We already reach the top level 936 ,I dont know for how many years we’ve been playing, but we do know that we will never stop. Im a Simpsons freak we love this game.
After we’ve been playing this game so many years now they dont know us update because we have to put a credit card on file which we are a minor.
Is there anything you can do about getting kicked out consistently. Its pretty much the only game we play daily! But recently its not been the same have to admit it we might have to erase it.
Played it for a few minutes then we had to do this update that wont even update, keeps starting us over. UNINSTALL? MAYBE.
Ok developers, we have maxed levels, land, and money. What is next?

Playing for over 10 years. ***** Literally one of the best free games and simultaneously the most frustrating for server connection, delays and crashes.***** The servers have been Hellish lately. We cant connect for the long periods of time. The right thing to do is give us premium Jesus character for free. It wont absolve all of EAs sins but WHY IS HINDU HEAVEN THE FINAL AWARD IN THIS UPDATE? Taken alone its nothing. But consider other story elements and it seems anti Christian (Lisa isnt the voice of the whole town so dont suggest its Lisas satirical viewpoint). At least both Buddha and Jesus are shown in a satirical way (neither to be taken seriously ). God is shown as vengeful and petty. BUT Shiva is the only one who isnt a moron. Buddha is free (awarded through update tasks) and Shiva is only 75 donuts but Jesus is 199 donuts with heavenly swing set and God is 777 donuts with the 10 commandments. Jewish Walk of Fame is 250 donuts but Yahweh earns donuts (cool!!). Why is there Shiva, Shiva statue, Hindu Heaven, Apu, Manjula and Sanjay? We thought Apu and family were canceled. Are there other Hindus in Springfield? Im glad there are several Christian churches and the Buddhist monastery. Im not aware that anyone in Springfield is anything but Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, (Kwanza??), or non-religious. Like we said, the Hindu residents were canceled.
Great game absolutely love it.. We’ve played it before, unfortunately this time we got to level 9 and now our game wont load no matter what we do. Wont connect to server regardless if we use wifi or data. Tried all the restarting and redownloading. All the help tips. Disappointed we am.

It is a nice game but a little boring and confusing. Its a relaxing game. But theres nothing to do after you got everything done.

The game was awesome and we did not have any bugs or problems except they need to make the characters get activities done quicker but other than that its a great experience and game.
We have all these unused track pieces stored wish there was a way that we can trade them off for a different piece and have the option to choose which piece we want.. Oh also game is still crashing developers need to fix that bug..
Is there a fix for the glitch of being stuck on a reward? Been stuck for 10 days, wont let you play any other rewards or series Thanks!

Simpsons tap out keeps closing after we are trying to play yet you might wanna update the app because apparently theres bugs that are closing the app once Im trying to open it and download it every time it does it so right now Im giving you three stars until you fix it we love this game we’ve been playing in the past but we just recently got a iPhone 12 wanted to play it again and we also play family Guy and thats a good game you might wanna update the Simpsons one no though last time we use this game and the server went out we lost all our data and had to start over again. They need to fix this issue. The server seems like its been out since about 9 oclock this morning and nothing has been fixed. We are not happy about this.
There is one reason why we did not rate this 5 stars. 1. Its one of those games that you buy stuff and it takes time.

We really like this game and play it every day for the past ten years. We hate that every other week we have to verify our device. Half the time we have to use two devices to get the code with out having to request it. Because of this we havent played in a week because we havent had the other device to pull up our email for code.
We love this game but it been glitching for months. We have to always uninstall it and reinstall it just to play our game and its just really annoying at this point.
Been playing for 10 years and this last week has been the biggest waste of time! WHY does it log us out every freaking update you guys do?????? One update every day and it takes almost 25 minutes to download? We cant finish any challenges when Im wasting our time logging in every time we open the app.
A few issues, the game does the same update every time we open it here lately. We assume its the same update because the update is the exact same data amount each time. We are also not a fan of having to log back in every few weeks. Would be nice to just remain logged in until we manually log myself out. Update: game still isnt fixed. When we tap to end jobs for characters only half of them end their jobs and the other half remain in job. Whats weird is the ones who did end their job walk around for a few minutes then go right back to the job they were doing without us assigning them that job. Its become unplayable.
We really enjoyed this game at first but after two days of playing it wont even load for us to even play the game. Unable to even play for ten minutes once you clear off the screen you arent able to get back on. It wont even load it goes straight to unable to connect to sever. The only way Im able to the play the game now if to delete it and redownload the app on to our phone. So disappointed!
For the last week or so almost every time we open the game we’ve had to either log in again or download some huge update. We thought it was the same thing every time, but today we cant even open it because each update stacked on the last and according to the message we get, theres not enough room on our phone to even open the app because it needs yet another huge update. Yall have got to figure this out! Im not going to delete stuff off our phone to keep downloading huge updates that seem to be for nothing.
Constant connection problems, even though 95% of the game should run offline. We are constantly logged out of our account and have to re-login at least once a month. No other mobile game does this except for this one. Its stupid.
We love this game it is great to just play throughout the day ,but every time we go to log in it doesnt load and we have to reopen the app a few time for it to start ,today we tried playing and am not able to get into the game ,for hours nowI keep trying and it just keep doing the same thing telling us connection error click retry.
The game was going fine for the last 2 days until today which it kept saying the won’t load and so we deleted and quickly downloaded it for it to only work again but also restart the whole game.
Its buggy as a beehive, runs poorly, money-hungry to a ridiculous degree, the file size keeps ballooning with each update and sometimes it just refuses to start.
We’ve had to download the latest update every day for the past three days.
We had this game on our old iPad, we had a login and password to retrieve purchases. However the game wouldn’t load half the time so we eventually deleted it. When we bought our new Ipad (with 256gb) we figured we would be good to play again. We spent over $150 over the course of a few weeks to get back to our old status, (because surprise surprise, our old login wasnt recognized, no matter what we tried). We were fine spending the money if it meant we could have some entertainment over the summer. Guess what? It started freezing instead of downloading! We tried to create an account but was denied because that email already belonged to an account Today our game flat out froze. After several hours and literally dozens of attempted opening (including force starts on our iPad and rebooting our modem) we ended up deleting the app and downloading it again. It FINALLY downloaded but put us back as a beginning player. We tried to restore purchases and no luck. We found the number for EA but upon calling, was directed to buy a life alert before the call ended. We have the Sims FreePlay that takes more memory somehow its only happening on this game and its been happening for some years. Im just sick with how much money that we’ve spent on the game only to end up like we did 5 years ago and cant even get help to log into our game or restore purchases. Such a rip off. At the end of the day-do NOT spend money on this game. Its just going to start crashing and even if you do have login and password to EA, its not going to help when contacting EA (who seems to be intentionally brushing off calls for help and has the website rigged to redirect any attempts to email them). If we could give negative stars, we would.
Can hardly ever connect to their server. The game wont load 90% of the time. Straight garbage, dont download.
5/18/23 Update – downgrading rating to one star. The game is just a miserable battle of trying to connect over and over. Our biggest regret is spending money in the game. We wouldnt recommend spending any money on this game unless youre okay with not being able to access what you paid for. Cannot Connect to Server error occurs over and over and over for long periods of time when you try to access the game (not every time but most times). You never know if or when youll actually be able to get into the game to play and when you do, its usually after at least 10 to 15 minutes of hitting Retry over and over to attempt to connect again. Very frustrating when you’ve spent real money on the game but cant access it.
The app is acting like we just downloaded it, after Years of building our Town, we are beyond upset. So much wasted time now when we open the app it says we have to agree to the terms and asks us for our date of birth but wont let us type in the Date of birth it just errors sad we loved this game.
Cant log in to account today. If this goes to everyone, we are just whining. We play this a lot and we understand its a temporary problem.
There is a glitch on the App. We finished one of the task of buying Milk but it seems im stucked with it. After we clicked all the characters goes to the same task we hope they could fix it. We’ve been playing Simpsons for 10 years our first time to experience it. Please do something about it!!! We deleted and re install the app it is still same!

Would be nice to be able to play. Makes you download every time and then crashes as soon as you go to play. Had to delete it!
We have had this game for several years. Built up our Springfield and the started with the Cannot connect to Server for like 2 years straight. Had to create an entirely new account and start all over and did a massive update and it worked beautifully. Now, new update yesterday and back to the same Cannot connect to server on both our iPad and iPhone. Smh.
Wont let us into the game at all anymore, no matter what we’ve tried.
The loading and connection sequences are terrible for this game. The screen constantly changes to the retry connection screen.
