Ive e been playing this game for a long time. And we love it. However, recently (fall of 2025) there has been a blacked out screen that pops up several times in the middle of the game. We have updated our app. Also recently the challenge part of the game has had a message new challenges coming soon. And its been over a week or more. This is an integral part of the game as you can earn the helps daily. And to be honest as you advance into 2500+ played games, they do get harder and are needed! Our only other observation is that in the beginning they were way more generous with rewarding helps but now they just dole out a couple. However, we enjoy this game and keep coming back to play it daily.
The game is relaxing, but often interrupted by 1-2 minutes noisy repeating ads.
We had to start over when we had switched phones.
Dont like the tricks you pull after we hit the scramble button – too many disconnections come up, most of the time.

We play this game in Cooper the bonus was complete level 50 & 100 within 5 days you receive it however we completed the levels in three days time with allowing us a two day grace period we have credits pending for $23.00 and $$68.00 for last 7 days almost after reaching copper support explain to contact you all so the credit/refunds can be released copper explain after the completion are finished on your end Cooper then can immediately add the credits/funds to our account please fix this matter is not fair on the gamer behaves having to wait so long on the credit/refund we earn fairly.

We like this app and its challenging. For some reason, excessive pop-ups started coming up but they fixed the issue within a day of notification! We just tested it and its on point. This game is fun and tests your logical thinking. We like the daily challenge and image reveal. Im just about at level 800! Will be there before the day is gone. Hope you Enjoy.
The game has been great. Been loving it. And now all of a sudden we get an ad pop up every three seconds while youre trying to play. Goodbye tile Dynasty. It was nice knowing you.
For the past week or so ads have been popping up out of nowhere for no apparent reason, for like 5-10 seconds right in the middle of a game. This continues for the whole game! It totally disrupts gameplay and makes it unplayable. Please fix this problem.
Win the game. Get an ad. Cannot x out until its done, 30-45 seconds. But we were enjoying the games and daily challenge. However, today, while playing, theres an annoying banner at the top of the screen. Thats it. We removed the app.
Ive e been playing over a year and when we updated today we immediately started getting ads automatically popping up in the middle of game play and the pop up approximately every 30 seconds.
We love this game but all of a sudden ads are popping up continuously. Its so bad you cant even complete a game. Please fix.
We downloaded this game and played the game daily. Once we got to level 300, the ads were constant. Some ads would not close, which mean you'd have to restart the game and replay the same level again. Some ads would not allow you to close them until 1 minute has gone by. After level 312 the games are impossible to complete without watching at least 7 to 10 ads. If you enjoy paying this delete it when you get to level 300 and start all over again.
Ive sent several msgs to get support. Its been a month and still no response. Disturbing. The game would be top rated if we could get rid of ads. The ads interrupts The fun and flow. And theyre so long that we lose interest in resuming play. Wheres the pay option to get rid of ads.

Ive completed levels but when this one particular ad comes on we have to close the game, open it again, and our progress is gone. We have to complete that level over again. This is a really good game. Its reasonably hard, but if you screw up in the middle of the game, you can start over be watching a REASONABLE ad. Not too long and not stupid. ADs in games are awful, ridiculous, condescending, go on and on, tease you about your IQ when the game has nothing to do with it. Im happy to pay a reasonable price to get a game without ads. This game has reasonable ads that Im willing to go with.
