Can we please get some more Christmas lights available for buildings in the Springfield Heights this year? Only the solid gold mansion in our Springfield Heights has access to Christmas lights. Also, why does only one Krusty Burger get faades when they all deserve lights! Thanks for any consideration this request is given. Also please consider putting some of these premium items up for sale with game cash. We have 1.3 billion dollars and nothing to spend it on.
This is amazing building the town back we like being able to see peoples progress and add friends and the animation and graphics are amazing 5 star.
We started our first 2 original account April 12 2012 we were originally connected threw Facebook. After Ea did what ever system reboot we lost our original account.. We now have 3 different account trying to get back 2 our original accounts . We love this Game !!! We spent a lot of REAL money building our Simpson kingdom to end up locked out of both our Fb account! Our original account had all Krusty land Rides and Games. Even the stair rail to heaven and the Krusty mobile flash point! We paid to unlock every original Character. And now have one out of Three game at level 140 but it still not the same! PLEASE ADD FB CONNECTION BACK we NEED BOTH MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT BACK!
Can we get the log in error fixed? We have to log in every time we want to play and wait for 10 minutes for it to download the updates that it just did 4 hours ago and we have to do the same process every time we log in plus the verification code.
So the games Evolved over the years and keeps getting better. That being said we were playing today and was changing our houses to the Christmas look with lights etc. Could you please add an option to just change them all automatically and then change them back. Clicking on each individual house has become tedious and come January Ill be doing it all over again taking lights down lol. Hope you can make this change and wanna Thank you for the hard work put into the game and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year its almost 2023 wow.

Games great been playing for few years Im level 101 and now that we’ve switched our phone our account not loading up even though we’ve switched it over keeps saying no server fix your game or will delete for good!!!
We love this game. Its so great and detailed. Earn what you need to make and how you want your design build to be. The only thing we wish they had was more items get when the seasons change that we can use our cash (money) on, not using donuts.
The land around the place gets real expensive really quick and it takes a lot of time to make money so you end up piling everything up where you can. But that takes the fun away from building your own city. Would be nice if land was cheaper so you can spend more time and resources making your city. Also, why is there an update like every other time we open the game? And why doesnt this update in the background? Instead we have to open the game and watch it download? What other mobile game does this?

Hello, we’ve just downloaded the game we were able to play it within time but all of a sudden when we go into the home loading screen, its says server disconnect with Bart Simpson. Our wifi ISNT the issue. Not sure if its a bug or not but can this issue be fixed as well as the randomly update within storages.
We love the Simpsons. Takes us back. But technical support is severely lacking.
We love this game, frankly we play it everyday! We log in as guest but we already have an ea account but it says we dont also another problem we have is for three days in a row we had to update the game and it took a little over 30 minutes a day! Its freaking us out!
We love this game and have been playing for years. We’ve tried other avenues to report this issue, but nothing lets us specifically state the problem. There is currently a glitch that doesnt let us collect from our character jobs. We hit the thumbs up and money adds up, but it shows the characters are still there. If we leave and come back, theyre still there. The cash is almost useless at this point in the game, and though Ill never turn down free money, it stops us from actually playing. All but 19 of our characters are stuck in this. Please help, because we dont know what to do.
Love this app it features all the characters from the tv show. This is the only app we spent over $100 on in game currency and was well worth it. The only thing we wish is for there to be a way to get more land tokens for us veteran plays who is running out of room to add buildings.
Great game, lots of new things always coming in. We’ve been playing it for years. Our only complaint is how long it takes to update, and you cant update while using other apps. Consistent updates are good, but Im not a fan of having to stare at the updating screen for 5-15mins every time, just because it wont update if you leave the screen. Very fun and consistent game, though. We still recommend it but warn everyone about the obnoxious amount of times it updates lol.
First of all we love this game and we would give it five stars but every time we join the game we get kicked out and put on a screen where we can retry to join but the same thing happens and if there was a way to fix this could you please tell us how?
We have one main issue with this game, besides the typical mobile game grindy-ness, tell us why every week or so we have to redownload the entire game? This is not too much of a problem, besides the fact that it is so tedious that 1/5 of the times this has happened, we just delete the game.
Now we love this game its so fun but the problem is that it kept telling us cannot connect to server over and over so we reinstalled it and it worked but once we got off the app we couldnt get back on it the problem reoccurred and it would repeat and we couldnt find a solution.
Long Time player. Played since The Beginning we would Like 2 see E.A nit just sleep on this game Maybe add some more stuff so ppl would wanna play more.. Keep updating The Game map size & item limit Work on the game engine a bit Update the servers with new top of line ones Add mini games Do Bigger events like in the beginning Do tie in with the show Maybe even make a ai editor so ppl can have their T.S.T.O sims Folk do certain saved tasks so they dont have to click on each one in a list Also multiple saved map setups if thats not a thing Also MINI GAMES MINI GAMES MINI GAMES Ppl can earn doughnuts or cash from games You use cash to bet 4 doughnuts.. So since cash is easily earned it wont B 2 Hard to accumulate. Lets make T.S.T.O great again Also Fix The Bart screen issue as much as possible & update the servers. Not sure what else but we are sure we will think of something..
Love the game but every time we stop playing then go back into the app it wont load.
We’ve been playing this game for years now and we’ve never had any issues with it but yesterday it crashed and wouldnt even open and when we played it today more than half our doughnuts are gone?? We had over 600 and now Im down to just a little over 200?? We never use our doughnuts because we save them for certain items so we know we didnt use them on just anything! We just wanna know where our lost doughnuts went and why they even disappeared in the first place.
We love the game, but its been close to a year now we havent been able to recover our account. We’ve spent countless hours and dollars on this game. So much time trying to get our account back we just gave up. Really really disappointed.
About two (2) months ago, we had stored a lot of buildings and characters into storage like it had to be well over 2000 items maybe more? We were trying to figure out a better way of creating space simply by combining several items together. We tried to complete it before the update, we couldnt. Now, we cant bring anything out of storage because it says that we’ve maxed out our capacity in our game and wont allow anything else to be placed out of storage. So, we also failed to mention that we have upgraded our iPad just a few months ago. So there really shouldnt be an issue on our end. Oh, and before we forget Im also not able to purchase Skinner w/ tray of donuts. Please if theres anything that can be done, we would so appreciate it. Thank you all so very much for giving us another wonderful year of playing a great game. We know that yall dont have to do it. But, in this crazy world were in now it sure brings a welcomed distraction. Love you guys! HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
We love our Springfield and have been playing it for a least five years. However the past few months every time we log into tapped out it requires an update that takes a very long time. This doesnt bother us as much as the loss of progress due to this constant updates. At the completion of the update it gives us a warning that we didnt sign out of a previous device properly and continuing to play can result in loss of prizes and progress. The problem with this is that we have NEVER played our Tapped out on any other device but our phone so that warning is a lie and we would appreciate it if it would stop, please .
Game keeps logging us out of our account and keeps saying im putting the wrong code please fix these bugs we dont want to lose our account!
We love the simpsons and this game is really fun but it keeps logging us out and we have to keep logging back in every time we press the app its starting to get really annoying.
