Hi we wrote a review about this game a few years ago on android regarding how great its was. We actually suggested many of the changes you recently made. We mentioned that we loved that game and wondered what you would add next. To our surprise you actuallly added everything we suggested as if you listened to every word of our review. The game is now even more fun that it was before. However we have one complaint as an iOS user. We would like to suggest that you add some sort of story tracking mechanism to the game. Some sort of system to show the player how much of the games content they have completed. Due to iOS 10 removing the Game Center app, all of the iOS players previously tracked achievements are gone. We were thinking it might not hurt to have a universal/ cross platform story line. Maybe give a gold, silver or bronze medals to show that the map has been completed. Maybe a check box or a less complicated indication of achievement like a single blue ribbon or something. Either way the whole thing feels very aimless and sandbox without some sort of guidance from the system. Don't get us wrong we love the sand boxing options that are available but, there needs to be something to give the player some incentive to play quest based maps. We wouldnt suggest making it mandatory to play the quest maps. We would just offer some kind of story or achiemvent indicator to link the quest maps by difficulty or feature introduction. Try doing something like giving gold silver and bronze metals for various difficulty maps in quest mode. Maybe give the player new quest map specific benefits to their townie technology or new buildings ( we would make those retroactive though, so as not to miff old players, who may or may not want to replay the quest maps). There needs to be something to give quest maps purpose. Something positive though, not just an occlusion of previously available features or anything that would rob the player of freedom or progress at current time.
When play we feel so peaceful, but you can add more things about warface. Love.
We love this app, and now that it's been updated, we love it even more. We wish more games operated like this one, because we love city-building games, but we can't stand freemium games. We would much rather pay a few dollars up front and then never again. We paid to remove ads and get permanent double xp when we first got this game several years ago, and that's it. We highly recommend this app.
We have been playing for over a week on the same town and we just tried watching a video to get the merchant to come faster and it took us out of the game and when we tried reloading the game, our previous town wasn't even there!! There also was no sound or music at all and all settings on our phone are set to where we know the game should have had audio so that's another problem.
We love this game, very addictive and fun to play. The only issue we have is there is no option to turn off the day night cycle or at least that's what it looks like. Also the night doesn't look like night it just looks like a gray version off the game. We just wish there were options like the bandits for day and night and for the weather. But we still love the game and am going to continue to support it.
We saw that the game was going to be on PC and decided to try it out. We love the style, music, and scenarios. Sandbox mode is very fun too. If you enjoy city building games with micromanaging and challenges, it is definitely worth the money.
We love the color pallet, the music and sound effects. They way townies talk is perfect. The art style is joyful without being silly. And all this is icing on the cake of a fabulous game mechanic. We can't wait for more new scenarios! Update: Yea! Lots of new goodies! Now there are bandits & militia, a new building interface, Trade Guild building, new scenarios, and our townies are even smarter than they used to be. Townsmen & Royal Envoy 1,2,&3 are the best games on our tablet. They both have stayed great for years. Seems most games get an update or two, and then they are left behind in a year. HandyGames & Playrix are reliable devs. Tytyty for so many hours of achievable challenges.
Well not really, anyway we thought buying (supporting the devs) will unlock every iap in game. You have to buy the fast forward, that's what really you want in this game really. Just download the free version, buy the unlimited fast forward, don't waste your money on this ad free version.

We love this game. But we're gonna spend $5 to get the ability to speed up time, And after that we're gonna spend $5 to get more xp because at the later levels xp comes slowly. It's a good game, but just realize you might spend $14 and not the $4 you're getting it for. Which is still a good deal for the hours we put into this game, but you should be aware ahead of time so you don't get sour later.
We love this game and it was definitely worth buying. When we play we usually play for quite a while, but in order to do that we have to relaunch the app several times in a span of a couple minutes. Please fix it.
We love this game. We have for a long time, but whenever we play, we have about 5-10 minutes before the game will lag uncontrollably and make it impossible to do anything, forcing us to close the app to fix the issue. Just for us to build a common building we must close and reopen the app over 5 times.
This game should be fun but the pay model really ruins it. We can understand this if the game is free, but having to watch videos and pay real money to gain prestige even when paying for the game is not cool. Without using prestige or fast forward it takes forever to do anything.

We really like this game lot! The is one our favorite all time iPad games.
We played this game when it was on the original Razr phone and we love it. It's still great, but it's got a lot of bugs. It crashes constantly and since the last upgrade it doesn't autosave often enough. When you use prestige and then it crashes, your prestige is still gone, but whatever you used it for is no longer there. We've lost about $10 of prestige due to this.
Everything we had leveled up has dropped back down. Our castle before the upgrade help over 12,000 supplies, now it only holds 5,000. The Prestige points have dropped significantly when quests are completed and the supplies needed for quests have raised dramatically. We use to be able to get 80 prestige when we donate 10,000 coins for the poor. Now we only get 20 prestige for that quest. Please fix this issue.
The villagers get stuck, letting fires rage when you have towers and letting resources go unused, prior purchases have disappeared so you can't upgrade buildings you used to as a result of the purchases, and the game now feels like a gimmick to panic you into in-app purchases.

There is no multiplayer and no fighting just a straight up simulation that kills time (and battery lol) great game for people who play sims or civilization.
Enjoying the game . Simple game play and once one gets the hang of playing , its easy to progress.
Townsmen is a really good game. It does take a bit of pacience though. This game was just made really well and is very fun.

This truly is an awesome game. The fact that you don't have to depend on other players is great. The game play is wonderful although after playing the game for well over a year, it can get boring. We just wish it had more obstacles to keep you on your toes, and a wider range of mid-evil buildings. But other than that it's wonderful.

Was looking for sim city, but reviews and price point sent us in this direction. Have started numerous games and have played for a number of hours. It's a simple, fun city builder with multiple scenarios that can be played once you get the hang of it. We'll get bored of it eventually, but we've already gotten our money's worth.
It is easier, more simple. But It needs some change in User interface.
Had a different version of this game on our blackberry a long time ago. Loved it then and love it now!! Can play this game for hours!! **please make more scenarios!! LOVE this game and wish we could find another just like it. Please add more to this game! Thanks.
Townsmen is the greatest game in the world we can not stop playing it.
The game should include disasters like tornados or floods, the townies also should also die for the storms, more buildings should be added with much bigger landscapes. Another feature is a building rotator button which turns the buildings different directions. Other then that the game is awesome.

This is an amazing game we will always love and support. But we do think the townsmen premium is a waste to but, only because for a little extra money and you could have unlimited fast forward. We would be more willing to buy the premium with unlimited fast forward. But. Nonetheless this game, everything about it. Is in our opinion on the top five out of all games we have ever played. Also we have a top five because we can. Ever pick a favorite just a group. Hope everyone enjoys this game as much as we do.
This is a fun game, but it really needs new levels, places, scenarios . The leveling is so slow it gets boring.
We bought this app and it advertises to us all the time. We thought the purpose of buying an app was to avoid advertising. Apparently not. After completing a task the app will give us an advertisement/ask to rate. It asked repeatedly so here is our review. Horrible.
It must have glitched because our saved games are no longer loading. The game crashes every time. Very upsetting considering it's corrupted two of our huge cities. Done with this game. We're also playing on a iphone 4s so maybe that is the problem.

We have this game on our kindle and iPhone. We like the one for the iPhone better because there are more options for buildings like an infirmary & firehouse. This is a great city building game, so if you like those type of games as well we would recommend this one.
