Community Insight:
Our only request is to make the letters a touch bigger (when stacked) for us middle agers. Otherwise, Im hooked.
But is anyone getting a few misspelled words? Or words that dont exist in the dictionary.
The sounds and look are very pleasing, and the game is just frustrating enough to keep us engaged. Really fun, and we like that theres no real threat of losing or a timer to beat.
This might be our first 5 star review ever. This is now our absolute FAVORITE word game and favorite app/game in any category. Its is fresh take on word games. Its simplebut still challengingits clean, its FUN, and no stupid extra fluff! No tricks, no coins or points you have to earn or collect to move to a higher level. It hasnt even popped up to asked us to rate it. You can choose your level of difficulty, ranging from easy to brutal. Best of all? NO ADS! Not even a banner ad! We actually came here to not only write a review but see if we can donate a few bucks to the devs for a fantastic app. We didnt see an option to do that from the app. They absolutely deserve it.
Unfortunately the text on the side of each tile is microscopic and cannot be enlarged. To make matters worse, stacked tiles block the microscopic text on any tiles behind them. Even with reading glasses, its still a challenge to read.
Brutal mode isn't that interesting. This also contains a lot of nonsense words that don't exist. Please have a native English speaker check your vocab. We play it often but we get bored and stop often as well.
We love this game but it needs an added challenge. Its fairly hard to lose a game so we think adding a timer would allow for more competitive fun.
We love this game for so many reasons. Its easy yet challenging, theres no time limit, NO ADS, and lets face it, pooping is a funny word! Thanks for creating an app that keeps our brain active and makes us chuckle.
We love this game, even though Ive never actually lost. The brutal level is a bit of a challenge at first but its easy once you get the hang of it. Still, we keep coming back to it. Something to keep our brain busy good game.
We love word/puzzle games, but this one takes the cake. We played it until 5 a.m. By accident yesterday. Legit had to delete it because we were ruining our life. Already thinking of downloading it again. Caveat emptorium.
Seriously such a fun game. Once you get brutal mode down, its hard to want to play any easier modes. A suggestion to the creators, it would be so fun to us able to change the tile colors! We love this game so much but it could be more colorful.
This quickly became our favorite game to play. Its relaxing; no outside pressure with scores, timing, or leaderboards; doesnt ask for our money, data, or a review; and the right kind of challenging where you couldnt classify this as an idle game but it also doesnt increasingly get more difficult, its merely always a nice challenge/puzzle; and it always saves your spot if youre mid-game. Our only quip that makes it hard to play are the bugs. One freezes the cube youre working on, after clumping two letters together, so youre left with eight spaces to play rather than the nine original. Another bug (that seems connected to the first) is a letter itself freezing on the cube spot so it wont move, sometimes it just disappears too. Closing the app doesnt help the issue at hand either because of the incredible game-saving aspect; we guess one has to either try to play it through the round with considerable disadvantages with the bugs, or start over which can be very disappointing/anti-climatic. Besides the bugs, which dont happened too often, this game is wonderful.
This could just as easily use shapes and color patterns. Its more of a sorting game and Im not really sure how you could lose at it either. That said it is a well done app and an original idea.
This game is amazing! We loved that you added a dark mode. Hope that youd make more games but in the meantime this is what we got and its amazing! If we could, we would rate this a 6 out of 5.
Its wonderful and fun, but it needs a score. Something to beat the next time you play. Count the time. Count the number of moves. Count both! And then try to beat them next time. That would make it 5 stars.
We love supporting independent and clever game creators. The best part of playing this word game is figuring out ways to play. The next best part is telling our friends so they can download it, too and we can figure out different ways to play-together. We appreciate that there are no scores, no timers, and that it is free. We look at words differently when breaking them down in brutal mode. Its challenging without being frustrating. We like the simplicity and colors which make playing the game easy on the eyes and brain. We do hope you guys become emotional millionaires and you continue creating great games, hopefully earning some other rewards, as well.
We love this game so much. We wish it had some concept of levels or challenges, but not anything that would get in the way or be annoying. We love how this game doesnt have adds every five seconds, too. Maybe on an update soon theyll add levels to spice things up a bit.
This game is awesome! And we love the easter egg.
& play this game! Amazing concept that could easily be expanded in so many ways but is wonderful as is. PS: please offer a night/dark mode, thanks.
Im a word game fanatic and have been playing the same popular word game for over 1.5 years and am bored out of our mind now. We dont honestly know why we continue to play it other than that no other game was appealing. That is, until we found Tiler More. We love that theres actual strategy involved and not just making words out of letters. And we love that theres three levels of difficulty. If we had one suggestion for improvement it would be the ability to click on a word for a definition. We have come across some words that forced us to get out our physical dictionary – not that we dont like expanding our vocabulary but it would be nice to have that instant gratification. : ) Other than that nit-picky request, this is a fun and challenging word game.
We really enjoy this game. We would have given it 5 stars except for a couple minor things. Playing games with sound really rattles our nerves. It has the option to turn sounds off. But every time you return to the game the sound is back on. Also we would love another category a little harder than the brutal one. Otherwise we like it. Different than a lot of the other same old redone games with different names.
Kudos for an original concept. As others have noted, even the "brutal" level is easy, because you can just combine random letters to create space, and then un-combine them when needed. That's fine for casual play, but it contradicts the name given to the level. DEVELOPER, Please adjust the spacing of the stacks. A stack of 3 tiles obscures the letters on the tile immediately above. This does nothing to enhance game play (or the stakes) and is simply a constant annoyance for no good reason! There's plenty of room to space out the stacks slightly. Displaying the words a couple of pixels closer together at the bottom would compensate for this without sacrificing aesthetics. Please add a volume adjustment to the sound effects. We want to lower their volume without disabling them all together. We'll increase our rating if these issues are addressed.
We have a hard time finding games we like. We want to be challenged but have fun. We want to be able to play anywhere and in small chunks or large. Love it. You really can play forever because as far as we have been able to tell so far, every puzzle is winnable with some effort. Some words are weird but the puzzle is extremely satisfying so we dont mind. Thank you.
Helps keep our hands busy, very nice to do. Than you.
Ive played almost every word game… And this is one of our favorites!!! The gameplay is easy to learn and makes you think about words in a unique way. The simplistic design is aesthetically pleasing and keeps you engaged. We would love the option to change the tile colors, at least in dark mode so its easier on the eyes at night or early morning. Ive been playing for a few weeks and would love the option for another difficulty level beyond brutal such as a barbaric gameplay!! We love the game. Thank you to the creators – we hope you read this.
After an explanation on the rules of the game this turned out ok. Suggest the option of a timer. We wouldnt use it, but can see how others might. Now, back to our words. Thanks Tyler.
We keep getting a black square when we stack tiles and then we cant use them. Have to start all over! Its frustrating. Fix or Im removing the app.
This app is the one of the apps that you never get bored of, plus this app not begging for rating at all! And its get 5 and a half rating! This game is simple and fun, but sadly we cant see our points, theres no leaderboard or something and maybe timer how long we solved the puzzle? Maybe make profile just to show our progress! Over all its gud.
When playing on iPhone, everything on the main menu is zoomed in. Cant play silently unless we mute our phone. Please fix this. We love this game! You guys did it right! It is absolutely perfect on our iPad, just wish it was the same on the iPhone. Please fix.
We absolutely love this game. We have only one complaint about it, and thats because we feel like it needs an even more challenging mode. We can do one of the brutal games in about five to ten minutes, depending on if we get distracted by something. We usually play this in our free time and it helps pass the time. Its such an amazing game. Just add in a more difficult mode and itll be perfect.
You know how sometimes, you just need to play a merge 3 game for a few hours with your brain set on autopilot? This app is a happy medium between those types of games, and the more thought-intensive wordplay puzzle genre. As other reviewers have noted, its virtually impossible to lose (even in brutal mode), but the gameplay is still super engaging in its own way. Theres something undeniably relaxing about merging and clearing a board. Plus, we very much appreciate the lack of in-app purchases.
This a nice game for a quick break. We hope to see more from you.
This game is amazing! Its addicting (but not too addicting), simple, and visually-pleasing! Its a little hard to figure out at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is super fun.
We love this game! Its a great brain exercise. One thing that we think could make this game better is stats. It would add a level of rigor / challenge if we had a baseline to compare ourselves to. Best time, least moves, etc. Not a flaw in any of the mechanics, but just a suggestion! Thanks for this awesome game :).
This is the most original word game out there. Theres no need to buy hints or second tries. As a matter of fact there isnt even any ads. And we would pay for this game. It has a great concept and truly is at level where it says. Kudos to the developers. And on top of that they dont keep popping up asking for a review. We went out of our way to go to the App Store and write this because if you live word games you need this one.
We love this game. Its such a fresh idea for a word game. Our wife loves it too but she has an android phone so she keeps stealing our phone. Please make an android version so we can have our phone back. Thanks.
Scoring: This is a very fun game, and we appreciate that it is mostly a relaxing game to play casually on your phone, but we would appreciate it if there could be some score associated with playing the games, like if it counted how many moves you made to clear the board, and you could try to get a low score. Mechanics: Also, when the stacks are three high, we find ourselves tapping the top tile to collapse the stack, but the game is programmed so that you need to still touch the base of the stack to collapse/expand tiles. This leads to a little confusion and unintentional moves. Colors: we do like the pink, but it could be really fun to have other color options as well, maybe even colors to unlock by playing a certain number of games. Again, great job to the developers! This is a fun, neat little game.
This is a really great game. Not a ton of ads, clean interface, and challenging enough not to make your head explode but enough to make you work. Hope the developers might add in a scoring or level system, but Id be happy just to keep this game as it is now without a ton of bloat. :).
Went straight to brutal mode after a few seconds of tutorial. Have yet to feel stumped, it's not really a game that will leave you frustrated or unsure how to beat a level. Nice way to pass the time, so far we haven't noticed any repeat words. Just the difficult enough to keep it from being boring and easy enough that you don't have to think too hard. If you love word games, download Tiler More. Also…is it a glitch or a perk that we have no ads? Not complaining.
First of all, yay for a great new word game! Really enjoying it. Suggestions – we wish it had levels or something gratifying when done. We guess more of a progress indicator. Even a simple count of games played or something. Also, we wish it would tell people that they fail if they end up with all spaces three high.
Fellow game dev here, love it! Nice job to the devs. This game is intuitive, addicting, satisfying, and fun. We love the simplicity and the attention to detail. (Also, the name being after your friend is very funny!).
Love the game. Perhaps add an adventure mode or something that tracks progress, so there is an ultimate goal to work towards? Thank you.
What a wonderful little addictive game. The fact that this is free and has no ads we fantastic! Very well done :-).
When you have a stack of three & you need to flip it, it would be nice to have a gesture rather than unstacking the whole thing.
You gotta stack letters to form the words that are given to you. However, the letters on each stack goes from down to up… So instead of reading the words on the stack going down, you have to form the letters going up… Kinda stupid to be honest. We love the concept of it, a great mind puzzle game, but that reverse man… Gotta fix that.
We hope this keeps being updated with more challenging modes. Im truly addicted to this game. It would be nice to see some quality of life changes like spacing the spaces on the board out so you can see the bottom tile in the row above a stack of three tiles & making the sound switch permanent so it doesnt reset when closing and reopening the app.
Fun word game and not so ridiculous that it causes more frustration than enjoyment. It does glitch from time to time stealing letters and blacking out a square. That can be upsetting if youve spent 20 minutes solving a puzzle.
Doesnt work with Apple Pencil and no landscape mode make it cumbersome on an iPad Pro. Just started and interest is waning.
We enjoy this game… But we're taking 2 stars off due to the inappropriate and sometimes offensives words that have appeared in the word bank. Fix this and we will write new 5 star review.
When you've oversimplified things, it can be hard to tell. It took us quite a long time to figure out how to play this game because there's no tutorial. One should be offered if wanted/needed. And for having such a simple, clean design we really find the animated emoji after winning neauseating. We get motion sickness and that set off a dizzy spell. Please give the option to disable this. Why can we turn off sound but not that. We also know this is completely inaccessible to at least one friend who has colorblindness for red so we won't even bother recommending it. Your product is highly inaccessible and nausea inducing please consider accessibility when designing your games. We're sure you meant well but this ain't it. We'll be deleting this. Hard to have fun when it just makes us queasy.
