We love how the awkward controls give an even greater challenge.
Good add brain surgery as first surgery but don’t listen to all the haters but do ad brain surgery.
Its an amazing game but its hard to do it on iPad.
First, please add brain surgery to mobile, and also space mode please!
How come when you go to the alien surgery it doesnt tell you what organ to replace it says but we dont know what it is. But its still good.
This game is amazing, but we would like if we could have more surgeries to do we finished all 4 in 2 days and now Im regretting giving our 4.99 please make more updates with more surgeries.
The game needs more operations and more things to do we did them all in 10 minutes easily we recommend adding more stages but besides that the game was da best.
This game is really fun if youre trying to be funny or serious it makes it 20 times funnier because they controls are funny and then you end up doing something stupid.
The first time Brain Transplant iPad Please Im So Get Brain Transplant [iPad]
WHY DID YOU MOT COME OUT WITH THIS GAME EARLYER.
There is One thing that doesnt make sense in this game this is all Im going to talk about is that when youre doing the kidney transplant that your patient is on her back but in real life they would be on their stomach and you have to go through the back that is all.
This is a awesome game don’t get us wrong but it needs more levels like the PlayStation one.
Don’t listen to all the haters, the game doesn’t work on all devices This game if fun to be honest.
We like it, the only time we would play a game mainly on ipad.

This is a great game and all, but now since iOS 13 has controller support and surgeon sim is on ps4 ( idk about Xbox ) if they could add controller support so you wouldnt have to play with your fingers.

We played the game on the computer and we remember the brain transplant it was easy and fun… Ny so please developers put this in the game.
We have had this game ever since it was released on mobile and we havent deleted yet:) This is our favorite game on the App Store, the controls are much easier on mobile than pc and console but that doesnt take away the fun of taking peoples eyeballs out and playing with a jiggly liver lol. This is a very well made game and it would be even greater if more fun operations were added such as a brain transplant or something lol. Very entertaining game, we love it.

This is the best app ever! Secret: if you hate spoilers or tips, don’t open us! Tip: if you take the tape, and put it into the tape player, and press the start button, it will tell you a random set of numbers, then take you to a cool room with a code lock. Enter the set of numbers to unlock a surprise! Look down to see what the surprise is :P Alien surgery!
Our name is Parker Thomas Garcia and we love this gameAnd this is not a joke we are not a creator we really am a kid and we love this game its so fun to play it it makes it so hard but we love it what it is so hard its like makes it so fun and hes like oh we wanna kill person oh this guy is funny oh youre losing doors are all good thank you we love you we love control is this youre so funny even if it did everybody else says its terrible and our dad so we just wasted our money we still love this game is awesome well we love this game we love this.
We haven’t laughed this hard while failing in a LONG time. The game is actually easier to control than on PC, but that doesn’t actually make things any easier. This is a good thing, because awkward controls are half the fun. There is currently a bug that erases your achievements every time you close the app, and it would be cool to see more surgeries added from the PC version, but neither issue is a deal breaker (and, more importantly, this can be addressed in a future update). This game is awesome, and well worth the money.
It is hard to play it but it is fun.
We love the game a bunch, challenging, but still fun. The thing is, the game has not had an update in 5 YEARS. Its really needs an update, so yah people who completed the game years ago, will come back once again.
Please add the ambulance and the space station but for bob. Oh and Make it so you can have the Camera!! That would be cool. THANKS!!! BY THE WAY AMAZING GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!
We love this game and all its content but we are just disappointed that it does not have the tf2 surgery we saw on PC and VR surgeon simulator. Other than that the game is fantastic and we recommend it.

The game is good but we need more levels and transplants like the brain.
Hello we’re an iPhone user and we would like to be able to use the heart rate and the defribblators. What we mean is on the iPad version u can slow down Bob’s heart rate and if he flat lines u use the defribblators to get him alive again. On the iPhone it won’t do that. Also please update the game with some new levels like brain surgery and Ambulence mode that can improve it. Please consider doing this thank u.
Hello, our name is Matthew and we were asking in regard to knowing when the next upgrade might us or have you just completely abandoned this even though it has been very successful. With and update and proper advertisement we could really see this app flourishing and becoming very popular again.
We played it and its one of the best games ever.
Add more transplants and ambulance mode. It is fun.
Please add a button to cut off heart rate its annoying me.
Ok because this game is dead we dont expect anyone to see this, but for all the people that keep complaining about the controls, the controls are supposed to be bad! On Pc where the game was originally released the controls are just as hard to use. The game is supposed to be frustrating and make you laugh, not be an exact replica of giving someone surgery.
