Seems like a fun game and we watched all of the anime but the game is not accepting and approving new users we download the game and when we tried to start the game it keep wanting us to transfer data they dont have an option for new users.

Sword art online black swordsman ace – please release this game.
We really love the direction this game is going with more 3D Graphics, but first of all they need to update the resolution AND frame rates of this game. Not sure if its the controls or the actual game, but at the highest quality and 60 fps we still feel like its at the lowest settings possible with 30 fps. The 3D character models also have really bad physics as their hair is stiff just feel clunky overall.
We wont give up the show is our childhood memory.
Great game so fun to play when you are bored and dont have any swords or anime to watch.
The game genuinely lags after not even 10 minutes of game-time doing just our dailies. We remember during the "Sinister Strategy" ranking event, it lagged so much just from loading in like never before causing us to delete the game for a few days. Another thing, scout rates (the chances/odds of pulling new units) are completely unbearable and unfair; we saved up to 13k crystals, and got NOTHING. We even spent real money on this game on TOP of the grinding we did to make a point; the game needs a better tweak besides a random patch fix, and to implement a scout rate-up on some banners. Fix your game, please.
The game often crashes. We can play for a few minutes and then it lags, even though we set the settings to the lowest. When we enter solo rank, the game crashes. After we set the Chinese language, the game doesn't lag. When we play for more than an hour, the game crashes again. Even though we're a fan of sword art online but the game is laggy, we'd rather play saoif.
We really like this game, but we do think what really made us give it 3/5 stars is due to the fact that our game crashes even after putting our settings all on low or recommended. Also randomly while Im playing the quality of the game gets pixelated like itll go from perfectly fine to horrible in a matter of minutes. Im using an iphone 11 not sure if maybe it has to do with the fact newer devices can handle the picture better or what but those are some things effecting us from fully enjoying the game currently as a new player. Another thing keeping us from fully enjoying the game definitely has to be the loading screens between menus is so ridiculously slow.

Truly great game, takes low storage and has great graphics. Tutorial explains gameplay well, easy for a new player to learn. Problem is, where is Klein? The third character we were certain would be in the game(Kirito and Asuna being first and second) wasnt there. Thank God we can play Eugeo though.
Well, let us just say this: this game is addictive and fun to play. It almost kinda reminds us of Memory Defrag, but in a different way. However, the scouting is exactly the same way; both ridiculous and unfair! Is it better than Integral Factor? Of course, but the energy around it is no different. Trust us, if youre one of those people who have extremely bad luck like we do, then this game would be no exception. So, if you want to continue to play this game, and if youre trying to reach for the top, then our suggestion is to use real money and have Lady Luck at your side, because in all seriousness, thats basically the only way youre going to reach your goal.

In match there been some matches where nobody takes damage and most of the times the game straight closes when we get into loading screen or when the match finishes fix this bug, please. Im happy the game is back.
This is a great game and we love it but we just want it to be controller supported so bad please it really shouldnt be that hard too.
This was obviously intended for newer devices so if you have a better phone than an X go for it. Ill have to deal with the frame drops and crashes till we upgrade.
First review Ive done in the App Store as we have grown to love the SAO franchise Im hopeful for this improvement therefore felt it worth our time. The games are all great we ask for only one thing for them all CONTROLLER SUPPORT..Please.
Ive played the game before on our old phone, but now that Ive gotten a new phone, the game wont load past the start screen. We accept everything, do the puzzle, and then touch the screen to start and nothing happens. We cant open the menu on the top left or transfer data either. Any help would be much appreciated.

This game is a pleasant game to grind and the leveling is decent, but its missing the friends aspect of mobile games. We love making our characters stronger, but id also love to compare our characters with our friends characters and possibly add a duel mode where we can fight or practice with said added friends. When this game adds the friend feature ill move this review back up to 5 stars.

Fix the Battle Royal bug our App stays crashing for absolutely no reason we have good signal, space and literally no other app open and this only happens when playing Battle Royale. Uninstalled. Way too much bullsh of late. Everytime we finished a game it crashes everytime we log in sometimes crashes this started happening after update. Honestly as much as we love the game we are NOT dealing with that bullsh. And Battle Royale is total as* for one is TOTALLY PAY TO WIN. If you dont summon enough youll be level 50 fighting opponents 75 and those 25 levels difference make you opponent literally immortal because you cant do any decent damage even if you use awakening. We tried and still found unacceptable That levels are on on PVP that shouldnt be allowed no balance. If your not maxed out Dont even try it. You wont do anything at all. Whats the point of making a pvp event and have levels on? Where the fun in that? Where is the fairness in that? Theres isnt if youre not 75 youre gonna get killed regardless if youre better than the other player which makes no sense. Pvp should balance everyone a certain level so its fun and fair for everyone not just whoever invest more in the game and has more copies of a character.
SAO:VS is a great game with tons of stuff to do. As a decently-experienced player, we can say that this is definitely a game that we enjoy playing when we have some spare time. The game has good graphics, cool cutscenes, great stories, and more. There's always a new active event to keep players immersed, which some games lack. Also, the game only came out half a year ago, and there's already this much content! We can't imagine what lies in the future updates for this game.
This game is so fun but it doesnt allow us to play for long it turns off by itself.
This game is so so amazing the only issues we have is the game shutting down randomly if that didnt happen this game would be 10/10.
Every time we look or get put in game for BR it keeps on crashing the app on ipad and iPhone but it still really amazing game.
Each time we go in the app it keeps us stuck at the Home Screen, and yes we do press anywhere as it says. Im not trying to be a Karen, the graphics at the Home Screen are good but we do want to see the game part.
Anytime we try to play the battle royale mode it crashes and if we have the game open for too long it also crashes, please fix this and Ill gladly change our review to 5 stars.

We cant even start the game every time we try to play a quest it boots us out the whole game we cant even start the first mission.
Please add controller support! The end-user experience would be greatly improved with controller support – decluttering the UI and enhancing overall playability.
