We downloaded this game back onto our phone awhile ago and we just decided to play it ! WOW!! We actually love the art, the storyline and the depth of personality behind the characters! We literally started this game around 8pm and its already 4am! Its that enthralling! Sadly Im stuck on chapter 5 within the game but Im hoping Ill eventually figure things out so we can keep playing !! We havent seen any other games quite like this one- we hope they continue it or even make another similar to it as a sort of spin off. Also #teamlucien for the win!!! We love him so much.
We really love this game. We have spent a load of money on it to get a bunch of Kiro karmas, but when we went to combine our ER karmas the app just made a sizzling sound and crashed. Please fix this bug.
We really enjoy the game and Im so happy you provide English dubbing. We personally have a visual impairment which makes it REALLY hard to play these kinds of games. If we rephrase it we would say the fact thats the game has the amount of voice acting that it does, makes the game so much easier to enjoy and not just hear in most games a word or a groan. Thank you! We may only be in the first season chapter 10, but the fact that we made it this far is beyond astounding!

Well, the intro is quite nice. But we noticed that the top says to go to their fave book page for more manga, we dont have Facebook, so how do we see more manga than the intro part. Also, we saw the there was an option to sign in with email, so we did. But it kept saying our email doesnt exist!! But we guarantee it does. We just wish we could play more than just the intro. We dont have any social media or anything. Im just stuck Can somebody please help us?
We used to love playing this game but after not opening it for a few months the app appears broken. Earlier this year we opened the app to play, it showed the first screen but turns black and flickers. We hope they have an update soon and that can fix it.
We are going to start by saying, wow, this game was addicting. We really enjoyed it, the story line was okay, but there was something that kept bothering us All of the male leads were condescending. Some were worse than others, but there were too many instances of the main character being called a silly girl. The guys werent particularly rude, per se, but they didnt seem to value the main character as an equal human being. Yes, the main character was bland and lacked personality, but she tried her best. The biggest problem with her was that she let herself get pushed around by those men and brushed it off whenever they disrespected her. There were plenty of moments where she felt upset by by one of the love interests not taking her seriously, but the game kinda framed it as its okay for them to say those things, its just their way of being sweet.
Only ONE disappointment stopped us from playing the Karma we dont believe in Karma and the background of where is came form is religiousI wish this game never included Karma or any other weird superstitionscause its the only reason we wont play If they ever remove this.. Ill play in a heartbeat!
This game has logged us out since the first time we got it which was more than a year ago. We downloaded again because we thought that this would be fixed. Not only did this game kick us out but it erased all of our data and made us start from the very beginning. We have tried logging in and out and it just came up with the new file. We wish we could say better the game is great but we cant play it because Im always logged out. Warning to anyone who wants to play.
Yo we just saw the anime for this game it has the same exact title and it was amazing so when we knew there was a game about the anime we were freakin out.
We’ve recently caught up on all the chapters currently out on the EN server, and boy oh boy is it a rollercoaster. We did not expect that a game we picked up during quarantine last year would be able to give us both the butterflies and feel like our heart is being ripped out of our chest. The story takes a dark turn as you further progress, but there are hints of this even from the very beginning. Thankfully there are dates where most of the romance is found in, as the main story focuses a lot more on the supernatural plot. Pertaining to the love interests, we will say there were two we didnt particularly like at the beginning due to how they acted or how suspicious they felt, but now we surprisingly like every LI that isnt our fave boy (which is gavin, absolute best boy). We have cried for all of the boys and how much they have gone through, how much they have suffered and still push through for love, and how much their love for MC means to each of them. Also how much their pasts have shaped their ideals, their fears.. Its beautiful and heartbreaking, and it makes it hard to not stick around to know what happens. We also now appreciate that each boy is distinct and falls into different tropes to appeal to a wide audience, but that they break those stereotypes the more you get to know them in the story but more importantly through their dates and rumors&secrets. We also want to say we appreciate that even though the MC isnt what many picture as strong and that she can be a bit reckless and naive, she still pushes through despite being weak, and shes 10x braver than ill ever be if we were suddenly thrust into a world of danger like how she was. Regarding the art, its gorgeous! With the current events that happen now, the improvement in the karmas (cards) has gone up so much, you can really see the difference and im really excited for the future karmas to come! There is a gacha element to obtaining karmas, however not every event is a wish tree (gacha) and you can save up gems and coupons for the karmas you really wanted. When there is a wish tree event, there is a redeem system in place so if you save enough for a redeem, youll always get the boy you want, and so far in our experience we’ve never not gotten at least one or two of the event karmas before we hit 144 (the number of pulls to redeem) so that we end up with at least 2/4 or 3/4 of the event set. And then if youre a f2p or low spender, there are plenty of ways to obtain cards for free in the game such as in the box office, as well as there being free karma events every now and then. We will say the JP voice actors were a huge draw for us at the beginning since im a fan of quite a few of them, and we particularly love luciens voice, we think it fits him really well. While we primarily play using the JP voices, we do appreciate that there is also EN voices as well, we dont see that often for otomes. However we do hope the CN voices are added eventually, we would gladly reread everything just to hear the voices of wei wuxian & lan wangji in this game and not by watching the dates etc on youtube. We also want to say we love the music, especially that the LIs each have their own theme song, birthday song, and mini-house song, we think thats a very nice touch. Wow this really is a wall of text lol. Guess ill end by saying we never thought id be this emotionally invested in a game, and it really is a comfort game for us, where we sometimes even reread dates if im having a bad day. Cant wait for season 2!

As someone who has been playing this game for a couple years now we will say that we love this game. The story line is really good, the cards are AMAZING, the dates are 10/10 the best ever, and you can customize your Home Screen with your favorite character and what not. This game has a ton of pros in our opinion but recently we feel as if the experience has been going down hill. The change of the voice actors is RUINING the experience completely for us. We just cant come to terms of logging into the game and hearing Victor or Gavins voices being changed. Its to the point that Im about to stop playing this game cause its just not the same anymore. Sure this is probably a minuscule thing, but to us it makes all the difference and the new voices dont even match the characters!!! Its just so off putting. We used to live playing this game SO MUCH. But now we can hardly look at it, let alone open the app up because of the new voice changes. Its sad to say this, but Im probably going to stop playing altogether because of this and not to mention there have been a few money grab events going on and Im just not about that. We loved this game but the experience is continuing to be ruined for us.

We are in love with this game! It makes us feel like Im in a real anime story and we love anime so we’ve always wanted to be in an anime story. Its absolutely amazing! When we first started this app we expected the worst because our mom started playing it and then starting simping over them so we just expected them to be ugly but once we saw them like WOWWWWW THEY ARE HOT nice character development because these are!! Chefs kiss.
We downloaded this game on launch. We were obsessed with mystic messenger and we were sad it ended to we were looking at otomes on the App Store. They had this one for pre order and we were like sure why not. The art looked gorgeous so we figured it was worth a shot. To our surprise, the story was actually super good. Our husband is in the military and he was put on deployment so we had a whole year to myself and this game got us through most of it. The voice acting is actually really clear and well done. We finished the storyline and put it down thinking no more content would come out. Okay so fast forward a year and a half later and we havent played at all. We log in and theres SO MUCH CONTENT. We cant lie, Im shook. They have all these welcome back events (fully voice acted), things where the guy of your choice reads you to sleep, full on storylines in an alternate universe for limited time events with outfits for your best boy, and a new main screen of your favorite boy and you can change his outfits. We can really tell all the love the creators have put into it in just a year. This game is EXTREMELY well done. Im honestly blown away. If you love mystic messenger, dont sleep on this game. Its probably the best otome we’ve ever played. Like ever. Thank you devs for putting so much work into it and offering so much content.

We love the game first of all. It always makes us squeal when theres the slightest bit of fluff (though not so much with Lucien. We hardly like him lolol) and we really love the art. They all look so attractive despite us not liking half of them. Though of course our complaint. Its our frustration with the SSR events. Most of them cost gems which frustrates us because Id have to ask our parents for money to get the amount of gems we need. Im not asking for you to change this; of course its gonna be hard because its gonna give you a really good prize. Though we are really mad that we wont be able to get the chapter drops because our cards or whatever arent strong enough to beat the levels. Thanks for reading!
We have submitted our comment about two weeks ago, we had just downloaded the game at that time but couldn’t open it at all. To our surprise, we were able to open it after this update! It’s like developers are always paying attention to our feedback.

Just downloaded the game 2 days ago and we recently opened the app and do what one usually does to play the game well on we guess you call it levels 1-1 is giving us a bit of trouble we finish the call with Anna and it returns us to the main screen Im at the point to finish it and then it takes us back to the main screen and we cant finish 1-1 so we dont know if its a small bug or if its just us or if its connection but we dont think its that because our conection is doing okay but we dont know it could be that.. But over all we think the game is pretty good even by just playing the game for a bit we know Im gonna have fun playing the game..

Im giving it a 4 stars because this is probably only a small issue, but whenever we try to get into the game this thingy will pop up on our screen saying that we dont have enough storage to redownload the app? Its not coming from our iPad its coming from the app. The game and story will play behind it too so its really weird. Also, we have enough storage we have about 3GB of storage left. Im so confused by it.
They literally fired an English VA shortly after hiring him because he had the stones to acknowledge Taiwan as a sovereign nation. We played this game loyally for almost its entire life, but Im 100% done, uninstalled.
What a corrupt company. We cant believe they would fire 3 voice actors because they stated that Taiwan is a country. Simply that. That shows how controlling and censored this company is and we refuse to support and continue to play this game run by a company such as that.

The story line is great, but then they replaced all of the voice actors with new ones because Taiwan is a country and China doesnt agree Communist much? We paid money for all of the content voiced by specific actors, not these new guys. Not sure if Ill get a refund, we doubt it. But it was quite the shock to be gone for a few months due to our masters program and then come back and learn the voice actors were fired over an inconvenient truth. Well as a Native American, there are many inconvenient truths we get to face everyday. Then in the official Discord channel, you cant bring it up or discuss how not happy you are with the decision because its a rule and will get you thrown out. We havent decided if Im going to keep playing the game or not – we dont believe in silencing anyone for any reason because it literally happened to our ancestors and our grandparents at the Indian Schools. We do know we wont be spending another dime on this game from here on out. And if we do keep playing, Im turning off the sound. We started playing right after the American voice package was released and we dont want to listen to bunch of guys pretend to be the originals. Also, fixing the constant glitching and crashing would be appreciated. The lag is also getting annoying too.
We downloaded it because we read the reviews and all so we were excited to play the game. After launching and downloading the game instantly lagged and then would bug out and glitch whenever going back the main menu. Tried the repair button multiple times and redownloading but none worked. Our connection is great and all other apps on our phone work perfectly. Also read other reviews and saw how the company itself isnt great.

It tells us to update and then says it failed each time we click it. Our connection is very well and we have a lot of space on our phone so we dont understand the problemThinking that It wouldnt matter much, we tried to play, but the screen started glitching and kicking us out.
As much as we love this game we WILL NOT support a company that fires a voice actor for stating a fact that you can GOOGLE. We refuse to play this game until Jonah can return as Victor.

Some internal issues with the game make VA consistency shaky at best. Game cares more about its China profit than anything else. Stopped playing. The art is beautiful but not worth the hassle of rotating VAs and political dramatics.
So they just dropped Jonah Scott as one of the VAs because he stated Taiwan is a country. And they just hired him after Bens departure. They are dropping all his voice recorded contents including promo videos. Cannot stand having to stand this kind of petty political tantrums. Not to mention that the companys other game tried to claim that hanbok is Chinese and they tried to use Lucien to back that decision lol (Are they nuts?? The whole world knows its Korean) so petty. No dollars for you. Go stick with your Chinese players.
