We are currently on level 637 and we have been obsessed for probably close to a year. Whenever we are bored or have a little time we go on here and play away. Even with such a high level it is still engaging and challenging as time goes on. We LOVE IT.
We just did our one free daily spin and the wheel didnt even spin and we got absolutely nothing.
We watch the adds to get more tiles and then the add freezes our phone and we have to close it and reopen and loose our win from watching the add. We deleted the game and reinstalled and same thing.
We are having the same issues as the other reviewer. We cant get free coins for watching ads – the ads freeze after theyve played out – which basically means youre forced to watch an ad all the way thru and then not given the reward for watching the ad. You cant get back to the game board after watching the ads either. So you have to back out of the game, close it and start over. Very frustrating. This was one of our top 2 favorite games – Ive been playing it for several years but if it isnt fixed soon (this has been going on for months now) Im going to stop playing the game.
Support needs to fix this bug it is so frustrating and destroys the game.
We have been playing this game for several years. We had over 40,000 points. The ads kept getting stuck and would not let you get back to board. We went several days trying to get out of ad. Usually the Royal King sd. We finally had to delete the game and reopen. We lost all points. The ad still doing the same thing!! Tired ads that will not end.
We love this game but lately the ads make the whole thing freeze. We close it and open it again… Which might be faster sometimes than dealing with the ads.
Enjoy but it resets now if our screen closes.
We rarely ever use the ads for free coins, but when we do they dont work. They freeze and we cant get the reward because Im forced to force close the app. Either that or the ads that randomly pop up dont let us close them. Our phone screen becomes completely unresponsive to the ad buttons and Im forced to force close the entire app. Please fix this.

We used to love this game, but now the ads keep freezing and you have no choice but to close the game and start over, losing your progress in that game.
The game itself is fun to play. However, the ads get stuck CONSTANTLY, so we have to relaunch the game. It takes all the fun out of the experience. We dont mind watching ads, but when they are over and you click on the X to close them, nothing happens. You cannot close the ads. It is very frustrating.
An Amazon you won window opens while playing this game. This has happened repeatedly over the last couple of weeks. Its not an advertisement and the developers risk being pulled from the App Store if they dont fix it.
We cant get those to unlock. Removed the game, started over, but both cells are still locked. Any work arounds.
This is a really fun game but it still says merry Christmas, and it is now May. Also after completing a game, especially the daily, you cant go back or claim any rewards.
Would be an amazing game if there was less adds or a cheaper amount to get rid of them like BITLiFE. All the ads makes us stop playing because they pop up after every level. Ive been playing this game for a few months now and im on level 670 but it glitches us out when we get any notification or check to change the brightness:(.
One of our favorite games to play the only thing is when Ive purchased stuff it would show them then go away so we wasted money we bought the 10,000 one time didnt get It glitches once in awhile but other than that our favorite.

The app crashes any time you switch to another app or text. You lose your progress and if you were watching and ad to play a level you have to watch another ad. Too many ads. The game itself is fun, a little slow at first but it gets better the further into it you get.
We give this app a one star due to they refused to refund us after we try to purchase coins twice the app would close saying purchase was made, but we never received anything. We waited A couple of days for the coins to appear before deleting the app seeing that they declined our reimbursement.
We were really enjoying the game, and then it just stopped opening the app. Ive tried updating and deleting and redos loading, but it still isnt opening.
We play this game whenever we have time and its very calming and entertaining. Im on level 256 and still enjoy playing it and dont get bored of it. There are ads after each game but there arent too many. We really enjoy how you start with tools/power ups to help you during a game. We appreciate that you can buy more of these when your done by spinning a daily reward wheel and you dont have to pay to keep getting them. Overall, we would recommend this app to anyone and love it.
We absolutely loved this game,, so much that we got to level 489. We had our facebook connected so it would save our progress but it didnt. We accidentally deleted the app and when we got it back our progress was wiped. Whats the point of telling people youll save their progress if you dont.
We dont mind the ads, and we know thats how apps make some money. However this app has way to many long ads.
After every level we played there was an ad. It got to be too obnoxious. So we deleted the game.

We understand that you have to have ads to pay for games but this is ridiculous! Every time we tap to do ANYTHING an ad pops up. On top of that when it pops the X to get out the download page comes up. We like the game a lot but we cant get passed all the ads.
Ads are Not ready meaning you always have to spend your coins. The free spins you get each day dont match the prize you actually get and the ads arent ready here either so you cant advance to the next spin. And the Christmas Event is completely broken.

This game is fun but enough of the fat pill ads! ALL of them! We feel we have been watching them for MONTHS! How much money did they pay you to advertise? So disappointed.
Great game ruined by bad ad service. Even if you buy a subscription, youll still be confronted with ads in various parts of the program. You receive the Ad Not Ready message all the time. The ad has hung up. Often it crashes the app and you lose your place in the game. And, they are bad ads! Lose 50 pounds in two weeks, buy a bra that holds up your ta tas while shaking said ta tas. Apple doesnt seem to care. They dont really police the App Store. We did however subscribe for a few weeks and was able to cancel it. Oh, and by the way, their support site is in Chinese! Good luck.
Wayyy to many adds. It took us to three adds that were each 3 minutes long. Then the x wouldnt work on all three when it finally pulled up. We deleted it before we even got a chance to play we were so annoyed.
This game is fun. However, we object that it is given an age bracket of 4+ and the one ad that shows the most is for a game called Chapters, Interactive. What shows in the ad is a male putting a ball gag on a female, and almost exclusively blatant sexual fetish action.
This was one of our favorite games until the free spin wheel changed, and now we get no free spins at all. Thus, our question- what happened.
We love playing this game, but having so much trouble with ads not loading, or they get stuck, then we have to completely go out of the game, losing the game we were playing.. If this was fixed, we could play the game for long periods of time.
