Im in love with this game here and we got to play it everyday and all day.
Its a really fun game wish there were other outfits but other than that it has a wonderful story and fun to play.
We love this game it is very addictive.

It’s a great game but games continuously loses it connection. Also we’ve purchased several additional play time and have not received the coins.
Only could get so far then it wouldnt give us anymore tasks.
We love match three games, especially when there is a story line. We recently started playing this one, and we are already thinking about deleting it. For one, we can’t get past the second recall. All the decorations are correct, but the game won’t advance. Second, we have never played a game that tried to force you to spend money as this one does. We can deal with the ads, (and there are a horrendous amount of them) but the pushing us to spend money is not ok. We think the devs could have a really awesome game here if they don’t give up and try to fix these issues. It also would be helpful if there was a way to contact support from the settings menu. We are going to hold this game for a bit and hope they fix it because we like the things that make this game different from the rest.
Unable to advance past the second Recall which has become very frustrating, as the story is now at a halt. In addition, several times we have opened the game to find our accrued coins are gone. Unable to locate help with either issue, which is frustrating.

We are honestly saying we have never experienced as many ads to be watched for all the various functions of the game. The ads you can actually consent to watching are one thing, but its the ones that continue to pop in your face and you have to go the left side of the screen to x out the first portion of the ad and then finally to the right side of the screen to close out the remaining seconds of the finality of the ad. Once that bombarding ad obstacle is over you can now make your next selection of game play and instantly another ad begins playing in your face that gives you two sections to close out to reach the end of it. Finally, collect as many gold coins as possible (which is also done by watching ads) early in the game because difficult levels come early and the only way to get through them is using up all that early-earned gold on game extras leaving you to play each level numerous times to scrape up the few gold coins for your success to go and play the next level a mind-numbing amount of times til you conquer it. We gave this game a shot, but the ads and the resources needed to tackle each level have about finished us out.
We do like this game!! The problem is we cant go on and memorize the second Memory it wouldnt do anything. Its like its froze we tried everything, but cant do anything.
We like the game, and enjoy building the place up, but we have been stuck on memory recall 4 for over a month and it will not let us go on. We have all the correct items because they are check marked. We are about ready to delete the game. Had fun up to this point.
Im having problems getting past the third memory recall, we have all the decorations correct according to the game but it wont allow us to move forward.
Cant save your progress, so you have to start all over again each time you play. Facebook says developer is aware. When is the developers going to fix this problem? Also levels get too hard even with buying boosters, which should be provided with passing levels or ads. Costs too many stars for simple events such as eating a piece of cake 3 stars. Ridiculous!!! This game hasnt been updated in 3 years. It could really be a good game if the developers fixed the above problems and updated the game asap not years ago.
Love the game but we solved her third memory but it is stuck there. Game wont move forward… Also what happened to all our coins and power ups??
We just recently started playing this game but now its giving us a problem we were connected to our Facebook with it at first now Im not so whenever we try to connect with our Facebook again it takes forever to load then it would say connection failed and it made us start to level one again.
We love playing these games with matching puzzles and restoring homes/gardens and have been playing them for years. That said, this game started out very promising until all of the incessant ads started bombarding us. Im used to having to sometimes get through ads and voluntarily watching other ads for in-game rewards but this is on another level. Pair that with the fact that you have to waste hard earned stars on bs tasks like making phone calls and reading letters. Im on a mid 30s level and only have the front garden restored. The majority of our stars was on wasted tasks. Im going to hang in for a little while longer but Im certain Ill be deleting this game.
We love this game, but why cant we get past recall 2?!?! We deleted these game and reinstalled it thinking maybe it would work…. Nope! You be also seen where other people have had the same issue… Please fix! Or Im just going to have to delete for good.
ARE YOU EVEN READING THIS… We’ve been Playing this game for a Few months and Its one of our top 10 that we Play Daily… In the Quest Im On it tells us to recall memories which we did but now its Stuck and wont let us do anything else… Please Fix we do spend Cash on games But only if they let us Play… If we dont hear from you in the next day or two we will Delete this game… Please dont let us do that Because we Really Do Like This App.
We agree with another review. The game will not advance beyond the second recall no matter what. We have tried every possible combination of decorations. Highly frustrating.
We dont know if it has to do with an update.. But Im on level 145.. Im on Day 3 tasks.. Im at recall the memory.. We have done the tasks for recalling the memory- all checks are green. Never got our bonus for finishing it. And the recall button is still there- we tap it and nothing changes. And we dont get the credit for finishing it. And it wont let us move on to new day or new tasks because the recall task is still there!
Every time we try to connect this game it wont and takes all of our coins.
We have logged in to this game with Facebook 4 times , make progress, return to see if lives have been restored, and find that all is lost and we are back to day zero. We a the other games we play, (several) this has never happened. The highest level we have reached is bathing the cat. Will this keep happening? Please Restore or replace the lives l have wasted to get there UPDATE we have now read other reviews and this problem has been reported by SEVERAL people. Obviously you dont care, youre not trying to fix it or your developers dont have the ability to fix it. Stupidity? No! We have learned from other gamers who stupidly keep trying. YOU ARE BEING TERMINATED.

This app is terrible. The game is fun but there is a bug where on multiple occasions we’ve lost all of our coins and stars that we’ve worked so hard to earn. As there is no option in game to contact support this is the only place we can think of to tell of our problem. Very disappointed with this.
We opened the app for Town Story and found that we have lost ALL MY GOLD AND ALL MY POWER UPS!!! Please Help!!!
The new update after the piano reset to zero the number of extra stars, the money, and the power ups that we had saved. Annoying Then the next update reset everything again. This is the second time that this has happened!
We were stuck on recall 3 for 2 months, finally moved forward but lost 91 now it started over to level one and lost all our progress. We think developers have abandoned game no updates for 7 months and no response.

The game keeps restarting everyday, tried getting a hold of someone and no way to report it. We have restarted this game everyday now for a month. Nothing gets saved, then tells us it cant connect to Facebook and restarted again. This is the worse game we have played. We were at 150 now we are at 1 daily. We had bought coins they are gone. We had our yard , the stage and everything done and now it is all gone. Who is refunding our money for all the items we paid for?
We’ve gotten to the point to where the game is completely unplayable. Im at the memory recall point and it wont progress at all. Im disappointed because we really enjoyed this game and put money into. We’ve tried to contact customer support but nothing has come from that either.
