Im currently 13 and randomly just remembered this app and wow, we remember us using this to contact and play with our friends and cousins. 100% recommend for younger kids.
It didnt work for us app didnt sync with who we were connecting. We asked for a refund but they wouldnt. Dont waste your time and money.
The last 2 times that we tried to play, it didnt work. The word search usually works but sometimes you cant complete a word.
Our grandson wants to play on this app so much. But even after all this time it is really glitchy. We wish it were much better because it would be fun. App keeps blaming the users but our other apps dont have this many issues.

This app is so great. We have two sets of grandkids that live out of state and it helps us to interact with them and entertain them for large chunks of time which bonds us with our grandkids, but also helps the parents to have a few minutes of downtime from toddlers. We love love love this app. The only downside is sometimes its glitchy, but Im sure they can fix that overtime.
Been a paying customer for months. Love playing with our grandson online BUT after playing for months we are getting bored with same games. There hasnt been any new ones added. Ready to cancel subscription.
This app worked okay at first. We paid for ful service so we could play with our grandson. Now the only thing we can get to load are the books. The games and activities will not work! We feel ripped off.
Dont download this app it does not work. Every time our child calls us we cant hear her or see her. We tried it multiple times and still having this issues.

Our niece and we started using Together after Amazon Glow was sadly discontinued. Its a solid option for online books and games when young family members are far away. We hope they continue to add new games. You can upload favorite books and read those too, which is a nice touch.
We need help, we cant call and half the time we cant play the game. Can you call and help.
Downloaded it during covid. Used it, liked it, outgrew it. Then, uninstalled. This app keeps charging us every month anyway, even though Im not using it and no longer have it installed on any device. If there is a way to stop paying them, it is well hidden.
Our grandkids are 3000 miles away and havent seen them for over a year. This app is the best way to connect with them and play. WE all love the Together App and play it whenever we can. Its fun, has several games /activities, NOT contagious, mobile (can play anywhere), educational, teaches patience & sportsmanship, fairness, sharing, and lots of laughing! Feels good all around. We love this app we play it with our friends and grandma we love her we have on question we are having trouble getting our younger brother on and we both need separate avatars because on ours it shows his not ours if you can answer those that would be great and still great app.

Our 6 year old granddaughter and we play on this a few times a week! So many fun games to keeps her engaged ! Very user friendly, as she navigates her way on her own, which gives her family a break!! Good App but not a lot of games bad internet but the rest is so good.
Too much money, it should only be half the price for all 3 options. We believe if your prices were reasonable you would be able to get so many customers. Lots of people cannot afford such high prices. You have to realize you are not the only app out there so there are more options and if you dont make it reasonable and affordable you risk losing customers. As of now, we are not willing to pay that price at all. There is a app called Bunch and it gives a ton more options and games as well. No one has to settle for big prices.

We love The Together App! Our granddaughter and we have used it for the last few years reading books and playing games. What a way to connect.
We just bought a subscription because the time passed way too quickly with our granddaughter! There are a wide variety of games to play. We can even play adult games with our daughter, so this will help connect us to our long distance family. Have you thought about adding puzzles? We would love to work on puzzles together through the app.
This is a great tool for a remote grandparent to spend fun time with a grandchild and give the parents a break. Many options for many levels of maturity from 3 to 103.
A little too hard for kids and grandmas. The lower levels should start easier so you can acquire some skills before it gets harder.

We could not have lived through this pandemic without Together. Our six-year-old reads with her out-of-town grandma every day and LOVES it. We scan in early reader books every week and she doesnt even realize she is doing homework. This app is amazing.

You have to limit the time? And we have to PAY to call? HmmLooks like you just want money! Please change this so people can call whenever! We recommend Bunch! A NONE-LIMITED Calling and playing App.
We gave this app two stars because 1st it is glitchy, just like playing any other game on faceTime. 2nd It is not unlimited so like in the download pic with the girls talking to the grandparent after 5 calls they will no longer be able to be in contact with them. To continue chatting on this app after the free five calls you must buy unlimited calls. Finally you can play the games alone in the demo vierson but iits not fun to play alone on a play TOGETHER app. Otherwise the games are fun.So, this game only gets two stars because it lost the other three in our reasonings.
Our husband and we just separated. This app is a huge help to the kids. They love playing games with the parent they are not staying with on any given day. We love the age span in this app, too.
Fabulous app! Our grandchildren love it and so do we. It is so well done and so user friendly. Lots of variety and new games and activities are added often. It has been a wonderful and special way to maintain a close connection when you cannot be together in person. Love it.

Original review: we learned about this app from our school (k-12) which has partnered high school students with our lower school students. Our son in K was able to practice reading and play games with his tutor. Update Dec 2020: it has been a few months later and we can only share good things about the together app. It has allowed our children to connect with other family members and church friends. Our kids can practice reading, drawing and playing all sorts of games.
The app experience is great, and our daughter really enjoys the games and activities. However, the 30min trial calls have ran our battery very low each time from full charge, and our iPhone (SE 2) gets very hot. This happens on the other phone we called too, with both of our phones unplugged during the call. We do not have an iPad to compare battery performance (perhaps this app runs fine on a device with a better battery and power system), but until this app can run without making our phone hot to the touch, we cannot commit to a subscription.
It is not fair that we cannot choose who starts first. Also when you play checkers it forces you to jump when you just want to move out of the way.
So in theory this app seems to be perfect, except that it doesnt work. We have also tried reaching out to tech support for the app multiple times with no response. Our suggestion, save your $30 and get a membership to readeo.com.
What a wonderful way to play games with our grandsons who are 3000 miles away.
Our four-year-old granddaughter and we have been using this app for about four days and really enjoy it. However it would be nice to have slightly shorter stories for her listening pleasure. We do the match game every day and again it would be nice to have other kinds of learning games like the match game.
When it works its great. Unfortunately it frequently freezes up and sometimes completely goes down in the middle of a game. This requires reconnecting if possible. It becomes very frustrating and much much enjoyable than it could be. We would think very carefully before we subscribed.
We understand the Android version is in Beta but we tried it anyway. Didnt work very well, very slow loading, etc. Our granddaughter could touch the page and change it while we read to her but we couldnt do so. We think we will stop our subscription for now.
If your kids are going to be having screen time, might as well make it useful! Nice interactive family fun.
Omg. Love this app. Our three-year-old grandson and we read, played and colored for an hour. He lives in Boston we live in California. Its a wonderful connection.
Our kids and the grands love this! The games are great. The call quality, however, is much worse than FaceTime. We paid for the upgrade thinking the quality would improve but it hasnt.
Even though we havent seen our grandchildren in 5months we can still interact with them on this wonderful app. Together. Our little ones learn so much by cooperating and taking turns during the games. We look forward to more game time with our family. Monarchteacher10.
