You should totally get this app. Our 8 year old daughter loves it,She plays it everyday after school. This game made her love of drawing and Frozen even stronger. You should get this app.
We have many Osmo games and they are great- but this one doesnt recognize the drawing pad. Ive been through the entire troubleshooting guide and done all they suggest but it still doesnt work.
We love this so much it helps us draw Now we are 9y old and we are a awsom.
Its unfair that this game is forcing us to upgrade our reflector. We wish we could still use the original reflector with this app. We loved this app when we first purchased it as it worked so well and the kids loved the drawings they made. When we recently used the app, the reflector no longer works. The kids are so disappointed.
We love what it does to us just it is so fun.
This is a really bad experience with poor navigation – on page two the app simply got stuck in a loop and would not get out (you click on the snowflake and the animation kept replaying the book being aligned to the iPad) – our kid could not follow anything on the app and neither could we (we build software for a living) – the markers provided are poor quality – this seems like a lot of effort for a throwaway thing.
After you grant it permission to use your camera, it crashes. It appears like they are intentionally doing this if it detects an iPad they deem isnt supported. All iPads that have a camera and are on an up-to-date iPadOS version should work. Its ridiculous that this company is forcing the app to crash on our 12.9-inch iPad Pro, especially because other Osmo apps work no problem.
Disappointing app, crashes when trying to launch. Totally unusable. Kids were bummed out. First time trying Osmo and unfortunately it was a total let down.
It asks to use your camera and then the app closes.
Ive tried to use this app on multiple iPads and it continually crashes right after you grant it permission to use the camera. How did this pass quality control.

Im so excited that Im trying Super Studio Frozen for our first time.
We like the theme of the drawing game but everything the this app makes us draw is too complicated for us! Im just a child.
Im in awe at how bad these apps are. Endless crashing. Sadly we were gifted 6 of these games and not a single one works. Theres no excuse for this but bad programming. Yes, we have the newest iOS. Fix your junk.
We love this game because it is so fun. It helps us learn more. And we love the coloring. We think you should try it.
Its two weeks after Xmas and our daughters third time using this app and it no longer works. So frustrating! Ive deleted and downloaded this app again twice, still doesnt work.
Poorly designed apps with horrible user experience. Forces you to download many apps and go through too many hoops just to get started. You need to focus on how people use these products now how you engineers think it should work.
We have an iPad Pro that isnt compatible but our super old iPad 3 is…and heres the kicker, EVERY OTHER OSMO game does work fine on our nice iPad Pro. If we didnt have another iPad this game worked on we would have bee super disappointed. Not cool osmo, we did consider you a premium brand but this was not the right decision and is sure to make a lot of people mad come Christmas.
Which is supposed to be supported but keep getting message sorry cannot proceed.
