What Makes Teeny Tiny Trains Stand Out
Welcome aboard Teeny Tiny Trains, where you're the conductor of your very own miniature railway empire! This game is your ticket to becoming a master of the tracks, blending strategy and puzzle-solving into a locomotive adventure.
Your mission is to strategically place tracks on the board, connecting them to guide your tiny trains from one station to the next. Starting with simple rail pieces, you'll engineer a network that's both functional and fantastic, steering through challenges and chugging towards success.
As your tiny trains go full steam ahead, you'll navigate through puzzles that demand you to think like a true track star. Each level is a new station on your journey, offering unique challenges that will test your wit and wisdom on the rails.
But beware, it's not all smooth sailing or, should we say, smooth railing. Obstacles will try to derail your plans, and it's up to you to keep things on track. As you advance, you'll unlock new pieces of the puzzle, expanding your railway empire and proving that you're no one-track mind.
Key Features:
- Unleash your creativity with the ability to design and share your own levels with our "level editor"
- Engaging puzzles with increasing complexity to keep you hooked.
- Expand your railway by mastering levels and unlocking new track elements.
- Achievements.

Community Insight:
Just paid 8 bucks to purchase full game + added content (the Attic). Dont think Ive EVER paid that much for ANY apple game, cuz Im stingy, but this had our brain on the right track. Dont know about later levels, but the first was truly stimulating, so we took a chance on this brain trainer.
This game is so fun and it is great to calm yourself down and the designs are amazing.
We were just playing and then we saw that this game has no ADDS its amazing we have never played a game with no ADDS before.
Its just so fun like idk its just fun to play and its so funny when the train crash or they crash into sum so funny.
We so enjoy having a game to play that is actually different from the usual slog of resource management and ads. This is some solid puzzle solving. We really enjoy it. It just took a few minutes to figure out that Id definitely be buying the paid edition to unlock all the levels. Keep up the good dev work, guys.
Reminds us of the old game trainyard express. Very challenging game. We hope its just like it.
We downloaded the game out of boredom one day, and weeks later found ourselves buying the add on packs. The developers other games are a lot of fun too but teeny tiny trains takes the cake for us personally.
Plssss make more levels im in love with this game.
Still in the beginning levels and having fun. Would like to have 1 more option for a split track – (straight + right curve) & (straight + left curve). May reach a max point relatively soon b/c they offer 2 packs for sale to have access to the full version. Will post an update in a little while. Other than that, looking good so far.
The game starts out pretty fun but then at round 29 gets extremely difficult – so much so that we punched out. It would be great if it had a more gradual transition toward difficulty. Also, the tap and drag of track components is a little inconsistent (doesnt pick up tracks half the time) and the draw of track components gets it about half right (puts a straight track where you intend a curve, etc. Most of the games have an element where either the blue train or the red train has to get there first. The way the signals are displayed on top of the little buildings telling you which one needs to get there first is very ambiguous. Sometimes you end up building both tracks just to find out you got the wrong train there first because you didnt understand from the indicators, which one was supposed to land first. Also, when Im in the click and drop mode and try to go back to draw mode, the game seems to stick on the eraser and wont let us tap on the pencil so we end up having to do the whole game through click and drop. Overall, not super satisfying. Feels a lot like work.
The first chapter was nice, had a somewhat good introduction on how the games work. However, when we got to the next chapter, every level we wanted to get had us watch a 60 to 105 second ad, usually on the higher end. It's ridiculous. We probably would've played through it all if there was less ads, and the fact that by reading the reviews saying there used to be less ads is absurd. Sad to say we missed out on that. Addition: Usually when we use a hint it gives us hints to tracks we have already placed correctly, making us use all 4 hints and thus all 4 ads.
We had previously beaten all of the first 2 chapters except the last level of chapter 2. It had been awhile so we thought Id try that last level. Now we find we cant access that level or any of the chapter 2 levels that we ALREADY BEAT without paying or watching ads. Well Im not stupid so Im not paying money. Also not worth watching an ad for.
We love this game so much :) Im having trouble accessing the full version on our ipad- we bought it on our phone and it didnt transfer. Id also like our levels and achievements to sync between the two devices. Anyone else.
We dont pay for games on our phone. Period. We know that this comes with ad requirements, and Im fine with that. However, being required to watch a 30+ second ad before every single level is excessive. It was enough that we did it 3 times and deleted the game. Takes you out of the fun when you have to pause every single level. We understand you need to make money and ads are the alternative to paying, but there is a limit and this setup far surpasses what Im willing to participate in. You got greedy so now youll get no views on your ads from us when more sporadic ad placements would have yielded you great numbers.
You have to pay for the full version. Which we either missed it stating so in the description or they didnt state at all. Not sure which. You get the first 30-35 levels for free. Which, in all honesty, doesnt take very long to go through. Leaving the end user dissatisfied to find out they have to pay to unlock the entire game. We download free games because we dont want to pay for them. Seems pretty simple and straightforward. Then slimey developers come in and list a game as free, but they really arent.
We so love this game. Simple concept. But as the levels evolve it can get mind bending which we love. Only complaint is that it needs more levels. We bought the attic and have completed that. Hoping they will create more content. If you crave a challenge, get this app.
We really like this game. It scratches the Trainyard or Cosmic Express itch. The controls are buggy as f though. When laying track, you sometimes have to hit the selected track piece several times before it registers. The other option to lay track (just drawing it on, as opposed to selecting from the array and dragging into place) is not good. It pretty much is only useful for straight runs only. And you can't switch track laying methods mid-level. Devs we like the game! Fix the track laying bugginess and lag and we'll update the review.
Nice and whimsical, but need to see less of the loving room background and closer view of the track to play pieces correctly.
Absolutely love the first 7 chapters of this game! Stuck on a level in chapter 7 but determined to get through it. (suggestion – allow users to skip a hard level?) Unfortunately once you get to the enchanted attic, the bugs come out. The launcher doesnt always work, trains that have been split dont trigger track changes, etc. Buy the first 7 chapters, but dont pay extra for the attic.
If you liked the game trainyard back in the day then youll like this as its very very similar.
When opening the game a purchase screen pops up and has no way of exiting out of it. Extremely frustrating because the game is great & we really want to play it.
We really enjoy this game, however, we have reached a roadblock as we are unable to tell train colors apart. We have tried all three colorblind options and unfortunately all blur the colors a bit too much to our eyes. Would greatly appreciate an option to customize the colors ourselves, or even have shapes (red = square, yellow = circle, and so on). Of the levels we CAN play, they are great fun. A perfect blend of relaxing and challenging. Would love to give a five star and purchase the full game + DLC, hopefully one day.
See lots of people complaining about the draw mode: just use the place mode, its easier & plenty smooth. This is a nice way to introduce logistical problem solving to young people. If we had one suggestion: more than one piece of background music so it doesnt get too monotonous. If you need something, hit us up :-).
Perfect balance of fun and difficulty.
This game has about the same gameplay as an old 32-bit ios game called trainyard, information you can get from trainyard.ca. Although we appreciate that someone recreated the game, we much prefer trainyards gameplay loop, depth and artstyle. This games artstyle, while it makes sense and is a nice callback to the kids wooden track trainsets, is hard to read. Theres low contrast between objects, and on top-down mode its even worse because obstacles are small and the same color as the background from that angle. On trainyard the artstyle is very unique and personally nostalgic. Its clear what everything does and is and the color and duplication mechanics add for a lot more depth and unique puzzles. The sound design in trainyard is also really fun to listen to. For these reasons (and a lot of bias and nostalgia for the original), we will wait for trainyard to be remade and buy that instead of this game. Again we express our appreciation for this game somewhat extending the legacy of trainyard, but we have a special attachment to trainyard that this game cannot recreate.
Game is fun. Unfortunately for us the game is ruined by the controls. The draw mode is tough to draw corners and the placement mode is clunky. We feel like in placement mode we should tap the type of track we want to place and be able to place that track repeatedly. Then if we want to switch tracks we just tap a different type and so on. Right now with having to drag it out just doesn't seem the best.
THIS GAME IS SAUR CUTE. IT CAN BE CHALLENGING BUT ITS SO FUN! We LOVE ALL THE DETAILS (`).
What an amazing puzzle solver! Would love to see a mode where you can build a train set and just let it run for as long as you want to.
Little puzzle game. Fun and challenging. Our only complaint so far is the battery usage. It really drains fast on our iPad. Hoping the Developers can do something about that. Recommend if you like solving puzzles.
Makes our phone super hot after even short play sessions which is crazy for a puzzle game.
