We recently got this app due to friend recommendation and we couldnt stop playing. We enjoy the music and the characters are really cute!
We were really excited to play but it crashes every time we open it. Not sure what Im doing wrong but we really want to play it.
Game so good, its underrated. Its not those typical tapping games. It dives you in and expects a lot from you. Not slow and paced, this games makes you work for it. For the tutorial, made us literally feel, like a main character.
This game is so advanced and so fun, all of the features that it has offered us have made us become literally addicted to it! All of the characters are so lovable and cute, and we absolutely love how each and every character has a storybook section that tells you a little about them! The fact that we can imagine all these characters interacting in the universe of Tapsonic TOP really makes this game a lot more enjoyable and immersing. The actual gameplay is very fun, although we wish the game were a little more merciful regarding stamina and missed notesfor those really hard songs, played on the highest difficulty, it takes away a large amount of stamina for each missed note, making them pretty impossible to beat, since about 6 misses results in a failed game. We wish there was a way to recover stamina throughout the course of a level, as that would make some of the harder levels more beatable to those who are not yet complete pros with the gameplay itself. One feature that we absolutely adore is the casting system, and how you can cast in the super casting box to get super powerful cards that you will always be able to use in some way, shape, or form that will benefit you! We love, love, love the class up feature as well, as we are able to take some of our favorite three-star cards and class them up to a four-star card, which is a total game-changer! So, even if you are very unlucky when casting for stars and you never get four-star cards, you can make some of your own out of the three-stars you have! Amazing!! So, overall, this game is so fun, and so addictive, and we will be playing this for a long time to come. We love the artwork, the characters, and the gameplay so much, and we sincerely hope that this app does well!
We love this game! This is our favorite rhythm game we play! We love how you could level up your stars and get higher scores. We recommend this game to anyone who likes music/rhythm games. We find the songs very catchy and the other modes as well. Well done! We cant wait to see the upcoming updates!
Bruh. This game is better than all other rhythm game we’ve played in ages. Like it’s either deemo or Tapsonic. Tapsonic is super nice with the free songs selection and adding more free songs as you progress through the cute story line. End game is competing with other players scores. It can be hard to beat those high levels if they have better characters BUT HEY THOSE GACHA CHARACTERS ART ARE AMAZING. 100% LOVE IT, they even have their own little pixel sprit chibi versions too! And awakening art (evolved versions)
Some songs are not in sync to the keys.. Please add option to remove sfx of skill being triggered and keys being pushed. Thanks.
The game is amazing but when we go back and play the sound is gone we turn everything up volume, but nothing come out so we delete it and reinstall it, the sound is there but this is our fifth time reinstall it, pls fix this.

Edit: turns out our phone screen was the problem. This game is beautifully designed, but can get a bit grindy.
Don’t get us wrong, we think the game is almost perfect except for a few exceptions. App crashes as you play the game. Frame rate seems to be a problem when the songs and ‘rhythm patterns’ should already be downloaded. These issues occur somewhat frequently and got annoying enough to make us want to write this review. (I am using an iPad Air) No ads, the ability to unlock songs as you continue to play, a story mode, great songs, and its free… This alone is already 5/5.
We’re having a ton of fun so far. The music is nice and it’s nice that you can collect characters as well, unlike other music games.
Its fun to play but we have no idea on how to change the stars that performing with other people. Would be better if there was a help button or something.
Still cant play due to the game saying Illegal program detected we just have a standard iphone. Please help.
We’ve just started playing and we’ve got the say, the visuals are very nice and appealing. We were a bit surprised at the fast pacing at first but then we realized that it actually fits really nicely for this game. Its very energetic and fun, but players who are new to rhythm games might have difficulties in the beginning since theres no tutorial. (I dont know if we accidentally skipped the tutorial or something but we checked and it seems like there isnt one.) Hopefully in the future there will be; even just simple instructions before the song plays on the first quest will greatly help some players. We myself had some trouble with the long green notes when we first saw them, but maybe thats just us. The character designs and backgrounds are great! We like the art style a lot, it blends with the visuals and doesnt look out of place or anything. Anyway, this is really nice for a rhythm game in our opinion! Hope it just gets better and better as it develops. Give it a try! UPDATE: It seems the tutorial was implemented, which is great! Also, Im glad the Grand Prix is more rewarding in the new update, it gives players motivation to try harder in climbing the ranks. Keep up the good work, developers! :D.
As a rhythm game addict, this game is BEYOND better than other generic rhythm games you’d see on here (not including love live nor bang dream girls) but it’s worth to download!

We started playing because we really didnt see any rhythm games that really interested us. We read a Reddit post on how the game was wack. It was cap its really good tbh. The characters could use more flavor and the stories. Most of the characters have good character design unless you get the regular tickets. The gameplay is pretty good ngl. Would recommend.
This reminds us of a BanG Dream rip-off but its more better! This app gave us lots of notes of fun for idols! This is why we would go to Tokyo next year! Thank you NEOWIZ for making our day.

We will never be able to reclain the 3 years we spent slogging through TAPSONIC TOP instead of doing something we actually find satisfying and fulfulling. The core gameplay is passable for a rhythm game and we would it prefer it to more mainstream idol games, however. Bottom line: do not worry about the stars. Put in enough effort to unlock the songs that interest you, have fun playing them, and do no more.
We’ve been playing this game for a few years now and we still never got bored of it. There are a few times we do take a break from it because we could be too addicted to it but always find myself back on it. Literally the only thing we hate about this game would be the new sound system when you tap on a beat but luckily you can turn that off but other than that its easily our favorite game. Neowiz thank you for the wonderful game.

Fix grammar on storybook Maybe animate the mini 8-but pixel characters?(personal suggestion) Maybe make the characters selected as the rep move?(personal suggestion, also making the super Rares the ones to move make srs more specialll personal suggestion though) This game is good tho.

We’ve actually never wrote a review before, but we had to because this game is so fun!! The levels are definitely kinda hard at first but once you keep playing it gets really addicting! Hope whoever sees this gives that game a try.
Amazing game but could u add a collect all gifts and gift all on the friends list so im not tapping on the gift and accept gift for five minutes.
We cant play it we have a 6s and it wont even let us play then we tried on a 7 and 8 and still wouldnt let us play Im confused.

We love the music, characters, and everything else, everything but the gatcha system. The rate up banner where you have to use charged gems is stupid. Whats the point of introducing new characters only to see you have to pay for them. You can do the regular banner and without the certain character rate up but it makes the game less fun. We could understand a banner where it would give u the rate up unit for charged gems but your not even guaranteed the unit if you do a pull!! Other then that the game is fun.
Its a great game we love it so much theres lovable characters in the game but, a few days ago our characters were missing. We didnt know what was happening so we logged out of the game rejoined into it and another set of our characters were gone. We dont know if this was a glitch or anything but could you try fixing it?
We normally dont play rhytem games but its so amazimg.
We’ve played this game for so long now and we’ve never been bored of the gameplay and songs. Each aspect of the game is interesting and fun to play wether beating a difficult song or maxing out characters. We had gotten to level 35 after some long hours of frustration (and fun lol) but we more recently lost access to our Apple ID we had our account on. On our new id we found that we had to start from square one again as without the transfer code we couldnt get into our old account. We truly adore this game and am working our way back up even still but we hope that in developing this game with more updates that the developers could possibly make the accounts so that instead of a transfer code its an account itself that you can login to so your progress can be saved cross platforms or on new IDs like our situation. Again, we love this game so Im willing to spend the time getting the things we had completed done again and try for the same if not better character roles than we had but it does bum us out knowing our progress cant be accessed anymore. Thank you for such a great game though and we look forward to more! (^o^)
Honestly it is one of the best games we have ever played we have so many memories and its pretty addicting. Our only complaint is that we feel like it needs to have more songs and more events and such, because after a while it does get pretty boring. But that is our only complaint :-) we love this game!!
