Reached level 293… When we load the level, it immediately tells us that we have no moves left and we lose a life… Kind of hard to play if you start with no moves.
We used to adore this game. We thought it was the best game we had downloaded in a long time. Not so much now. Yes the game itself is still great but Ive had 2 technical issues and Ive contacted the support team and our emails all go unanswered. First we lost a power up than we bought (with real money) 1,500 gems and now they have disappeared. We are so upset. So yes you may like the game but pray nothing happens cause the developers will do nothing to help you. Theyve pretty much stolen our money and we plan on reporting all this to apple. If the developers dont want to help us get our stuff back than we have no choice but to file a complaint with apple and ask them to return our money. Be aware! CANT PLAY PAST LEVEL 293!!!! Emailed support and was told youve reached the top level and more levels will be released soon which is 100% false. We sent them a video of what we were seeing and now they finally get the issue Im having and according to other players who have left comments its happening to others on the same exact level. When we asked for our gems that disappeared to be given back they said the game is new and we dont have the ability to credit your lost gems sorry oh ok thats a great answer. But you have the ability to take our money. Our advice to them, dont release your game until you have the ability to solve your customers problems.
We love the game but Im fixing to delete it off our phone because we havent been able to play it for three days because it says under construction! We wouldnt recommend it because they give you no warning that there fixing to work on it or know time on when you will be able to play again and if we like playing a game it means we want to be able to play it and if we cant we need a reason and also when it will be back up! Im only giving 2 stars because we do love the game but we hate waiting for it be fixed so we can play again.
