We dont know how we feel about it sometimes. The graphics are amazing and we love the powers but then again we were on one part that said recommend team but when we could not beat it we tried a team and nobody was on the same one or nobody was there like how high are some of these levels and where did everyone go we had to delete the game because we couldnt beat it could you plz fix that and maybe let it do it without a team plz that would help a lot.
Btw you guys need to contact snail directly if you have problems because they dont read our reviews.
Great game!!! Love it, but adding something like this could make the game a whole lot better. You could add another city on the map, but except of city, it could be a kingdom. The king of the kingdoms could be elected by the people. There could only be 20 man trying to be elected as king. The king can only be king for 1 month. The elections starts at the first day of the month. For queens, the king can pick up to 10-15 woman to be his wife. There could be another type of marriage for royals. The woman who wants to be queen but couldnt could be one of the queens servant.l and earns 50 unbound gold every week. The king earns 150 unbound gold every week. The queens earns 100 unbound gold every week. There could be an event called Kingdom War. In that event, only 50 people can join, and all people has the same might, and goes the other kingdom, who has 50 people too, and has same might. Whoever side wins, the people gets 150 unbound gold, 200,000 silver, and a shard of a clothing. The king can hold any meetings in the kingdom, anytime they want. They could discuss anything, or discuss the growth of Jianghi. The king can build any buildings, like a bank, a shop, etc. The king has an outfit of his own. The ranks of the queens depend on who got married first from the king. The outfit goes by color, like first queen is gold, second is purple, third is red, fourth is green, etc. Also, if sending gifts to other people like, enhancing material, clothing, weapons, like those, it would be useful especially trying to help someone who needs these things except of trading. This would be all the things we would want in Sword of Shadows. Please think about this, and we hope you can add this to the game for the next update. Thanks!! Also, we think the Grow Old Together for the last type of marriage, we think it would be too expensive. Could be at least 2999, or 3155. Please also think about this.
We love the game but there is a few things need the lvling system soon as hit lvl70 the lvling slows and its hard to Match the might of the enemies in dun and in story second the top up you dont give enough gold for the prices we pay especially to do rebates even though you dont do VIP make the prices fair or give gold in the game along with bound gold or just do a All gold system were you can get in the game as well in top up and month cards where it can be fair to everyone to get items. Lastly the cloak system dont like it takes entirely to long to unlock try using a wing system instead or set it up to where you can unlock the cloak at a certain lvl then upgrade it. And with beast system is there a way to make it easier to get the materials to unlock it cause that takes entirely to long as well or make it to where the mounts upgrade to beast lvls.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden UMmm…? Reminiscent to Ang Lees masterpiece. Sword of Shadows is perfect if your into Tai Chi and Wushu influenced games. Epic. Even. If your open to Chinese or Asian culture at whole, its the best MMOP on mobile. Easier than its cousin, Tale of Swords: Eternal Love which is a amazing game as well. However, Sword of Shadows contains more of theatrical base concerning storytelling. More so, the combat system is intricate and spectacular. Some of it like, The Dancing Sword attack is like Gokus KO Kin attack. But what we love about this game and Eternal Love is that it is not Japanese and it is completely Chinese. Japanese gets a lot of spotlight in terms of tech games. The animation is not the chivvy anime but the Chinese MMOP influenced CGIs. You can glide in various motions and jumps, fly, and swim as far as action goes, very diverse for a mobile MMOP. Love it.
Dear Snail Games for the past few months our Mailbox on our Tang Character Ayumi_Yamanaka occasionally when we try to claim stuff in our mailbox it says we have no Inventory space when we actually have tons available it first started with Internal Gems but now its effecting our Achievement points and supplies for our house. Plz fix.
This game was so fun when snail actually kept up with it now they barely pay attention to this game and put out weak updates, they havent even released new servers in almost a year:(

Hey,I am very addicted too this game. It reaches expectation of what we want from a MMORPG. We love love the graphics the style and all the detail you guys added into the game. But we have a suggestion,Please add free running/parkour to the game it would make it a lot better. Im not trying to say its a bad game but we think adding free running would be a major update in sword of shadows. Thank you.
Can you add a voice chat so when you find a friend you playcan together and you need to speak to him about quests… Or other things , it will be cool if you did.
We have had the game for awhile now maybe about a year and we have to say there isnt any other app that we know of that has such a complex interface as this one. We stopped playing the game awhile back and before we knew it the push notifications pushed us back into opening the app to play some. Well when we did it had to update so we allowed it but something about this update is causing it to not want to log us in our profile. We’ve tried signing in as a guest and another account but it did the same thing so we just deleted it. Re-downloaded it and it does the update causing the same problem. Not sure if its just us but it would be awesome if you guys could take a look into it and see what may be causing the log in problem.
The US1 Goldenvilla server plagued with hacker guild (Tavern) videos on utube and facebook showing them posting how to download hacked accounts into server, and snail customer support worthless,, they even show start character at 50th lvl at 400K might because nobody will notice hack, then 70th put hacked might to 700k then 80th lvl 1000000 might,, lol made the character 6 weeks ago now 1.8 million might,, they take all the events, all the rewards, and now everybody has left server,, (players 9 months are 800k) don’t play snail games, and don’t play on US1 goldenvilla,, waste of time and cash, U were warned..
Totally worth getting!! So don’t wait just get it.
Hopefully you guys can add more schools and classes in the next update and in the next update make it so that way if we want to change our class we wont have to restart our level so make it so we can sync our old class with our new so we dont have to start over. And also there are some minor bugs and glitches so please fix that too and keep up the good work. And also can u guys fix it so we can tex.t ulimitly and also add add more functions like getting married and make events that way we can earn gold from them and add an outfit thing so we can wear different outfits without buying them or paying gold. Thanks for everything and also increase the graphics/quality too please and thanks.

We uninstalled and re download the game and it still won’t play we have our character on the game and high lvl we want to play the game but it won’t load up pls us with this problem we want to play our game.

We really love this game there is a couple of things that make the game unfair but we really love it. Hopefully they will make a change either way we’ll always love this game.
We really don’t know what to say as we really love this game and we don’t have anything really that bad to say about it and then here’s the big but about it. As soon as Verizon 3.0.0 came out, we haven’t been able to log in and actually play the game… So we hope that they can get this fixed.
This game heats up the phone like crazy, and crash pretty often. Sometimes it simply crashed for no reason!
We love this game. It’s a ton of fun, and has really cool graphics. Sadly we can’t get into the server for some reason – it lets us log in with our facebook (i even made another account but that didn’t work) – but it won’t connect. We’ve been having this problem for months. We wish we could give it 5 stars.

SOS is by far the best game we’ve played on our device. As a matter of fact it’s the only game we’ve played since March! Only issue we have is that when we play on our iPad the app crashes after a few minutes of gameplay. Please solve this issue as we would really enjoy playing on our iPad. The only issue we have with this game is the matchmaking for the Sky Arena, we’re always facing opponents that can kill us with one skill. If it could match us with an opponent of a similar Might level, this game would be 5 stars!
We like the game but we miss the sitting down and waving at people to get there attention like wushu… Can y’all put it on the game we would love that. And also the match maker. We need everyone to play this game so people can roplay like wushu it’s fun everyone is not on but there are a thousand people on wushu. It will make the game better it u put everything on there like wushu and it will make the game more and more fun.
Awesome game! Wasn’t really into it at first coming from MS, but once we got the hang of it, it was much better, more goals to reach, it’s free, and we don’t gotta spend 10s of thousands to get to where we want to be.
Been playing everyday for about a month and loving every minute of it. Love the graphics and love that we’re able to fly around.
Okay, so two reviews said that there are swastika symbols, causing the one of them having a 1 star review, and the other having a 3 star review. Though, it seems they forgot this app is about Buddhism. So we have no idea why they are pointing this out, besides they thought of the swastika meant something else. Now, we never saw the symbols in the game but as far as we know it means good fortune and the auspicious footprints of the Buddha. We might be wrong, but we’re pretty sure that’s what it means in this app.
Love it been playing for 3 months and stopped playing console games altogether…
At first this seems like all of the other "mobile mmorpg" games with auto play leaving you bored within 2 hours. However as you approach level 50, the leveling slows a bit, and you discover there are tons of activities and adventures to do each day with other players. This game is an Open world. Tons of fashion and vanity (many of which are free). Huge PVP events are so fast paced and large, it doesn’t feel like a mobile game. The graphics are fluid and gorgeous. Tons of skill customization – its impressively complex. Give it a shot, get at least to 50-60 and really experience the fun events daily. It’s great. 4.5/5.
We love your game and it is very good, but we used 20$ to get a season card and got nothing in return. We also used 99 cents to get 30 unbound gold, and still got nothing. We don’t know what to do and we are very irritated and would like to get our ingame currency. It would be amazing if we did. Our username is Sholoh and we are on the star sword server. We think it is pretty good even though we’ve only played it a couple of hours, we think it’s very fun and the school quests are fun. But we noticed one thing: once you get the "Devil’s Palm" weapon, there are a nazi symbols used for almost all of the attacks, which we think is kind of offensive to some people and we think it’s almost racist to put that in the game.
Just that, you have a game that makes you do a 1 v 1 fighting sequence when fighting a horde of enemies, this game is good but just the combat makes us want to kill myself.
