Why has our game froze for the last 3 days.
On 5/3/21 we paid apple. Com $4.28 to stop pop-up ads on the Tile Kingdom game. We enjoy the game and want to play ad free, however, the ads are still popping up. Please advise. Purchase reference number: S461121020153547. Thanks.

How do we get rid of all the ads? There are zero clues if any purchase stops them and there are way too many to enjoy playing.
The ads are non-stop without ability to pay to get rid of them. Can only be played in portrait mode.
This game is so good so in some ads theres like this maching game and the tiles go up and you have to match them before they get to the top and in this game those are the challenge’s.

We were just looking for a tile game that you have to clear before you make it to the top. The preview of the game had that, but we guess it’s behind a challenge level. We tried to play to see but by level 6 we were over it. We were solving them in seconds but the ads took twice as long to watch than we had time to play. Then you have to close the ad like 5 times. Wasn’t worth it. Promptly deleted.
Our 7 yr old grandkid loves to play this but leaves it after 5 minutes because it goes to an ad after every game. Add a ad free option for cheap and it will be a winner.

We love this game, thats why it hurts to have to uninstall. We had 4 ad breaks, 2 in less than a minute! Getting an ad in between games was a bother but something that we could handle, but these ad breaks are ridiculous! And you try to make it all better by giving you 10 coins! Really!?! We had 2 of your games and their both getting uninstall. Im surprised more people have uninstalled. Greed has ruined a really good game!

The latest update added very annoying ad breaks DURING a game. Its one thing to have an ad play after a game, but not during. It ruined the game.
In the last week, the game started ad breaks. Its so annoying to have an ad pop up every two minutes. We thought we had paid to be ad free but we guess not. If this doesnt change Ill have to find a new favorite game.
We find the game addictive, if it wasnt for the number of adds. Considering those adds we may stop playing.

We watched our child play a few levels and thought it was easy enough for a young child. But then we saw the AD…. A woman sitting on the toilet and player is supposed to find the differences. That is not an appropriate AD to put on a child’s game. If we see the ad again we will definitely delete the game and any other game sponsored by that ad.
It put your mind at these and youre a little stressed and youre just sit there and pick things out we love the game.
We really enjoy this game but too often the ads have crashed and left us having to restart and lose our reward. Its especially frustrating when its a multiple reward after clearing a level or the daily challenges. The add for the Buffalo slots is the worst. 7/12. Cashman slots continues to freeze when having to watch it to double our reward. We hit the X, Learn More comes up. We MUST hit Learn More, then Done, then the X comes back up. Hit the X and it freezes. We must restart our device but we’ve lost our reward.
