The invites for friends games have been down for 3 weeks. This is way too long.
This game is addictive and it all goes well until you reach a high level and if you stop paying money it will force you to lose and later on you are not allowed to enter the game. It keeps telling you there is a connection problem but this is not true! We can always connect as a guest and restart from zero but we can no longer connect to our old account. Very unethical! Very fake.
Why does the app shut off our music and turn on our microphone.
Make the players talking by voice.
The game is rigged, unless you pay, you will lose everything in higher level games…you are doomed to lose unless you pay for their competitive advantage.. This is nothing like real Tarneeb. Players come in playing like its poker and they will win even if they dont have all the suit they bid because their partner will have it ! Fake.
They didnt return our tokens after a guy called 13 and left on our team. Either they missed our report or they dont take it seriously.
With COVID have t been able to play all thats changed.
- Game is slow – Took 1.8 GB of storage on our phone. What? Why? More than any other app we have installed. Suspicious !!! – No way to block the players who bet 13 to ruin the game. Spare us the report such users as we have and they were still active and playing. – Easy to cheat using emojis. – Takes a while to match with others to play due to a dwindling user base. – While not perfect, Jawaker is a superior product for more than Tarneeb. – we dont trust this app from a security or privacy perspective.
We just uninstalled this game and will be moving to Jawaker. The user interface is nice, and thats about it. The game is slow, mired with bugs, ads are nonstop, your coins go down twice as fast as they go up, stupid features keep being added, and customer service reps respond to every inquiry like robots. We couldnt take it anymore with the addition of their latest feature: if your partner bets 13 and leaves the game, youre allowed to report them. Sounds logical to prevent crazy people from screwing others by popping up for a second, betting 13 and leaving the game. Except that youre the one getting suspended when you bet 13 because you had 11 cards of the same suit, lost the game but stayed till the end, but your partner didnt like losing so he reported you. Oh and thats correlated with their other great feature: if you have 10 or more cards of the same suit, you can either pass or bet 13; nothing in between. When a game stresses you out more than bring you enjoyment, you know its a definite Never Again! PS: we cant wait for the robotic reply that says were sorry to see you leave but we take user feedback very seriously and were trying to keep the game clean.

Great game to play whenever you have a few minutes to spare, can become addicting with how fun it is. Will definitely keep installed in our phone for a quick pick up game.
Tried other apps where there were not enough players to play against, but this game always finds a fun competitive match, 5 stars.
Games are rigged. Many players sabotage the game when they see you win and know how to play. They will cancel your account under false pretenses. So DO NOT PAY or ADD anything. The developers are scammers and the players too. They loose on purpose and play way too slow.
It is really annoying , players are using the emoji as a tool to cheat and it is really annoying. They are promoting the new cool move. Really you call it cool???? To slap a player or to hit with a slipper or a chair are cool moves? It is so insulting and didnt like it. Unless u are targeting different category or level. Respect is required in such games where we dont know each other. We see from the reviews that the old one was better. We would say it was away much better and change not always good. Maybe they want new fresh faces and got board from us.
The game have to many errors! Also, is taking to long to find an opponent.
All of a sudden we get a message saying account suspended and clock keeps resetting to 7 days. Developer did not have the decency to respond to multiple contact attempts. Scammers.
The app lags and kicks people out.
Careful guys its the biggest scam ever they stolen our money dont even think to download this app they have bots in the game they deal them the good cards so you lose and buy coins when you rookie they deal you the best cards and then the scam starts so be careful we even have evidence we will provide it to the App Store about how they do the scam.
With each update come yet more crashes, freezes and frustration! No credit for some of the games won although they insist it was credited!! The words used for communicating are old and outdated! The app started to freeze and crash daily with many errors! Im not sure if the developers are aware of this but it can be annoying sometimes. Needs an update. Excellent interface and setup of a mobile game. Beautiful, vibrant colors and the customer service is superb.
It seems to be very common recently that players place high bids (+9) and then just leave the game and leave their partner hanging. There should be a penalty for this. We do not enjoy playing the game anymore for this reason.
Great App. Has some bugs to be worked out (friends requests dont always work, custom rooms drop players often before game starts and we need to try multiple times). That said developers are super responsive. Well done and good luck going forward.
The game has plenty of bugs. Game crashes a lot and causes you to lose your credits and then when you contact support they blame it on the internet connection which is not true because our internet connection and our data are both flawless we never had any issue like this with any other app. The game is good which is we why we give it 3 stars but lost 2 stars for the functionality of the game.
We played your old game Tarneeb in android it was the best tarneeb app ever but now this version is the worst ever the game is closing as soon as we starting it Bring the old tarneeb back please.
Point system is skewed against you at the highest level. Would be a great game if it rewarded you properly. Designed where each loss at the highest level requires two wins to make up for it. One step forward, two steps back. Weve seen that model before.
Rubbish ,, fraud and fraud ,,, who are responsible for managing this game, a group of professional swindlers ,, it is assumed that your partner in the game is playing with you and not against you, but what we found in this game is that the partner plays against you if they find you a professional and you will overcome the opponent ,,, we ask Apple Store to delete this game from Apple Store because it is a fraud and fraud tool to steal people's money.

The game is great.we had some trouble at first but the developers acted quickly and resolved our problem.
Cards keep disappearing with no fix for the issue, and support cant fix any of the bugs. Game is slow most of the times.

The game is good, but when you have an iPhone X its annoying sometimes we leave the app since the home indicator isnt hidden. Its revealed by one click unlike other games.
Its too easy to cheat and players are doing it. Chat option need to be removed. The developer knows it so they disable chat on big bid (45k) and above.
This game has a rigged algorithm. As a beginner they give you great cards so that you start winning and get hooked to playing more. As your level advances, the good cards stop coming and you would have terrible cards. As such they hook you to the game in the beginning, then in later stages make you lose to drain your coins with the hope that you start buying points from them. There is nothing random about the card shuffling and distribution.
This game makes us happy every time we play we love this game.
We played this game when it was a different app. We didnt realize it was migrated to a new app, so we spent a few months wondering why it would just crash… We didnt play that whole time. We wish there was an ambush message on the old app to update us, we thought the game was abandoned. Anyway, this new version isnt as good: It doesnt support offline play, which the old one did. Also, why when we choose to play again am we taken back to the matchmaking screen? The old app would keep all the players that agreed to another game together. The chat options are too much, its too easy to cheat with it. There isnt an option to change between male/female for the voice bids. The old app supported it. Overall the game is still decent, but no where near the the quality it used to be. It seems it got a more polished update on the graphics at the expense of a lot of functionality. Update: we see that they still force you to bid 13 sometimes, even when the lowest bid is 7. Garbage, unless there is a rule we dont know about. They dont have an instruction page or anything, so we dont know.
App is great – the one problem is that you can share expressions during the game, and it basically lets players signal to their partners (we.e. To cheat). We really wish there was no talking during the game – would make it more realistic.
Need to let players say the suit when calling hand.
This app is getting worse. After winning a game gets stuck, so you lose the credits . Happened 6 times in last 24h. Support just said restart app! Which we did reinstall a few times. Very disappointed from an app we used to like. Also their IP address system puts all players as being from the US even when you are not from there, happened to us and a few friends. Lastly because of their deficient ip recognition, some countries are not included in the masters tournament since all players are assigned to US base. We thought this app had hope but really so disappointed now to the post by we just removed it and seeking alternatives.

This game is very fun if you know how to play.
We enjoy playing card games and this is by far the best we have played. The graphics are great, the gameplay is great and most importantly the community is fun. Very nice twist on a popular game.
