Tiny Aquarium Mobile is a Simulation/Casual game from Can Hacioglu, first launched in 28th May 2026.
It’s rated 4+ and currently has 47+ ratings on the App Store.

What Makes Tiny Aquarium Mobile Stand Out

Your fish keep growing even while you're away. Collect 120+ fish, decorate your tank, and unwind a few minutes at a time.

Tiny Aquarium is a relaxing fishkeeping game you can play at your own pace. Start with a single egg in an empty tank and slowly build it into something that's all yours. Hatch, breed, and catch fish, then decorate the tank however you like.

Collecting is the heart of it. There are 120+ fish to find, from real-world species to ones that only exist here, and new fish get added regularly. Some you'll get right away. Others you'll be chasing for a long time. Each one comes with a fact about its real-life counterpart, so you pick up a little as you go.

When you want company, visit other players' tanks, trade fish, and join live events. Or keep it to yourself. The game works either way.

Cast a line in the fishing minigame, upgrade your rod and boat, and go after the rarest catches. Build the aquarium you actually want.

This Simulation game offers engaging gameplay and regular updates for mobile players.

Community Insight:

We love this game and the fish are amazing but we think it needs to have a thing where you can trade fish with other people to and you should also have the ability for when you dont have any more fish and money you cant do anything but we did get out of that great game.

No in app purchases or ads to be found. Its a fun, relaxing game with loads of content and with events always being cycled, you never run out of things to do. We especially love that you can play at your own pace, whether that means just logging in a couple times a day to collect coins and do a little bit of decorating, to spending hours at a time fishing for unique fish and curating the perfectly themed tank. Its a 10/10 from us, and as a person who has spent 15 years chasing the feeling of being 10 and discovering Fish Tycoon for the first time, Ive tried a LOT of similar games, both on console and mobile. This is by far our favorite. Ive had it on Steam since the first couple weeks of release, and the mobile port is absolutely just as good. We cant recommend it enough. (Seriously, everyone is sick of us recommending it).

We only got it to link it to our Steam account so we could check on our fish while at work, but after being unable to find something to link it and going hunting through Discord and Reddit, the developers have opted not to allow cross-platform single profiles and instead each is its own separate instance. We were willing to pay $5 for the convenience of checking our fish while on break at work, but Im not interested in trying to keep up two separate games. From what little we saw it does look just like the steam version, and if we had bought it here rather than on steam Id have the same thought, only opposite. If the developer changes their mind an allows cross-platform profiles – one through steam on the computer and here in the app – we would be happy to purchase this again. Unfortunately, as we dont want to manage two sets, Ive requested a refund (no hate to the devs, y'all absolutely do not have to crossprofile if you dont wanna!) our only recommendation is to have a note across the top of the details this is not compatible with saves in Steam.

Sometimes the sounds work, sometimes they dont. But it seems like they usually dont.

We love this game we saw it on steam a while ago and we finally got it on mobile. Its a chill game where you can collect a bunch of fish and make an aquarium. We think its just missing a widget so you can see your tank live or at least a snapshot of whats going on.

This is our first time playing Tiny Aquarium we wanted to buy on stream but our part just didnt trust the credit card So we just wait until it came out and already love the game especially the art style is so cute and we like how we players dont get the same random fish is like gacha games you dont know what you get until you hatch the fishes. Also we were thinking maybe added chat box were players can chat while also watch the fishes not just fishing but when the fishes are in the tank and we can just chat with players and we get added players as friends like send them friends requests and wait until they accept our friends request. Just two thoughts oh before we forget where some fish can have powers like in many pets games and their children can also have magic or whatever is called their have unique abilities and not all fishes have them. Just random thoughts for the interesting game.

We saw this game and bought it because it looked like it was right up our alley. After playing for several hours, we learned the game was originally a PC game. We immediately purchased it on Steam as well. The Steam and iOS game do not sync but thats okay, we prefer it that way. Some minor bugs but overall still a blast!! You will not regret your purchase if you like these types of games, we promise. Bug: On iPad, the shell shop is not available, but on iPhone it is.

We have tiny aquarium on steam and absolutely love it, was sooo excited to get a mobile version. We truly have encountered zero bugs and its so fun.

Its a chill game. Only issue we have, is when fishing with others, and collecting stars for newly found fish, the taps will activate other fisherman, asking to visit their aquarium. We sure hope more gets added, like emojis or chat while fishing. A friend list.

We actually quite like having a new save to grind out on mobile while out and about and having basically all the newest content immediately is awesome.

Really enjoyable, easy to pickup, and worth the money for sure. A few minor bugs though. For example, when examining another seller's aquarium on our iPhone 17 Pro Max, the price and buy button on a fish are covered by the reaction button, unable to be clicked on or seen. Also, the addition of a friends list is much needed, we love visiting other players, but we'd like to add our friends, so we don't have to copy each other's ID's. If these changes are made, we will happily change our review to 5 stars.

First of all, love the gameits our new favorite thing. But it does need a major change: allow us to play our aquariums from Steam on the mobile game! Disappointed that we have to do all our progress/achievements again. Please :).

Love the game and we want to play at the gym but every time we open the app it stops our music.

This game is not working, iPad(A16); have redownloaded several times, opening screen is an empty tank with wording to the left about Tutorial Title explanation, icons on the bottom do nothing when pushed, icons at the top open with empty lists, go fish goes somewhere but says you cant keep anything the tank is full. UPDATE: Monday morning tried downloading one more time, game is finally working on the iPad, smooth mechanics, clear instructions and as always love the pixelated game aspect. After Monday morning update and playing for a few minutes now the game is no longer working AGAIN same problems mentioned above; dont know the reasoning but Ill just seek a refund. Good luck to the ones who have a working game it looked nice for 10 minutes.

We love this game, Ive logged many hours on the desktop version. Excited for the chance to start fresh on a mobile version. The translation from the original game is excellent. Yay fish.

Ive got more than 50 hours on the steam version of this game. Totally worth it to get it on mobile as well.

Very good and easy to navigate port. One thing is missing. Let us link between steam and mobile using user id.

Please add cross progression with steam, we were really excited about this app so we could take care of our fish when im away at work. A little disappointed, please add this soon.

We have played this game on PC for a while, and now it has come to mobile! There is lots of interesting content and events, the developer is constantly adding new fish and gameplay elements. We love breeding fish and hoping for the rare shiny color variations. You can decorate, fish, breed, visit other tankswhat else do you need.
