This game is too good. Good job.
The game is full of stories and quest to do. Visual effects are cool. Building your units take a lot of work. The gacha ratings in pulling SS units is pretty bad but its expected from a for-profit game. But the biggest issue and area of opportunity is the stamina limit. There shouldnt be a daily cap on it. Most gacha games dont have that limitation. If the developers can remove the daily limit for stamina so players can develop their units, we think it will take our review to a 4 star.
Game is fun and good BUT doesnt give you anything to level up your team. You barely get anything and the exp from quest is literally irrelevant. Anything you need in the game you have to buy even the exp for your team.
We love the game soooo much, the animation and characters designs are flawless, but our is constantly crashing and we cant figure out what to do.

Like the game but its Lagging badly Crashes like theres no tomorrow data loading is bad this game needs a lot of improvement give the game 3/5 its would be a 5/5.
The game works very well on pc for us as it starts to crash on mobile when we try loading in and crashes at some little things like using the sandwichs for energy. We tried the repair in the menu and restart our iPad. The iPad is 9 and we also offload and reinstall. We had installed Eminence in shadow so we can bring it with us since we cant bring our laptop. The reason we switched from mobile to pc is because of the crashes in the first place.

We started playing this before watching the Anime, and Ive been loving it. Great story and fun gameplay/events. Feels like just the right amount of everything to where we dont feel overwhelmed like some gacha games. As usual, just wish it wasnt so expensive to unlock everything.
The apocrypha event cant be progressed due to it crashing every time before finishing the story. Either allow us to fully skip it to bypass the crashing or fix the crashing.

Just started watching the anime recently and fell in love and now the game is just as amazing very unique gameplay thank you devs.
The only thing we would say is the loading page is really long but everything else is great.
Graphics are amazing and gameplay is fun and smooth.
We think that the game looks cool we havent tried it yet but we watched someone playing the story and honestly we think its awesome we like games with story so great job.

The game is great but there is no. Sound for our phone.
We love the game in general. But there is an annoying point that it keeps on ending the app on the middle or the end of battle and we ended up playing the same round with the different result. Sometimes it evens jump out of the app when we were just merely clicking which options to choose. We love the game but this has been the most disappointed, devastated experience we have to open the app multiple time just to finish a single round. Hope it will be fixed ASAP.

Overall in terms of graphics and character art/skills and even the story are amazing but the pull rate for characters is horrible even if you pay a ton of money it isnt guaranteed if the rates were MUCH HIGHER Id give it five stars.
Amazing game just sad to see that the game crashes so often we cant do anything without it crashing and we have the latest iPhone, we would love to keep playing but logging in and frame drops arent it,.
We initially enjoyed the game but for some reason we cant get past Tap to Start it briefly says Now Loading and then nothing happens. Now the game is just a main screen slideshow.
Having trouble logging in can we log into our account we just happened. We dont know nowhere.
While the game itself is pretty good overall, the amount of time one has to wait for things is unreasonable. The first thing that youll notice after tapping Start is a very long delay, presumably to start up a virtual server somewhere. Only after that happens does the app check for login, current user stats, and updates. Nearly every animation, cut scene, and other activities in the game are unskippable. Theres no way to disable any of them in settings, and theres no way to skip new battles until completing chapter 8.3, which is way too far into the game. Leveling and equipping characters is also very tedious. There really needs to be level all and equip all buttons. We currently have ~40 characters, quite a few of which are duplicates at different ranks. Leveling & equipping them all takes entirely too long, and detracts from the stories, events, and quests. Theres no easy way to mark all of the news items as read either, so we generally just ignore those. At the very least, previous & next item navigation should be added for these. Its gotten to the point that we sometimes dont play for a week or two at a time because we really dont have the time to spend on a game which doesnt value our time.
The game crashes a lot, especially when battling other players, which uses up an attempt with no reward. Its frustrating.
Same issue as always. Constant crashing. Spend more time loading into the game than we do playing it. With 20 GB of space on our phone and after Repair App Data. So dont tell us to create a support ticket. Just fix your game already.

This genre is hit or miss, but EoS is literally the best adaptation of an anime Ive played. They have all the voice actors and frequent updates. Generous about pulls and the expanded story is such a win for fans.
Nice game and nice anime tho we dont really get that the game is made by Crunchyroll but Crunchyroll doesnt have the anime so yeah yet we still like the game ^_^also we HATE THE CRASHES.

This was one of the best anime series Ive ever seen, and Im grateful for content that expands on its world. The game captures the tone and atmosphere perfectly. Id love to see English voice overs added in the future, but overall, its a fantastic experience. Great game and great contentthank you.
The models are really well made and obtaining characters you want isnt much of an issue, but the only problem we have as a day one player is that theres not nearly enough resources given to max out characters gear, level, and awakening them so you can use them before new characters render them obsolete or an update passes making it even more difficult to max them out. Otherwise, the game is beautiful and gives new perspectives into the characters from the light novel along with stories that the anime and manga doesnt cover. If youre a fan of the work definitely try this game out.
We know for a fact that the anime of Eminence in Shadow has a dub with English voices. And with all of these updates that have been happening and changing the game slowly, we would really want to see an option where we can turn on English voices. Because the Japanese Sub is beginning to drown us out.
Its an amazing game for what it is. You need to have to deep pockets to get what you want though.

We enjoyed playing it since we like the manga and anime but we do have one problem the gacha system never gives us the new characters we want.
When they are talking it would be nice to have a setting where they can talk any language like english but they don't.
Game is fun but would like controller support for it.
We honestly love the game our only thing is that the drop rates are kinda harsh for the amount of gems you have to pay we wish they would have more ways of earning gems cause honestly its hard to improve or catch up with top guilds who dominate the game and get all the best rewards. Come on devs make this game better for us who spend casually.
We love it but we keep going over 20GB and having to wait like a week for it to repair itself but other than that its amazing.
