Why is it after each piece of the puzzle you get an ad? Im gonna go ahead and take it off.

We paid for the full year of no ads transferred app to our ipad and have ads ??? Tried using contact but to no avail.

Cant get bonuses anymore. Dont want to reset because we then loose the pictures we do have. Please fix this! Thank you. Please fix the bonus situation. Its frustration and we really like this app.

So we have had this app for years it is so fun but heres the thing theres a lot of ads and glitches. When we first get in to the game we have to wait for about 5 minutes to actually see the pictures. It is still a fun game though and children love it like we do. So what would make this app better is to delete some of the ads okay !!!

We’ve been using this app for a year and a half now, and we love it! It is super calming and helps with our anxiety! Although the ads can get annoying at times, we’ve just gotten used to having to watch ads over the years. Some of the pictures we’ve colored were very fun to make and we even re-did them a few times. Thanks for making this awesome game! Keep up the amazing work.

We love this coloring app, we uninstalled the others we had, so much to choose from. Just one problem we are tired of the Chinese ads. We dont speak it and we dont like Chinese stuff getting on our phone. When that ad comes on you cant getOut of it without just closing out your coloring app and then you go back to it and its the same ad and cant get rid of it. We have to close our coloring app and go back to it and the ads back. This is the irritating part this is the part that will make us uninstall this app if we have to fight with a Chinese add that you cant get rid of. We will change our review if you get rid of this Chinese ad off our phone.

A good amount of the images on here are stolen without the permission or credit of the artists. They’re profiting off of other people’s art!!

We’ve paid for Premium but the app wont load. This has been going on for a couple months and we’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, and nothing works. Our subscription is good until June 10, 2023. Id like this fixed or our money refunded.

We were a long time customer with u guys just adored the app and the beautiful colors but since u turned it into a subscription and messed the app up not going for that anymore have enough subscribers. What a shame. The app was fine the way it was.

We have had a paid subscription for two years and every once in a while the ads are sneaking in, why is that? Please fix this for those of us who are paid subscribers suffering with ads!!

Where are the Kwanzaa pictures?

We have really enjoyed this app, it is a great stress reliever and been a ton of fun. However, two days ago the app stopped loading. We have updated it and that didnt help nor has restarting our phone. This is truly disappointing. We tried sending a message but was told we wasnt authorized to do so. What is going on? Its as if the app managers have just ghosted us all – as this seems to have happened to other people. We would recommend this app if it were still working.

Need app support, but it says Im restricted? Help! This is a favorite app!

We are also having issues getting daily photos since sept 3rd. We are not deleting the app since another lady did and it lost all her purchases. It was fine until the latest update. Help would be greatly appreciated. We love this game and its part of our morning routine every single morning.

Game has not updated since September 2.

Since the update we have had more problems the daily puzzle didnt always open. Now you cant even get to the coloring pages. The unicorn just keeps winking and doesnt open up.

Im trying to access the help desk & it states we’ve been restricted. No explanation. Our app is still showing pics from 9-2. Need help.

We wrote a review a year ago about this being glitchy after an update. Its still that way even though we’ve continued to keep it thoroughly updated to the new versions. It has also stated making our iPad overheated and draining our battery super fast (100 percent charged to 20 percent after one picture). Normally our battery lasts 1 1/2 days with our normal game play ( 4 solitaires and 2 puzzles). Along with overheating its stopping and starting, locking up, ads freezing or dark screens and no way to clear except to close app, and losing progress on pictures when this happens. We would like to continue using app but its very difficult and time consuming without actually playing. Hopefully there is a fix. Thank you.

We love this app but past 3 days its not loaded any pics for us or daily pictures we even uninstalled and installed it back Im not sure whats going on.

App was a lifesaver and time killer. Now its stuck loading in and not allowing us to access the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the load screen stays loading. Tried contacting their help desk and it says Im unauthorized to do so? Disappointing.

This app froze up Sept 2. We have updated in the App Store, we have turned our phone off & back on, we have deleted & reinstalled the app. All to no avail. We used to really love coloring on this app. We can still color pictures, but it has become very herky jerky & there are now even MORE ads. Sadly, we will not be keeping this app.

This game is amazing and has many different options. We love it!

We really liked this game until every one we’ve done is pink, blue, purple with an occasional yellow or green. Unfortunately, that make it boring.

Played this game for many years and even deal with the ads. We started noticing a lot more pictures with witches, astrology, and tarot cards but could avoid them. Now they are starting to show up in the daily pictures as well and we refuse to do them. We have completed the daily pictures for years and found this disappointing. We will be deleting your app.

Explain to us why all of the African American characters teeth are beige? We understand if you would assume maybe all black people teeth should be a little off white (really not necessary), but beige? Really, white would be nice.

The pictures to be colored are wonderful. Colors are vibrant and we enjoy it. However, the notice to sign up for daily notifications has a huge misspelling of the word, picture. Someone needs to correct it. Non-English developer still should have a better editor for such a glaring mistake.

Nice game but the ads are real bad. We dont mind watching a ad all the way though but you cant get out of them after there done. Makes you mad and just stop playing. Not good.

We would have done a ticket, but after registering our email, we couldnt register our password, so we get error messages. Anyway, we enlarge the picture to see the numbers, then swipe left or right to get to our color. Now the picture swipes with the color ribbon. Too frustrating to play. Very disappointing to have to find a coloring app by a different company.

This is one of our favorite apps on our phone. We love to color the pictures and find it very soothing Im the last 48 hours so we find when we try to scroll to a different color the picture moves too It is so frustrating bc, as we said, we use this app daily Other than that, we would recommend this app to any and everyone.

The latest update made unnecessary and really annoying changes. Theres no need for the picture to slide left & right when trying to slide the number bar. This didnt used to happen and now someone decided that would be a good idea. Seriously??? Its absolutely ridiculous and extremely annoying. The picture should stay put when we decide to move the numbers to find the last number, for example. The option to hide completed color numbers is gone and now every single check mark is displayed and its totally unnecessary. These latest changes need to be undone. Im happy to find another coloring app if these changes arent removed.

As of the latest update, when we swipe thru the colors, the pictures likewise swipes. Its annoying.

We have been coloring with this app for a few years. We have always been able to restore purchase. Now there is no longer a restore purchase in the settings. We will not purchase again.

We love the new update except for one problem and that is we can no longer use our Apple Pencil for coloring.

After we updated today our apple pencil will not color the picture. It will work when we tap to change colors and everywhere else but not on the pic. We are using a stylus and it colors just fine. We even broke out a brand new Apple Pencil and its doing the same thing. Please fix.

We have been using this app forever but can we please have diversity on there. Would love to see more black and brown colorings to do.
