Been having problems ever since they added the videos to continue playing. Was so far into the game and it ended up starting us back at the beginning. Still cant load the levels unless we close the game after every round and open it again. Today we cant even open the game it wont load. They need to fix the problems already.
We wasnt having app issues until it updated yesterday. Now its locked up every time Ive tried to play. Unfix it please.
Played for a long time without too many glitches but when we reached level 2280 and completed that level, the game will not advance to next level. We tried emailing support but it will not go through for some reason. Frustrating.
We play this game a bit almost everyday. We find they create new puzzles within the levels to understand in order to conquer the level.
We love this game and play it more then many other games Ive tried. We findSweet Road very relaxing and somewhat addicting, when we play at bedtime it helps us to fall asleep into a very calming gentle great nights sleep like we said we love this game.

We used to play this game everyday, but we started receiving error messages when we attempted to make in app purchases. The coins were never credited, but they charged our credit card twice. We provided receipts to support asking that the purchases be credited or funds returned and the only response we received was an automatic response and the issue was never resolved.
This game freezes all the time!!! When you contact support they give you 20 coin shut you lose everything you already have! Not worth the headache.
It stops at level 2288 and it tell you the other level will be available soon.2 weeks later, nothing. Ill delete the app for good.
Ive reached level 2280 and that is the end of the road. Note to developers: will there be any new levels coming our way.
How can we reset game? Ive tried different device but still shows current progress. Im not connected to Facebook.
The game is frozen. Cant play it. Deleting.
We made sure to play / check our status in the league and was number 1 for the whole 6 days we even checked it at 3:00 in the morning as we were still awake had over 20,000 points . We get up the next day and instead of having our 130 coins which we earned by the way some name that was not even in the top ten said won them !!! Im done with this game dont like games that cheat you out of your stuff ! We had one 30 minutes of the ball things and 30 minutes of the striped candy and it stoles our 30 minutes of candy ! No longer will play this game and it was our all time favorite.

We love this game but the only problems we have it When you get a coin spin you have to be on the app for the 16 minutes you have to wait or it goes away if your not there in time Same with the leagues we were #6 and had some coins to rank in and we miss the deadline and got none of the coins cause we missed it by 2 minutes Please fix this.

Been playing the old version, now with this new valentine version, keeps going out. Can open but will only now goes Just a little bit, when goes right back to the main picture. So disgusting, we have deleted left off our iPad for a few days tried to get back nothing. This was our favorite game and now we guess we lost everything.
Why cant your free life go into your inbox? If you have 5 and win one it just disappears. We like the game but its SUPER buggy. You win 3 30minute boosters but only get 30 minutes. The list goes on.
We like this game but there are issues. After Every level we play it tells us we need to buy coins then when we click the + it shuts the game down. Very annoying so until its fixed we wont be playing this game.
We just got this game and really was enjoying it. At one point You have to hit the + button to buy coins. It wont let you move on until You hit it. Every time we hit it, the game crashed.

The game itself is really fun, but… At the end of every level we get a message to tap above to purchase coins. We have no choice but to tap, then the game crashes. We would give 5 stars if not for that. We hope it gets fixed soon or Ill be deleting the game.
Loved the game played everyday got a new phone! When we download the app on our new phone it took our progress all the way back to lever 1 …and we had made good progress in the game! But we were really cool with that change.we began playing from scratch and every level we passed before going to the next level it game keeps asking to buy coins! Very aaggravating.
It was fun in the beginning but now just boring. Too many ads and too difficult to get to the next level. Obviously the leaders each week are spending money to get there. Not us! Uninstalling.
We enjoy playing the actual game, but it has problems. We don't get coins for watching videos, and the game will often crash right before receiving earned boosts or coins. For those reasons we would never spend any money on it. There are little side games or challenges that we usually can't see the reason for. It crashes frequently. Today was the last straw, we played one whole level with an ad covering the top! Didn't pass it, LOL. We're deleting it.
Ads cover up games so you cant continue to play! Developers need to fix this problem, thats if they are paying attention to their games they develop! They need to remove so many of the ads that are causing their games to not be fun anymore! Do your job developers! Sorry game that ads cover up the game while trying to play! Sorry developers that dont catch this major issue.
We would like to see more chances (9-10) to a round rather than just 5. Also earn some type of credits we would earn after each attempt on a round then after so many tries we would have help to get past the more difficult levels. Thanks.
Just found this game its cooler than candy crush we l love it we find it very enjoyable.
The game is fun and Ive even finished 800+ levels. We played it every day and was usually the last thing we did before we went to sleep for the night. The ads were many but we dealt with it and even got used to it because the game play/coins ratio was fair for all the adds you had to watch. NOW, with this latest update, ads have nearly doubled and there is this stupid AdChoice banner that covers part of the playing area and you CANNOT get rid of it. So, for now, at least for us, the game isnt even playable on our iPad which is incredibly aggravating. We get it, the devs need to pay the bills blah blah blah but how about an option to play ad-free? Just a thought. Ill give it a week and hopefully enough people are having the same problem we are and they fix it or Ill have to retire it.
We play daily and spin the wheel but we have never gotten the prize. The coin spin cannot be spun at all. If you dont want to make them work get rid of them please. Now the game has ads.
Ill be playing along having a great time…as we all know these games are so addicting. The thing that drives us insane is the game will pop up and tell us we have no more moves when we were getting ready to play one or two. BE VERY CAREFUL! These games want you to spend money and if youre not watching the game will get you to do so when you dont need to. If all else fails start the level over.

We thought we loved the Game, BUT we HATE IT NOW!! There IS NO SUPPORT FOR THIS PROBLEM!!! You are despicable you have no support due to you have nothing about the game ENDS whenever SO if you love being able to play repeatedly THIS IS NOT the game for you. We wish all it did was crash, but this game IS fun, but w/o support HOW can you expect to have FUN.

We were loving this games for the month Ive been playing, hadnt had any issues at all. Until now. This is the third time Ive had a problem with the app, first two incidents we kept getting a Facebook login failed error message, yet another Cook Apps game Ive got installed worked perfectly. Now, tried to log in and we see it still wont connect to Facebook, and all of our progress seems to be gone. Ive sent emails already and got a auto reply but thats it.
Was having fun until we reached level 51. Then the game took all our winnings away from us . A league button and quest button appeared. Cant join a league because it wont come up. Did the usual uninstall/reinstall, cleared everything, etc. Finally sent letter to get same message. Now no one will help us. Our sister talked us into playing but we wont play with a game that doesnt work.
