We purchased noAd and then, after 1000+ levels, the game completely froze up. We had to delete and reinstall. No big deal except we cant get the ads to go away now. Id even pay the 2.99 again but we get the message that we’ve already purchased and then it says Im set to go. We STILL HAVE UNWANTED ADS. If we could get rid of them this would be, in our opinion, a game.
Great for relaxing after a hard day! Challenging but not too.
Good for past time. But an ad after every round is a little excessive.
We love this game, but we rate it a 3 out of 5 because it contains too many ads, and we just played it again after recently playing yesterday, and our levels restarted.
The game is ok and fun. The biggest problem is that your progress will reset if you dont play for awhile. We stopped playing for like 4 days and all the balls we won and bought was gone and they start you back at level 1.
After a few rounds, the puzzles all seem the same. They just cycle around. No skill or much thought needed. Just match the color with the colored blocks closest to the bottom with the most blocks in a group and watch the tower fall. Rinse and repeat. Watch an ad after every round or two. Good for those nights when you cant quiet your thoughts and just need to unwind.
This game is an enjoyable way to pass time and the simple game-play makes it a great game for when youre chilling before bedtime. However, we’ve made it as far as level 30 several times now. We just opened it again to play and im right back to level one, gems reset, and all the balls we’ve unlocked are gone. It would be great if there was some kind of way to save your progress. Im kinda bored playing the same 30 levels or so.
TL;DR: game is fun but optional ads didnt work and our progress reset back to 0 after two days. We downloaded this a couple of days ago and during that time, it was a fun little way to pass the time. The non-optional ads werent too persistent, unlike some other games, but the optional ads to get more gems or extend the end of a level never granted us those items. Whatever, not a big deal, we wasnt paying for them so we just knew not to click on them. However, this morning we hopped into the app and all of our progress had been reset to level one, like it was the first time we ever played. Im all for wasting our time if theres progression to it, but this made us delete the app. Those two issues are why we removed two stars. Otherwise, it is a fun little game.

We’ve had the game 2 days and each time the next morning all of our progress gets deleted and puts us back at level 1 with no gems, no items we purchased.
We like the game, but we spent more time on ads than actually playing. Deleting now.
Id rate the game higher if the game didnt reset our progress twice. We reached level 20 the first time when it wiped everything, and then level 18 the second time. When we opened the app a few minutes ago, it started us back at level 1. This is getting really frustrating having to constantly building back up from the beginning just for it to reset again.
It wasnt a lot of money but when you pay for no ads we expected to get that. Please fix it.
We were at level 81 and was enjoying the game (beside the aids after each round) but then the game froze and we got out of it and went back in and it started at level 1. Then got up to level 9 and it did it again. We dont want to delete the game cause it is fun but Im tired of starting back at 1.
We really like this game, BUT, it keeps going back to the beginning after a certain level. WHY??? If you want people to play your game, then fix it. It is really annoying to get so far, only to look up and find out your back on level 1. Not good. We would have rated this 5 stars if the game was working properly.
Way to many adds and way too long.
We have paid to remove ads and when we try to remove again it says we’ve already purchased it but still the ads remain.
We hate that every time you knock a tower down theres an add , other than too many ads its ok game.
Paid for no ads (TWICE) and am STILL getting ads! After first purchase they were gone for about 24 hours. Requesting a refund since Im still getting ads and probably deleting app bc too many ads!
We like the game but its aggravating that there is an ad after every single level.
We liked the way it started and we liked the game play, but every screen comes with 3+ ads and still doesnt load and then kicked us back to the first puzzle. Great concept, less than great application.
Game is fun and relaxing. However, today, we got an alert for a 99¢ sale for ad-free. We went ahead and got that. Left the game for a few minutes. Came back to find we had to start all over. So went from level 9 back to 1, and had forced ads again! Even though we paid not to. Took screen shots to prove it as well! Rebooted our device and any other troubleshooting we could do. No luck. Fix this, and Ill give more stars.
Soooo many bugs! We hardly ever get our bonuses when we have to watch an ad. Its so frustrating!!!! Please Fix!
We’ve collected over 155,000 points, but for what? Theres nothing to buy with them. And, if the game at least had sound there might be a reason to continue playing. So, Im outa here BTW game crashes all the time now. You apparently dont support iOS 16.6.1.
We have paid twice for the no ads feature and STILL getting ads after every round. Also const asking if we want to buy this feature. Beyond frustrating.
Extremely displeased as we have already purchased the no-ads option and still constantly get ads popping in. We tried to check if we could restore the purchase like we’ve had to do with some other games, and it made us purchase againand we still get adsand we’ve paid too much for a game we cant play because it keeps playing ads.
We downloaded this game to play while we couldnt sleep and every time we closed out of it and then opened it back up, all our progress was gone.
We paid for no ads and was at level 100+. The next time we opened the app we were back at level one and there is option to login for saving game play. It does appear so far that the ads are still gone but why did it start us over? Fun game but we dont want to restart every time we play.

Would be a good game if after you buy to have no ads it will show that for a little while and all of a sudden the remove ads icon is back on the home page and we bet you can guess what Im about to say??????? Yep and we get to watch ads. When we click to no ads icon it says but you have already paid for this you big dummy you dont want to buy it twice so you????? LOL that was our little part we added.
We were enjoying wasting our time away while waiting for someone. When we downloaded these Ads, we didnt know we were going to be interrupted every few minutes with a game play. We downloaded this app so we could watch repeated Ads without being interrupted by games. Make up your mind, do you want us to play your game or watch Ads? Now Im not sure which one we downloaded.

We paid .99 cents to remove adds and we were on level 63. And then we ent back to level 1. The game then did not offer 99 cents and he paid $2.99 to remove ads and was on level 25 and then it automatically went to level 1 for him as well. Dont bother this game is a rip off!!!

The game just randomly restarts your progress which includes skins and levels and everything else this happens when you go offline and when we go back online our progress is still missing. This is a fun game but this one problem has caused us to not like this game. Please fix this so we can give a good rating and continue to play your game. :)
We finally got this game after seeing the ads for a while. We left the game for a few hours.. Came back.. And it had taken us from level 21 to level 2. We restarted.. And THE SAME THING HAPPENED.
Too many ads and it makes us restart the game if we close the app.
The game is fun & calming, but every time we quit & get a chance to come back Im back at level 1. This is annoying because we watch the ads for extra coins, save up & get a few skins only to lose it all. Until this is fixed Im not paying to remove ads. Im afraid if we spend money, only for the game to restart, Ill have to pay again & we dont want to waste money.

We paid the $.99 to remove the ads. We understood to receive bonuses ads had to be viewed. Now after viewing the bonus ad, we dont get our bonus. We watch it a second time, THEN we receive our bonus. Whats up with that. This app was recently updated & thats when watching the ads twice to receive bonuses started. Many of the ads are INAPPROPRIATE! Update: we lowered our rating to a 1 because in order to get boosters or extra gems, we have to watch an ad twice. Obviously, nothing is being done about this. If this problem continues, we are going to delete this app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!!!!
Everytime we get to a high level and then go to get back on the game it resets us to level one and we loose everything its happened twice so now im just deleting it we liked it but why keep making progress on it if everything is gonna get deleted and we go back to having nothing again no diamonds its a whole new game.
After 65 levels we opened the game and we were back at level 1 like we had never played it . Uninstalled ! It definitely needs some challenge to it also !

We paid $2.99 to remove the ads. A few days later we were prompted to pay another $0.99 to remove the ads again. We feel like we were ripped off & requested a refund.
We started playing the game on our iPad. Are a while, we paid for ad-free. However when we went to play on our iPhone, the ads came back! We cant even buy no ads on our phone, because it shows that we’ve already bought it. But it wont acknowledge our purchase. We’ve reached out to the developer – no response. Then we read the reviews and saw a lot of people saying they paid, and the ads didnt stop. So its not just us. The developer needs to fix this app! The are a lot of upset customers, and it will only get worse.
Only downloaded this because you ad that pops up often in CSR 2 blocks people from collecting their bonuses because the video does not finish its time so that bonus and all following possible bonuses(gas, extra money and parts chests) are forfeited. We have waited 5 minutes+ for it to clear. Quit messing up other peoples games.
