Tips for Starting Your Quest *Occasional spoilers
The first goal in the town is to get the item deep within the forest.Fight Bruce.
Once you get the item deep within the forest, you can leave town.Go to the nearest village and befriend Magenta.
Then head eastward.There’s a town where you can change job classes, but you can’t go south toward the empire yet.
First beat the boss further eastward.Reach level 10 and equip yourself well before fighting.Poison works well against him.
If you’re able to get a specific item in the tower before beating the boss, you’ll be able to get Temi to join your party at the town with a temple.
Once you beat the boss, you’ll be able to get Lyn to join your party.Head for new land southward of the village.

Found this by accident. So far it has been a fun game. We really like the quality for a free game. It appears to have several hours of gameplay. As a previous review stated its like FF1 and DQ2 rolled together.
Lots of monsters and lots of characters. Easy gameplay. Save anytime. A part two would be great.
If you rolled Final Fantasy1 and Dragon Warrior 2 into a game , this would be their offspring. Good rpg.
These little indie jrpg gems are absolutely amazing and for true jrpg fans.
Simple turn based RPG , goofy story, kinda hard to find your way around, but it has solid difficult combat and a lot to explore. Ads are unobtrusive and spread out. Definitely worth your time.
This is an awesome game! It reminds us a lot like Dragon Quest or the original Final Fantasy games. Just wish there were more side story to the game and more stuff to do. Like maybe get pets of certain monsters?
This JRPG includes features from some of the classics, like having plenty of item slots and having more characters join as the game progresses. We guess it doesn’t spend much time telling a story, but other than that it has all the makings of a fine JRPG, including plenty of exploration. And the translation to English is very good.
Game looks wonderful we hope an english version will be available.
If you like classic Dragon Quest, you will like this game. There could be a problem for those who can’t read Japanese to play this game, however. One minor is that the game control is a bit sluggish. We would like them to make the control easier. Other than that, this is the game for you! The game reminded us of Dragon Quest 2 with very similar set up to Dragon Quest 3. For the first 2 friends, you can get them joined in the first town without any condition. Other friends, you have to finished certain thing (i.e. Clear a tower, get the key tower, get town key, etc). Watch out when you start the game to not select the hard mode! The game language is all Japanese (using Hiragana, katakana, and Kanji all over the place). It should not be too difficult for those who can’t read the language but dedicate to a classic old RPG to be able to figure out what to do and the control. Overall the game is great.
