Definitely the best defense game on the App Store. It is a tower defense game no extra, pointless objectives.
This game is a blast and brings back memories of the classic tower defense games we loved as a kid. The gameplay is solid, the mechanics are smooth and the challenge curve feels just right. Ive maxed out all upgrades and earned 3 stars on all 20 levels. We would love to see more content added soon! New levels, weapons or upgrade paths would really keep the momentum going. Looking forward to future updates.
Ive had the game on our phone for about a decade and every year we come back to it because its easy fun. No annoying ads, just old school fun. We too would pay for additional levels or even a second play through just harder. Cant believe Im leaving a review for a game we put on our phone nine years ago. Time for version 2.
We love it so much, but Im almost at the end of all the levels so that will make us sad.
Game would be even better if could use the armament on previous levels if u get 3 stars on them.
We got this a week ago and had lots of fun with it. Ive beaten all of the levels, bought all the upgrades, and got 3-Stars on all of them. We need more levels, a fun game deserves more expansion. Please make more.

This is great TD game that is difficult and not pay to win. It would be a lot better if you added more guns and upgrades, we think this game could be more popular if you guys advertised and updated more often.

Like many other reviews stated, there are only 20 levels. Its very hard to find a decent tower defense game. We really like this one and wish you would make more.
This isnt an overly complex game. It has good layouts, actual instructions, and plenty of difficulty. Wish theyd make another TD game.
We Love the tactical thinking required to beat this game. Even if you have all your upgrades maxed it still takes a lot strategizing to get all 3 stars. Love how its not Pay to Win! Great TD game for sure.
Great game but quick to beat. There needs to be more than 20 levels. Infinite mode? Call early.
This is what TD should be. Very challenging. You can pay to play or not. We got rid of the ads, well worth the dollar. You must use all skills and weapon load outs. If you get stuck walkthroughs are available online. You cant just coast. MORE LEVELS, NEW TROOPS, AND WEPONS PLEASE! Your game could be the TD SHIZNIT.
Somewhat strategic, no bugs so far, advertisements are long but not overbearing.
This game is amazing there so many levels and once you upgrade your weapons, your unstoppable.
We have re visited this game 3 times now. Always forgetting how to play it. Haha the best part is taking 4-5 hours to get the level just right in victory. Takes about a week to finish and well worth your time of fun.
This game is a LOT of fun, semi-challenging, and definitely worth playing. Our only real complaint is that there are only 20 levels, period. No hard mode and no additional content, it just ends. Its certainly worth the time it takes to beat but thats just it, it doesnt take much time at all to get 3 stars on all of the existing levels. If there were somewhere around 50 levels we wouldnt have anything negative to say at all. We can only hope that the devs do an update at some point to add more content (wishful thinking we know. But heres to hoping!).
Many tries just to get to level Five. We love a game of challenge and strategic.
We love defense games and this is the best one around. We always come back to this one.
We downloaded this game last Friday 12/13/24 and have been playing it non-stop. Tactical War: TD is very simple mechanically. You have access to 3 attack towers and 2 support towers, which you unlock through completing missions and earning cash to purchase new towers and their upgrades. Each mission gives access to specific towers and tiers, forcing you to spend your money wisely. Each level is different so you have to tailor your defense each time, making a completed mission rewarding. A perfect run even more so. We cant recommend this game enough, Ive beaten all 20 levels with 3 stars, and we hope to see more levels released. TLDR; Tactical War: TD is an awesome, simple TD game. It sticks to the basics while staying quite rewarding. 5/5 stars.
And we mean that as a compliment. The only gripe we have is that there are only 20 levels!!! Absolutely worth paying for the ad free version. We just need more.

This is a very well made game and is addictive. Is there any chance the game can be updated to include more levels and an option for unlimited waves of enemies.

This is our favorite game to play on the iPhone. We wish it was much longer, could use another 20 levels for sure. We love how there are multiple ways to defeat a level, and you have to use your imagination and think outside of the box sometimes. Really excellent game just wish they were more levels.
Its solid. Pretty well made and a nice time waster. No predatory microtransactions, and it isnt loaded with ads.

Good tower defense game. Simple mechanics and upgrades. Only 20 levels, but enemies make you have to think outside the box (the towers are not overpowered). A challenge to get three stars on everything, but have been able to do three stars on every level but the last. Fun game.

Great game- could be a bit different meaning each level is about 5 mins long but you only get 100 coins after spending actual money and playing ur game it could be a bit more profitable on each level.. Thats all.
