This game is great. We really have enjoyed watching our city come to life. We just wish that it had more decorations like more roads, different trees and flowers more statues and ponds stuff like that.

We end up playing this game but now it says that we have to restart the game or try again later so now we dont know what to do. If you refer to restarting the game then that is a waste of our levels and wont want to restart the game from level 1 to get to where Im at now.
We love how this game doesnt have blueprints to show you what to build or how. Its just freestyle do whatever you want! Such a cool game ive been playing for forever and its never gone bad! Although we have a couple things, we wish you could buy xp to gain levels, we wish it was easier to get your population up, and lastly we wish more things costed coins and not superbucks. But other than those things we LOVE THIS GAME and we definitely recommend it to everyone.
It hurts that the developers stopped working on this. This game is better than all the farming games out there and they decided to make one of those instead. Super City is still our favorite app to play because you can decorate it however you want and you dont HAVE to spend real money if you dont want to (yes you might miss out on some stuff but we were hoping theyd just keep recycling the same events and promotions every year so every player could eventually have everything.) our heart felt like it shattered when we got the announcement that they were stopping updates on this game. Im glad they at least not deleting it so we can still visit and decorate our towns but Im crushed that there will most likely never be more new stuff to see on here. Developers PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE at least bring back the lottery so we can use all the coins Ive been collecting. Sincerely, a broken hearted fan.
The skiers and water skiers have been missing for months. Does anyone fix problems in the game anymore.
Ive been playing for many years. Im at highest level and can not go further. Plus we have run out of land and have over 1000 super bucks but nowhere to put anything. We still play every once in a while and wish you would add more land or different islands. Otherwise, the game is awesome.
The funnest progression game ever.
We love the little characters that walk around the city! Some are rollerskating, some strut, some just wander. That was the biggest thing we liked about CityVille. We were sad when that game ended. Now heres Super City Mobile with all its little folks and Im loving it! We no longer have a computer or internet so the fact that we can play this on our phone with cellular data (we have unlimited) is just awesome! Thanks for the game.

We love this game but nothing for 150 players and theyre not celebrating Christmas 2020, not nice since they made a huge deal for Halloween. We suppose they are partial. But needs more quests for 150 and not to blame customers who get there money back when your locked out of account for over a week, during an event you invest time and real money into. Other than that and the bugs, the game itself is fun. Hopeful to see more content for, Ancient Players , we were told thats what we are even though we returned from a two year break a year ago and hit 150 around that time. 5 stars for fun game.
Hello! We absolutely love your game , Im a new player and Im having a ball. We have a couple of suggestions though, we need more decorations such as vehicles, we need a water choice where the road/ sidewalks are located, we dont see a school yet, phone booths, mail trucks on the road etc.. Lol.. But keep up the good work.
We really loved this game when we were able to play it on our phone :( . We started playing it in 2019 and was completely obsessed! The tasks were fun and we love creating the city but Im not able to play it anymore since we cant access it on our phon :(( . Will this ever change ? Please let us know.

We have played this game for many years! Love it. Hard at first but stick with it and it is fun and addicting!!!! Only pitfalls are technical support when game crashes or has some glitches that are not corrected when we contacted them and they dont respond which is disappointing especially when youre in a timely quest. Otherwise it is a big favorite forever! We play daily except when sick even then we try so we dont let our neighbors down.
Today is April 1 and we feel like game developers are playing an April Fools Day trick on us!!! This game has been having technical difficulties the entire day!! This is causing us to lose out on the Summer Lottery and also the Bravarian Fair. The developers and support group should compensate the players affected by this mess with lots of free stuff. Please try to fix this problem quickly.
We love this game and play it everyday. Since the update, Ive noticed that there are no skiers coming down the mountain from the ski resort, there are no jet skiers in the water from the jet ski station. There is no train coming and going from the train station. There is no cars, trucks and buses continuously driving on the main road through the city. There are less people walking in the city, less children playing and less cars driving through the city that is being built. Overall just less activity in the city. It is still a good game to play with good simulation just not as good when we first started playing the game.
We have played this game for a long time and truly enjoy but lately its been shutting down a lot and we have to restart our iPad to make it work. Today we were halfway through a new challenge and it is now gone. It was supposed to be up for 6 days and was gone in a couple of hours. We really like the game so could you please address these issues.

We love the game but you end up having to pay every time for buildings and there to much we cant afford to pay so we ended up deleting before we go broke geez.

Im on level 84 on our phone but level 17 on PC. No way to have them synced? The PC version is more updated than mobile. Whats the deal.
We enjoy playing games where you build your city, do tasks and to help out your neighbors. So when we first started this game, it was fun. However, we feel – and Im sure we cant be the only one – that the items get too pricy! This game wants you to spend your own money, or else youre waiting a long time to collect enough bucks to purchase additional items. And by additional items, we mean trees, flowers, street lamps, etc it doesnt make sense to us why one tree costs just over a hundred while others cost over a thousand each.
We truly enjoy playing this game but there hasnt been any updates. Ive been holding out from deleting the game in hopes of an update. When will there be an update and/or new quests.
We really like this game. Ive gotten pretty far but not without spending our own cash. Happy to do so for a game we actually enjoy playing. Our only peeve is the fact that we havent been able to participate in any quests for months now. Our game does glitch here and there though, itll show the quest icons at the left of our screen, along with a fire icon at the bottom but when we touch them nothing happens. We figured maybe we needed to update but it says we have the most current version from 11 months ago. Very disappointing and discouraging. Also, at times we have to reload over and over again, but still the game wont respond. Some major issues definitely need to be addressed.
Its very glitchy everytime we restart it. The left sidebar was suddenly have a million things on it that you cant click on and glitches the whole game.
We are having problems loading the game …. It was working for us for about ten minutes when we were playing the game and then when we tried to load the game it will not load up…. Can you explain why.
We have been landlocked for a few months. We cannot expand. The game is not updating on a new building Love the game now with these problems its more frustrating then fun.
This a is really good town building game. The only thing is there are quests that require items only from buildings that you will have to spend actual money to get super bucks to purchase the building or literally wait months on end to acquire enough to buy the building. This slows game play and causes the player to lose interest. Ive installed and deleted this game so many times just based on that alone. They have a fortune wheel where you have a chance to win the items but when you can only win 3 and you need 20, well you do the math and this a CHANCE to win the item. Im deleting again this time for good as the developers dont listen to suggestions and just give some generic response on reviews. Why is it they respond to reviews but then ask you to contact someone else? Just fix the game! Download if you have patience of a saint otherwise there are way better town building games that are not impossible to acquire items needed nor take so much time.
It wont download the national park area it unlocked but is stuck in downloading screen very annoying cant play game unless we close the game and go back Into it:(.

We really like this game but it wont load on our new iPad. We continue to get a technical message to reload the game. So we cant play the game now. How can this be fixed.
Was 5 stars, but giving 2 due to frustration. Couldnt get some of our adventures to load. So we saved our progress to hard restart our games. Reinstalled it and now it wont load at all. Keeps telling us error.. A little over it at this point.
We have around 10 days trying to download the game, it keeps showing the technical error, we already sent two messages to support without asnear, we can even join in the game to see our ID.
How can we log out of the game and log in as a new player? We want to play the game but we want to completely restart it and we dont see an option for that.
A few months ago we would have given this game a 5 star rating. Then things changed for the worse. First, they started special event quests where you need 7,000 points to finish. In the last 3 events on our leaderboard only 1 person has finished. Many people complained. They needed to lower the points to 5,000 just to give a reasonable chance. So people quit playing and yet they still put them out. Secondly, a month ago they started putting out repeat quests for new players to get buildings all the long term players have had. So there are a ton of us that have not even had to log on for a month now. Their most loyal players and they have abandoned us. So there literally is no reason to even open up the game anymore. Thirdly, everyone who has written has said they all get the same reply but then nothing changes. No one gets any answers of why from support. Just that it will get passed up the chain of command. So there is virtually no communication between players and support on some issues. Fourth, there is no way to delete inventory items, or have them sorted so you can find items easily….we need double the land we have now and that too has not even been mentioned. The developers should really be on their own Facebook page and post updates on issues that effect the people who play and spend real cash in this game. We find it incredibly frustrating that for a solid month now tons of us have no reason to play anymore. They also skipped Halloween this year. No holiday quests. And every single lotto has the same repeat prizes. Month after month after month. We know a few people who have deleted this game. We will give it until Christmas. If things dont change we too shall also be deleting as other players on the forums are talking about doing. This could be the beginning of the end for what used to be an amazing game with something always going on. Once people delete it…how do you get them back? Or they find other games and decide to play those instead. Once you lose people….they are gone. You should really be listening and reading the forums. And take to heart what your moderators are telling you that everyone complains about. We used to be a moderator for your official page. We couldnt as there were so many quests we couldnt play. Now, we log on 1x per week just to see if possibly anything has been released. And yet again, nothing. Our game just sits there empty.
Great game to start with, just dont waste any money on challenges, lotteries, etc.!!! You can always replay them later since that is All the developers are doing now. NOTHING new for over 18 months! Otherwise, a fun way to waste time. NOT worth money.
Have been playing this game for several years and have always loved it. But the last several months has been terrible. Game is not loading properly and nothing we do clears it up. Have submitted several complaints about the problems, but just keep getting toll that they are working on it. Is a shame, because the game was a lot of fun.

Abandoned Russian builder game that employs very deceptive tactics. Many of the Quests you will take on are impossible to complete unless you purchase their in-game currency for astronomical amounts of $. The game can be very stressful and leads nowhere but deception. Ex : Produce 10 Melon @ 2hr each in a 24hr period or lose everything. Forcing you to buy overprice in-game currency to complete the quest. That our friends is Extortion as there is no way to complete quests unless you are a slave that stays up 24hrs a day. Abandoned Games should be taken off the App Store.
This used to be our favorite game. What happened? The creators of this game just gave up? They abandoned all of their loyal players. Ive moved on and found other games we like but we still miss this one. So be it. Had to say it. So long and good riddance. Deleting. Update: Now that this game is back we dont like it anymore. It gives us stress and we dont need that so Im done.
