Texas Tea Reviews

Great fun, you should try it if you love addictive games.

Great game to take your mind off reality for a little while!

We really love this puzzle game!

We like this game but need to know how many Levels are there ? Seems like we get to Level 20 & then it makes us start back at Level 1 Anyone know if there are more than 20 levels & how do we get there? Thanks.

We thought with the name a Texas Tea it would be more like the Las Vegas game. Disappointed that we paid for a game and we dont like it. We played all the way through a round expecting something exciting to happen but it was just the same old thing.

Help!!! We were on the 14th level when it kicked us back to the beginning. We have 20 of 24-25 achievements done!!! How do we get back???? Love the game Wish there were more just like it!!!

Very addicting! Anyone know what the music is. Love that too.

Highly addictive fun! And stunning photos of TX cities.

We love poker & bejeweled & this combines both to us! The only disappointing thing is that once we make it to Austin… The games over! Why cant there be more challenges that follow? PLEASE! ;-)

We would have given 5 stars but it needs more levels. We go thru all 15 fairly rapidly.

This is a great time passer in the airport.

We need more levels. Works perfectly on our 4s iPhone! Kathy told us to try it out, so we did and finished all levels in an evening.

Needs an update, won’t boot up anymore with iOS 9 – fun, well made game otherwise. 5 stars when it works!

Fun to play, wish it had more than 15 levels…..

We paid for this way back when it came out and it was fine, now it’s just all kindsa jacked up!! Banners AND a form, on a paid game??? It’s not THAT good. At least we gave the devs less than we would have given a bum on the street…

Still….. VERY frustrating!! The game will not play on our phone but will play on our daughter’s phone. We’ve tried everything! We both have iPhone 4. Ticked!!

UPDATE: Yep! Us, too! 64GB iPod touch 3G; ios 4.0 32GB iPhone 4; latest ios 4.2.10 Still no success after this update. Hey, let’s try something, shall we? Let’s put BACK the bugs we had two or three updates ago, because they seem to be what made this baby work…m’kay? Sure, it randomly skipped a level, or quit one partly through, BUT AT LEAST WE COULD PLAY!!! Because, we’re tellin’ ya… Word-of-mouth ain’t what it used to be–one-at-a-time fence-post talk with a neighbor, who tells HER neighbor. No. It’s posting a few times for hundreds of our friends to see at once… And they tell their friends, etc. Heard of gaming message boards?… This isn’t the publicity you want, now is it? Or IS IT? Maybe you want us to complain that it was at once a great game. Whatever. Just know that we’re allowing ONE MORE upgrade… Then we’re through. There ARE better games, and frankly we’re wasting our time trying to keep this app open. AND AFTER we FILLED OUT THAT CRAPPY EMAIL FORM, BY THE WAY!!! WHICH we THOUGHT WOULD HELP THE GAME WORK IN SOME ODD WAY!!! IF YOU AREN’T GONNA GIVE US AN APP, DONOTSELLMYEMAIL ADDY!!! DONT DARE HAVE CRAP SENT THROUGH MY EMAIL FROM OTHER COMPANIES, IF YOU AREN’T GOING TO FIX THIS APP!!! DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM, FOLKS!! IT DOESN’T DO A THING BUT PUT MONEY IN THESE THIEVES POCKETS!!! This game was one of our faves, but now we can’t get past the first level splash page. As soon as we hit "play", the app snaps off. Yes, we killed the app, etc. Still no success. We have 64gb iPod touch 3G, ios 4.0. Please fix. If you like DiceMatch, you might enjoy Texas Tea (and vice versa)… ESPECIALLY if you also like Yatzee and/or poker. It’s the same concept, but along with dragging your finger along 2-6 of the same numbers, you also drag along "full house" (up to six of a combo of at least two dice of two different numbers), straights (1-5 or 2-6), and exactly 6 of the same color. You can swap two dice to accomplish a group, use a bomb to remove a die, and add a "joker" to make a group. The object of the game is to remove ALL dice on the board. Other dice replace those spaces once the dice are removed… The spaces just change color to indicate that the dice in those spaces were removed. Only problems are a glitch near the beginning occasionally skip a level, and it only has fourteen levels. But we play it over again. ABOUT DICEMATCH: It is addicting. Instead of poker-like matches, you simply drag your finger along 2 or more matching dice. You have to unlock the timed, solitude (?), and frantic games. But we probably wouldn’t play them, anyway. We started out with around 200 points, and once we got the hang of it, our points climbed to over 2000, so far. But we only played it an hour. The 10x tiles are cool. If we had known about the purpose of them, we would have raked up SO MANY points the first game with 11 dice and three 10x dice attached. We thought we had to match the 10x like the others, but oh well. K-serah-serah (sp?). Let us know what you think… And, no–I am not affiliated with the devs in any way. But, get both games. You’ll love them!

We posted a review earlier this week. It was posted for a day, then taken down. Maybe this will be up long enough to inform a few people… Original review: If we could rate zero stars we would. We loved the game until the latest update. Now it won’t get past the registration prompt. Before we get forced to give out our personal info we will delete the app. Please fix or restore.

We love this ap but was disappointed when we beat it so quickly. Maybe no 2 pair matches would increase the difficulty? We’re going to play again & try to beat our score but again was disappointed that it won’t save our top score. Just resets the whole game. Definitely on the right track. With a few minor tweaks this would be one of our play it every day games!

Fun dice match game, but finish level 16 and your done. Then you just start all over.

Needs more levels, the only difficult level is the first… Maybe better graphics, a level challenge ratings with self or other players…?

Very limited, beat it we’re 5 min. Then only repeat.

This game is awsome and we love it.

Incredible! We love Texas Hold ‘Em Poker and Bejeweled. What a way to mix the two together! Love the game… Hard to stop once you start!

Hard at first but you will learn how to get better.

We’re a fan of these type of puzzles games, ones we can pick up and just play for a while when we’re on break, or before a movie starts and we got a few minutes to kill. Been playing Texas Tea the last 2 days and very pleased with this game. At first it was a bit overwhelming, but once our mind started seeing the poker/dice combos, we really got into it. This is not your "sit an play for hours" type of game. What it is, is a great little mental distraction when you got a few minutes to kill here and there. Already a great little app right off the bat.

Addicting. Overall very challenging, yet fun. Great if you like puzzle games, or poker. ;)

THIS GAME IS SO AWESOME. ITS BETTER THAT JEWEL QUEST AND BEJEWELED. MUST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent for passing the time. Hey, it’s free.

So addictive, we can’t put our iPhone down!

It is really great, fun, challenging and overall awesome!!!!!!

We got this game for free …! Must have it if you like puzzle games… <——–….. "… Hasta la vista baby…" lol..!

Fun and enjoyable. Got it for free via the daily open feint free game. Worth .99.

Easy to pick up on the go. Should allow continuous play.

Texas Tea is a good solitaire game that is easy to learn and fun to master. A great app for passing time and it is simple to quit and pick up where you left off for any interuption.

That is the game that you should take. Whenever we think that some genre was done, some good idea shines and brings us more! The game has an excelent flow, graphs, and the commands are perfect for the platform. If you like poker (who does not?) you should buy this one.

It’s a great game but we think there’s a problem with the openfeint integration. We can’t get openfeint to open and show us our aceivements. Gameplay is still great though!
