Snail update the game so players wont get bored of old stuff. We need new update of the game. It getting boring day by day. All the lag and bug isnt going to help. So please fix the game as you should.
We have to start all over and some of the names we wanted to give to some of the characters have already been taken despite us having used these names before and these characters were lost. Please help!
We’ve put an into this game and Im rlly not tryna lose it, our lvl 95 character got deleted and now we got a new one at 67 and Ill be so mad if it happens again.
But can you please fix them or what?
Every time we try to get into an excellent server it always says network error. We hope that this gets fixed.
1st function: A guide to look back on for a more detailed description for functions and to see what functions do what how to use them. 2nd function: Being able to speak to NPCs and able to purchase items or ask for quests to start and there are 3 categories: Easy, Intermediate, Hard and under each category there are 8 quests for each category and depending on the difficulty are the quality of the rewards you earn.
We used to play this game years ago and was over 100 levels and had skins and everything but every time we download it again all our things are deleted whats the point of playing if our things are gonna end up being deleted.
We’ve been playing for years. We like the simplistic menu options. They dont over kill it. We enjoy this game and we still play it. Our only problem is the developers has not really done much with the updates the last couple years. If they did more updates like more side games and battles, or new characters, we think more people would have stayed on. We would still give it a try if you havent.
We downloaded the bewest update and we guess it deleted our account.
New update comes out and we try to log in and when Im logged in all our stuff is gone and we had high power pls fix.
This game used to be good. But not anymore. Since the server merging. People cheating. So we quit. Never ever going back. You corrupt the guild we do not like what you did. That is why we retire.
First of all a game like this requires you to spend at least a dollar just so youre able to unlock certain things and be overall a stronger player, game is very buggy, cant even sign into our account on a server because it says Im already signed into it which is a lie so we deleted the game altogether, DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. Too broken to even be worth 99 cents.
Im still playing this game to this day and it needs a lot of fixes Im a mage main and she needs to be fix her chain link can stay connected even if u far away from her that needs to be fix and Battle Royal needs an update so bad it aint even funny u get a 20killstreak and it says u have a 3 kills streak needs to be fix warlord needs to be fix also just needs update where yall fix alot of stuff our favorite game on mobile only game we play on mobile.
We love this game still more than the new one and we redownload it to play again and cant get our old acc back.
When we first downloaded it, there was no issue with the sound . After a couple of plays we noticed we couldnt hear anything. Its not our phone, we tried our blue tooth headphones and using different apps to see if it was our phone and there were no issues. We tried uninstalling the app and turning our phone off for a bit, but still nothing. We are not sure how to fix this, but we could really use some help.
We just started to play the game again after not playing for a while after it logged us out of our account. Since we’ve been playing the game today we were just logged out and our character with all of our pets, diamond, and gold have all disappeared. Please help us to fix it as we have spent a lot of money on this game.
30 Emails to CSR!!! We got to level 45, purchased upgrades in amount of $25, then our account was erased after latest update. We contact support, and provide over 20 emails of account verification & proof of purchases. After sending copies of our iTunes purchase history, we get no further email response. None. We emailed again without attachments requested to see if it there was a problem on our end with sending all the photos, sent a follow up to that email from a different account altogether – heck, we even tweeted them to see if it’s our email servers or whatever. No more answers. Finally get a response a week and a half later. They ask us what our app issues are. Explain all over again and receive a "what’s your server? Please contact us if you need added help" email. WHAT help? Literally, they erased our account on their own error, and yet we can’t seem to get a follow up email back. Tried to avoid a dispute, but we are unfortunately forced to follow up with Apple. It’s been over 3 weeks, going into the fourth. Great job. **** UPDATE: This company never resolved our issue. Never so much as offered any helpful or constructive reply. We went through Apple and received refund of all our money. Literally the most horrible customer service we’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your money or your time. If they "update" the app, they’ll pretend you never had an account (even with apple purchase receipts and screenshots of your acquired items, add ons, levels, username, etc). Why even risk it. Most horrible company we’ve ever experienced in the app store. Look at all the other reviews. EVERYONE experienced a loss in one way or another. It’s honestly not worth your time.
Best game we have played in a while good car ride game as long as you have internet.
We like the game but it took a lot of money to be a top contender smh its pretty sad that game made a lot of money off of people who wanted to compete we hope it dies soon not going to lie tho if they actually bring it back without paying to win we would come back and play but we spent more than a thousand to be third place in single pvp and first place on 3v3 more than once in our old server fun game but they were proud of sucking you in to pay.

Hey Snail, we’ve loved this game so much. This game has honestly best your best works. Your other games cannot compare. Not sure if Im being biased though. We’ve invested so much time and so much effort into being the best f2p, which we personally think we havent achieved yet. Im going on 6 years of playing Taichi Panda now and we have at least made and given away like 300 1m might characters, all f2p. Our best character we have made from the bottom up is our f2p 8m acc which no one knows about cause it isnt named Darby and we never mention it lol, other than that our other best acc was a friends acc given to us at 9.5m we think and we got it to almost 13m. Our highest achievement we wish to be noticed for though has to be our 1m acc we made in 5-6 resets/days which was done f2p, it wasnt mana or health/essence either, it was a crit build which consisted of 1300 hit and crit rate and 1800 crit dmg with 700 dmg boost and 400 dmg resist. That is our greatest achievement tbh, sadly we made it on the priest which we wanted to make a strength build to focus on its healing and throwing skill so we gave it away. But honestly guys, this game is just amazing, once you understand the stats at least, and we recommend it to everyone. Play Taichi Panda before you even look at the other ones! You will understand how unique it is. This game definitely needs way more attention though and easily earns our spot as the number 1 mobile game we’ve ever played. But sadly we’ve started to focus more and more on school and our future so we’ve been offline for a few months. We have made a few things like listing out the stats per level with starstones and while making it organized and nice to look at and a level unlocking table that labels when everything is unlocked that we should finish soon, only have the world messages limit and when they increase and to how much they increase to until unlimited which btw is dumb so snail please make it u limited at a lower level. Its annoying telling people to just get cohort and rush to lv45 to get unlimited messages really quick while rushing correctly. Quite a few things need fixed Snail and you seem to have been neglecting some of it and continuing to throw out more p2w things instead. If you can, can you basically recreate Taichi Panda to before cosmos? Id love to have game like that again. Cosmos was fun and is incredible but its overpowering and doesnt seem like any fun cause you dont have to grind like you would with q26 back in the day. We think thats all? Man this has been an incredible experience! The guilds and friends have been the best part of this game though! Please cherish them guys! Also if you wish to know more about us then you can ask Rai, Arlo, PhoShino/SnakeEyes and Monerous if you happen to know them, we think they probably have seen us the most… BUT if Snail releases new US servers then look for us there cause we might start playing again after we finish high school this year, Im well known for restarting a lot or whatever -3- P.S. Stop going for dodge and deflect builds! Only works good until 3m when you start to notice you have low dmg and have no pvp skills. A dodge build is useless later, unless u spend a lot of money, cause you dont have dmg and the other players have high hit rate and will just be annoyed until they hit you and do high dmg.
We love this game but after we updated it every time we go out to battle the effects for the attacks are now showing. Please try and fix this :)
We’ve been playing this game for over two years on our iPhone 8 but we recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro max and its a very huge phone so its hard to play with the button because they are smaller than in our older phone. Please add some type of adjustment. Amazing game btw.
After we updated the new version, the game is crashing and it happening when we click the start button to join the server.
Our account was fine before the update and When we press play it takes us back to the home screen and we deleted a lot of games and it will not work this game is really fun somebody please fix this or we Will tell everybody how bad this game is.

Great game but we have a full time job and not all of us have the time to play the game all day, but Id like to actually play and get strong in the game but pet souls for example takes sometimes more than 10 tries to obtain and so does other objects needed just to upgrade one item with little difference. So can you guys make it a bit easier for your loving supportive fans who has a family and long hour jobs to enjoy your awesome game. Update: game tells us wrong password for almost a week now but we never put a password. Oh well there goes our monthly subscription. …. Garbage -_- Love Middle class player.
This game is amazing we love it and we’ve played for sometime and we made a new acount but we tried going to our old one and now we cant log into our Facebook because it crashes every time we try to log in. Great game just fix this please.

How come we cant log in to Facebook account. Tried so many times and wont go through for some reason.
So tired of having to restart our character between 15-20 times a year & every other update causing it to crash because 1: it NEVER lets us login normally (always says username & password are incorrect) then when trying to login via Facebook.. It crashes every time. Please fix or remove from the App Store.
The battle royal is not fair. Level 56-500 is too much. Some player are too strong. Change some matches. Like level 56-100 and 100-200 something like that. Cuz its too much.
This is a great game in our opinion, but sometime we crash from a level.
Dear Taichi panda, (Or however the spelling is) we got this game like two years ago and played it for a couple of months after the download. We got extremely board with the game because every quest we did was pretty much the exact same. We already had the best armor in the game at that time so there wasnt any fun to it. So now we will be downloading it again we would like to see if the dungeons are different and more difficult and fun, Id like to see if there is better armor in the game just to see if it is fun again. Game has started freezing everytime we click any icon menu doesnt matter which one. We cannot enter any battles all day so far an im losing out on a lot please fix fast ty.
We decided to reinstall TaichiPanda but it will not let our sign into our Facebook account, we really hope that this problem will be fixed because we would like to start playing on MY account again not a new one.

The tutorial to start a new toon is so useless. Theres so, SO, SO MANY little details of this game that are not mentioned and explained anywhere. You either pay A LOT OF MONEY or you will peak and not be able to get stronger.
We cant even open the game open the app it keep on going back to our main screen.
With the new update to ios 13 it wont even load.
