can hardly progress without spending money if you ended up buying away the standard ads, eventually the colors we cant collect pop up too consistently and we end up running out of room. The X-ray is helpful but only so much when the colors become too randomized to be able to collect all three yarn colors for the box.
Fun for the most part. Easy to play but you cannot complete a level with only 2 colors unless you watch an ad. Everything is so ad driven nowadays. Its like its part of the actual gameplay. Ridiculous.
We love the game and play it often but there are currently no new levels so we are replaying old levels that we have played before it would be great if you could add more levels to the game.
We have really been obsessed with this game! Its addicting and we dont even mind watching ads to get some of the extra things to help, but we made one small purchase and now the option to watch an ad is completely gone which would leave paying for things to move forward the only option. This is extremely disappointing because Im now stuck on a level, we do not want to continue spending our money to move forward but we really love this game.
We completed all the rooms, and our unravel pictures are now repeating. Id love new content.
When trying to click on a color and you've spun and enlarged your design and cannot get to your color due to a sales tile is frustrating. Move sales tiles so they don't impede the picture.
Game is great no lie and we see a lot of options for purchases but none for the no ads purchases like most mobile games. Would be appreciated if that was added as sometimes thats the only way to be able to pass levels as you also dont give enough coins to buy said items unless you watch an ad.
The game was fun until they made the levels unbeatable making you watch like 10 ads just to get through the level, and the ads are so long you can leave your phone and do something in between. That doesn't make it fun anymore.
We do enjoy this game. We really dont mind the ads in itself. What we really do not like is that sometimes when we go to click the x out of the ad it doesnt exit the ad, it sends us to safari then to the App Store. Even when we know Ive clearly hit the x. The button to actually exit the add must be so small its almost impossible to hit. This is starting to happen so much we might quit playing.
Very disappointed that once we bought points it never let us back to be able to watch videos as we built points. Plus, most games get you 10-15 points but it takes 200+ points to not watch a video to get through faster.
Game only has 2 blocks instead of 4 like it shows in the advertisement. Cost money to add more. Other than that, its a fun game.
Liked this game, made the mistake of spending $. Now, cant choose to watch ads. Forced to spend more $! If you read the other responses, its always same. Ads help support ummm not if the option to watch ad is taken away! Ill give it a few days to correct and looks like it will be time to delete.
We enjoy this app. It helps us relax. But all of a sudden we are no longer able to use the option to watch a video for bonus plays. We are forced to either spend money or lose the level.
The exact same thing happened to us as many others. We LOVED playing this game and never minded watching the ads. However, after making one small purchase (made a mistake and didnt want to have to start the level over), it no longer gives us the option to watch ads for help. So now our only option is to pay to get help on a level. We are now stuck on a level and cant move forward. This is really disappointing because we had really grown to love this game. After looking through the comments here, we can see that so many people have this complaint and only a bot is responding so we have little faith this will actually change :( Developers: Please please change this feature!! You are losing SO many players. Players who may have actually spent more money in the future, but like us, refuse to be forced into it.
This app could be so good but they intentionally design it so that once you make one in app purchase the voluntary ad button disappears and never comes back, forcing you to only spend money going forward. Not only will we never spend money again, it is intentionally shady design. We spent money because we thought we'd have some extra coins and boosters and we'd still have the option available to watch ads for more of those boosters. Insane to remove the only way to get them for free after you spend a dime.
Fun, but seriously thinking of uninstalling. Why? We bought ONE pack, and now that all the coins are gone, theres no option to watch videos anymore to get additional boxes. Only buying more coins. WHY? Not fair to force people to buy stuff when videos used to be offered and cant be again. Please fix this.

We have tried other yarn games and they dont compare. Best color, puzzles, haptics. We play it a lot thru our treatment. So much the game has a flaw on game 839. The game is finished but its not acting like its finished. It there are games after it. We tried others but this one is the best. Can it be fixed?? We need our treatment soother.

Im playing this game for a GeoSmile offer, but this game alone is so fun. Theres no unnecessary ads, unless you want a power, and its pretty relaxing!! 10/10.
We are a fan of these types of games and often the ones we find are riddled with ads and impossible to beat unless you spend money, which is why we like this app so much. Ads are optional unless you want the extra power-ups, which we don't mind because we'd rather watch an ad than have to pay real money. It's honestly so refreshing to not have watch a 'required' ad after every single level like in most games. Experienced no bugs so far either. Great game.
Its stock in level 240 for weeks. We finish the level but it still like we dont have finished. Dont pass to level 241, or only have 240 levels? We love the app , pleaseeee!!! More levels.
A good way to pass time it fun we would of gave it 5 start BUT THEY KEEP PLAYING ME OUT MY Extra commercial reward. We noticed the arrow will move over to the settings before the highest one, even though it landed on the highest one, so Im being cheated.
We love this game. Its super relaxing and mildly challenging. The problem is that once you purchase any booster pack, you are unable to get any booster using the video option again once you run low on coins. It only allows a paid option. Our only option now is to delete the game because we dont want to pay again.

Remove the auto adjust! Let the user zoom in and out on their own ONLY. Ive been on a roll unraveling, only for us to miss press due to it auto adjusting . This makes us pretty frustrated with this game. That, and the fact it does feel like you have to watch ads to pass a level. We would say that theres only been two levels where watching at least one ad was not required. Im over level 80. Its a cute game and good time killer but Im getting kind of fed up with it. We also dont think the person replying to reviews understands what people are saying about the ads. When you buy a coin package, your app takes away the option to watch ads to progress, even after the coins are gone. So then the game becomes a play to win game. So to resolve this, the watch ads button should ALWAYS remain available, even after purchasing a coin package. Youd keep players and people would spend more on the game rather than uninstalling it, which it sounds like a lot of others are doing. We know ads support the game, great, just dont remove the watch ads button when a coin package is purchased.
This is by far, our favorite unravel game, but the puzzle pictures often repeat and thats frustrating.
After level 400 the game repeats the challenges. Need to come up with new ideas.
This game is amazing and incredibly addictive. We love the vibration feature. It really adds to the experience. However, theres a major issue as it feels rigged. No matter how hard you try to figure out the right colors or check patterns under other boxes, the game ends up forcing you to open all the other boxes or reset the board just to keep your x-ray move. Theres no way to beat many levels without spending money. Ive had the game for a few months and have already spent over $500. That doesnt feel fair. Definitely rigged.
This game started out fun. You have only 2 slots and can but 2 more with game provided money, but game provided money is hard to come by. Or get this, you watch a video, LOL. But once you finish the level your on you got back to 2 slots (bogus). Once you get to level 3 or so the 2 color slots you have, you dont need so you once again HAVE to buy more slots (if you have anymore game money, or watch another ad). And it gets to where you have to open all 4 slots for each level just to finish each level because the color you need to finish a slot isnt a color yarn thats available to unravel at the time. Its very frustrating, Im deleting this one and looking for another one.
Ive played this game every day for a bit now and have always been able to watch ads to earn slots and get some help on the levels. We spent money for the first time the other night and it has not offered us to watch videos to earn anything since. We only have the option to purchase now. The levels cant be beat without the help so Im stuck spending more money or not playing. Im going to stop playing. We mightve spent more money at some point but we wont be forced. Super disappointed. This was our evening wind-down game. Womp womp.
This is a great app but once you reach the 500 level you start to see duplicates. We would willingly invest money in this game but now that we are seeing the same puzzles we are looking elsewhere.
The puzzles are impossible to complete without xray. Then, once you have it, good luck keeping it without getting stuck. The game becomes really frustrating very quickly.
We have tried redownloading and restarting our phone but unfortunately the app crashes whenever we try to open it. It was fun for the first 10 levels that it was working but it has stopped.
Since the update , our game now crashes during play FIX THIS ! We also think that once you complete a suitcase a freebie should be able to be given of our choosing.
This game is very fun! We love that there is no time limit and we can replay the level as many times as we need.
